He emphasizes that smart individuals often use their intellect to justify inaction, whereas taking one step after another creates momentum, builds confidence, and generates opportunities.

Key Principles from Conor Neill on Action:

  • Action > Intelligence: Intelligence is overvalued, while the ability to “show up” and execute, even with poor initial efforts, is what leads to learning and growth.
