Battlefield 3 - new gameplay released.

Exactly as it says, they released a couple of new gameplay trailers of BF3 not so long ago, pretty impressive. Graphics are really good and I'm just really happy they are going that deep in story, we might have a new Modern Warfare!

Hey! Sorry, the post is a bit outdated as I was quite busy for the last three days, but still here it is!

Crysis 2… almost out!

You better get ready for that, Crysis 2 is almost out, there’s just a couple of days left before they finally release it, let’s hope it doesn’t fail to earn enough money for developers as the first one failed hard to do so, even though Crysis 1 was really innovative, graphics were ultimate for the time it was made and the scales of battle were indeed epic, the gameplay wasn’t really very good and you needed hi-end machine to run it with at least 30-40 fps with all high options.

Since then, a lot of progress have been made. Developers have considered their mistakes and made a sequel to the first part with everything that was a problem for Crysis 1 fixed! Crysis 1 was a bit boring in fact, you didn’t really feel everything that was going on in the game, sometimes there was nothing going on at all and the game was really short. So get yourself ready, and here’s a video teaser:

Rage!

IGN released a video where we can see the actual gameplay of Rage. For me, it looks really good, guns look like something from a sci-fi movie and the gameplay looks intense. Let’s hope it’s going to be as good as it looks like in the video when it will get released.

Red Faction: Armageddon

From this video we can see one of the modes from Red Faction: Armageddon, looks pretty impressive! I’ve always been a fan of destroying everything I see, that’s why I very much enjoyed Red Faction series and Crysis – destruction. You can demolish every building you see in the game! L.A. Noire or I wish I had PS3.

L.A. Noire, another game besides Killzone 3 and Heavy Rain that makes you wish you had a PS3. Great graphics, great storyline, great actor work – it’s all there, you’ll simply feel like you’re living a life of a detective. Here’s the video:

Endless development going to end or Duke Nukem: Forever

It is unbelievable, but this endless development of classic shooter from the 90s “Duke Nukem” is going to an end, and, on the 3^rd of Mai for USA and the 6^th of Mai for Europe we’re going to finally meet the man who long ago ran out of gum and has balls of steel – Duke Nukem… again! Hell yeah!

Radioactive cloud from Japan

Russian experts detected a big radioactive cloud moving towards Kamchatka which was possibly created by explosion on Fukushima-1 NPP in Japan after series of earthquakes. Cloud is supposed to reach Russian territory not earlier than tomorrow.

Yeah, people, that sucks. I am really sorry for those living in Japan, for those who lost a lot lately because of the tsunami and earthquake on 11th of March. And with those reactors ready to free huge amounts of radiation it is getting even worse. Lets just hope it's not going to be the second Chernobyl!

Deus Ex: Human Revolution release shifted again

Release date to a prequel of old, well known Deus Ex is shifted again! Hell, I hate when they do that! At first they changed the release date to April and now it's going to be out only on August 23rd in USA and 26th in Europe. Fans have been waiting for a really long time for this, a masterpiece just like the original game was. I seriously hope they won't do the same as Blizzard did with Diablo 3 release.

Around a week ago, guys from GameSpawn posted an epic trailer of Battlefield 3. I just got no words to say, it is really freaking epic! Check out the video and I guess you will understand what I am so happy about!

Sound work is indeed great, battlefield bad company 2 wasn't even close to such quality and they are making a really epic singleplayer with great storyline. IMHO, BFBC2 single wasn't made thoroughly enough, the story wasn't deep enough. And here you can check out this video's analysis:

Total Influence Online

Last week I was in a search for something I could play as I was really bored and in need for something new and interesting, something that wouldn’t bore me even more with its installation process which would take over 9000 hours and I stumbled upon that game called “Total Influence Online”.

Once we started playing it, it was quite hard to quit, game really gets you. If you are not familiar what is playing for 12 hours – you better get prepared, a friend of mine played it for 15 hours straight, doing breaks only for food. :) Developers simply took best part out of fallout 2 and put it into an online game. It is an online turn-based tactical shooter, who’d have believed that the idea would be so much fun?

IMHO, the worst part of it is when you’ve just began playing and aren’t really used to the gameplay. With no idea of how to play it in order to win, you will lose very often until you work out your own tactics with each kind of weapon.

Size of this game is indeed small – it’s only around 79 mb at the moment (game is still in the process of development and updates occur quite often), takes just a couple of minutes to set it up.

If you ever played Fallout 1 and 2 or Ultima Online, you will be similar with this type of graphics – it’s all in 2d. Still, as the graphics are kind of outdated for today, they don’t look that bad. If you want something to play, you have nothing but your laptop with you and you’re bored – this is the best thing for wasting huge amounts of time and having fun.
