A rundown, bleak, depressing place - stop for petrol and toilet - but apart from that it's totally unappealing and overpriced. There's a 2 hour limit on the parking, but that makes little difference - because 10 minutes is enough.

Fantasic little place, just off the motorway which I love as they are usually a little bit quieter! Mind you, it does have a horrible car park (used to have some graffiti) but its gone now. Maybe small but got all you need, there are even some nice new flowers by the front door! Stop here every week and have no reason to stop doing! Just wish it was a little cheaper!

Its so rare to find a decent service station that has a baby feeding room and this one was absolutely lovely and after a very long journey it was very much needed. The whole place was very clean we left very pleased with all the facilities & staff.

We stopped off for something to eat last night at 7:50. The serving dishes were all empty so we enquired as to whether there was hot food. The server replied some of it was available so we both ordered chicken curry to be told it would take 25-30 minutes. In a service station - are they kidding? Won't be stopping here again.

I would like to comment on the lack of organisation at your Burger King , and the poor service my wife and i received after we had ordered our meals and drinks. After waiting over 25 minutes to the side of the tills i asked for the Manager so i could ask why i had been waiting so long for my Chicken Royale & Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap meals to arrive. A young lady with long blonde hair approached me and after i told her i was not happy with the service and would like a refund as the coach i was travelling on was about to leave hence i could not wait any longer for my meal, she said she woukld be back in a minute to which she dissapeared. A number of other customers were also asking for the Manager as they too had been waiting for as long as i had , in the end i asked a young man who had just come back from his break for assistance as the Manager had dissapeared. I was given a refund of £12.38 but no apology or explanation as to why this had occured.By this time i had to rush to the coach i was travelling on still hungry and some what aggitated. My overall experience was one i wish to never experience again. I will not be stopping at yopur services again whenever i am passing again. Just thought your future customers should be warned about the servioce or lack of it from your Burger King.

Moto should be publicly humiliated and disgraced with this service station. Its not that its just tatty, which it is, pain peeling everywhere outside and in. Its not just the dreadfull signage, which Moto have in all their service stations (A pink sign for the blokes loo with a symbol for the ladies which makes them look pear shaped). Its the fact that this is an iconic service station with a brilliant viewing tower that can't be used. The layout is a mess, and why has the place has been laft to fall apart. The Burge King on the Southbound side is a huge void of a place with all the character stripped out. Its such a shaoe but the place feels abandoned and sad. Do something MOto.

I am appauled at the parking facilities at the East Bound Britonwood services. I met a collegue for a meeting here on the 1st February 2012. we decided to have coffes and extended it to lunch and coffees and cakes and infact i bought 3 books too, newspaper, spent around £60 altogether. we parked for 4 hours 32 mins and i have received a parking notice an overstay of 2 hrs 32 mins according to PARKING EYE. I have to pay £60 with 3 days notice or iot goes up to £90!! Also there was no notices in view, no machines we saw but had i not stayed for lunch Burtonwood would not have earned any money . Well done Burton wood driving good custom awa no wonder you are closing down!!!! Good business to fine customers who are spending!!!! Madness

Stopped with a group of 22 yesterday (19/02/12) for a bite to eat at 15.45. Chips were cold, coffee was cold,poor choice, some items run out of. Only one member of staff at restuarant counter. Pic-nic for us all next time.

I also recieved a parking fine for £90 (reduced to £50 for prompt payment) It was not my intention to sleep in my car however after a long journey and being pregnant I had to stop due to almost falling asleep at the wheel. I realise that I am to blame for my over stay however it wasn't a busy time, the car park was sparse and I begrudge having to pay such a steep fine. I now feel as though in the future I will just have to carry on my journey regardless of 'Tiredness kills take a break' signs and hope for the best. Thanks Sedgemoor services for ripping off another motorist!
