Oxidative stress is caused by the unchecked activities of free radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS). These are highly reactive, unstable molecules that, in healthy cells, are created and neutralized as part of normal cell life. However, if the production of free radicals and ROS exceeds the body's natural defense mechanisms, oxidative damage to vital molecules in the body can occur, leading to cell death.
OXIS' goal has been to control both direct cellular damage from ROS and the activation of certain molecules called transcription factors, which are activated by ROS and trigger inflammatory responses and cell death in degenerative diseases.

right, little late due to been busy but...quite a bit
on this 1....firstly loaded it up in vdub to change a few things
went on to fixing the colors a little from it being mostly blue
i went and found some filters took a while :( but found a good 50
color filters which work brill....anyway, i fixed some of the colors
then used a sharpness filter witha touch of vid de-noise, fixed the
brightness and contrast, its still quite dark but the best overall
now and to be honest its a year til a dvdrip as with all christmas movies
so hope a screener or another source comes out, now to the audio, i was
gonna use imagine's and mux it straight on....but to find at around 46minute
mark imagine's video had a 9 second dupe vid fiasco, weird tbh as they must
of added it to their as it their to get the audio the same their....anyway
its all synced fine now enjoy!

Plot

Forensic intelligence links an MI6 traitor to a bank account in Haiti where a case of mistaken identity introduces Bond to the beautiful but feisty Camille, a woman who has her own vendetta. Camille leads Bond straight to Dominic Greene, a ruthless businessman and major force within the mysterious criminal organisation known only as 'Quantum'.

On a mission that leads him to Austria, Italy and South America, Bond discovers that Greene, conspiring to take total control of one of the world's most important natural resources, is forging a deal with the exiled General Medrano. Using his associates in the organisation, and manipulating his powerful contacts within the CIA and the British government, Greene promises to overthrow the existing regime in Bolivia, giving General Medrano control of the country in exchange for a seemingly barren piece of land which is, however, a main source of the South American water supply. In a minefield of treachery, murder and deceit, Bond allies with old friends in a battle to uncover the truth. As he gets closer to finding the man responsible for the betrayal of Vesper, 007 must keep one step ahead of the CIA, the terrorists, and even 'M' herself, to unravel Greene's sinister plan and stop Quantum from getting its way.
