Pra começar decidi fazer 2 sabores porque nem todo mundo gostava de camarão. Fiz com morangas pequenas porque aqui é muito difícil achar morangas como no Brasil, se fosse aí eu faria 2 grandes.&lt;br /&gt;
Primeiro passo é colocar os peitos de frango para cozinhar na pressão com um pouco de sal. Enquanto isso tire uma tampa das abóboras e remova as sementes e fiapos. Depois passe sal e alho espremido dentro delas.&lt;br /&gt;

Depois vem o molho vermelho, fiz o mesmo para os dois sabores. Frite o alho e a cebola e depois jogue os tomates ate derreter. Coloquei pimenta tabasco, agua, e ketchup pra tirar o ácido do tomate.&lt;br /&gt;

O tempo de forno das morangas sera aproximadamente uns 30 a 40 minutos. Pra saber se esta no ponto enfie um garfo na parte de fora da moranga, ele tem q entrar facilmente. Tire do forno, remova as tampas, e mecha com uma colher tirando umas partes da abóbora para fazer parte do molho.&lt;br /&gt;

Primeiro, retire a casca das laranjas ou tangerinas sem machucar muito as cascas. Deixe de molho na água por dois a três dias, trocando a água algumas vezes por dia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
No dia de cristalizar, depois de escorrer as cascas, coloque dentro de uma panela com a mesma quantidade de açúcar. Você pode usar uma balança para isso ou fazer no olhômetro mesmo, não costuma dar errado.&lt;br /&gt;

A laranja vai soltar água suficiente para cozinhar e o açúcar vai derreter. No começo, você não vai precisar mexer muito. Com o tempo, o açúcar fica mais grosso e você precisa mexer o tempo inteiro para ele não grudar no fundo e não queimar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando a laranja absorver o açúcar e a água (isso demora cerca de uma hora, dependendo da quantidade de laranja), desligue o forno e despeje as cascas em cima de mais açúcar, em um prato ou forma, e abra elas (espalhe-as no açúcar, de preferência cristal).&lt;br /&gt;

Misture bem, se achar necessário coloque um pouquinho de sal, mas como o atume  azeitonas são salgados já, eu prefiro não colocar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num refratário untado, coloque uma camada de purê, em cima desta camada rale um pouco de muzzarella, coloque o recheio de atum, como sobrou um restinho de nada de creme de leite da confecção do purê eu coloquei por cima, regue com azeite de oliva e cubra com mais uma camada de muzzarela ralada. Corte os maracujás e coloque a polpa num liqüidificador ou processador.&amp;nbsp;Corte as cascas em pedaços&amp;nbsp;e coloque-as junto. Não precisa cortar muito&amp;nbsp;pequeno.&lt;br /&gt;
Se você estiver usando um processador pode juntar todos os demais ingredientes e triturá-los sem culpa. Se for usar liqüidificador junte apenas o leite, o óleo e os ovos. Bata até que não sobrem grandes pedaços. Despeje tudo numa batedeira para continuar a misturar os últimos dois ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;
Pré-aqueça o forno em 210ºC. Asse em um refratário untado por 30 minutos ou até que dê uma douradinha nas laterais.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Frite as panquecas dos dois lados.- Recheie com a carne moída e muçarela, enrole e coloque num refratário.- Com as panquecas no refratário, jogue molho de tomate e parmesão e muçarela.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Deixe alguns minutos no forno (pré-aquecido) para derreter os queijos.&lt;br /&gt;
