Big Bang Theory Season 02 Episdeo 19 The Dead Hooker Juxtaposition

2011-10-08T04:32:00.000-07:00

One of the funniest episode of the "Big Bang Theory" S02E19.. im re-watching all the episodes and this one caught my mind..

this episodes story is.. there is a new hot new girl(Alicia) rents apartment upstairs of Leonard n Shelden.. then penny gets really jealous bcoz of Alicia's getting all the attention from boys and lots of favors..

i superliked Valerie Azlynn.. she made penny look like nothing.. although i love Penny a lot.. her love cannot be replaceable..

this is one of my favorites episodes of BBT..

How i Met Your Mother Season 7 Episode 1

2011-10-05T04:24:00.000-07:00

remember the time when Ted was not retard ?.. i really think they are making a fool out of Ted ( Josh Randor ).. i know that Ted is a dreamy hopeless romantic but they are over doing it.. its actually they are over tedding Ted.. ;p

niway.. the story of the season 7 premier goes something like this.. "Barney getting ready for wedding to a unknown bride.. which we all think between Nora/Robin.. they remembered how Marshall destroyed Ted's friend punchy's wedding.. and in that wedding robin was considering telling Barney she has feelings for him"

If someone who didn't watched any episodes of the glazes a eye on the story would probably think "what an awful soap opera".. ;p

i'd suggest everyone to start from the beginning..

Transformers: Dark Of The Moon 2011

2011-10-03T03:53:00.000-07:00

we all pretty much know about Transformers.. from the movies, cartoons etc.. in this part.. they found that there was something in the dark side of the moon.. and apollo 11 and their crews are really on mission to recover what was in there..

watching michael bay's movie is very enjoyable.. i love how he rolls his camera.. but he really does makes films for himself with loads n loads of special effects and mass explosives... few of the scenes were really unrealistic other then that movie was really enjoyable.. nt to mention Rosie.. who was Sam(labeouf)'s new girl friend in this part.. ;)

Kate And Leopold 2001

2011-10-01T00:44:00.000-07:00

story is about a 18th century duke who followed a suspicious man and ended up in 21t century..

nice story keeps you watching it without getting other attention.. jack acted very well as usual except from few of his high accented rich british dialogs.

nothing i can say without spoiling few moments.. but don't get your hopes so much from this movie.. its watchable but not remember-able .. so watch it if you haven't. and here is imdb link for more info.

Everything Must Go 2010

2011-09-30T23:40:00.000-07:00

even though it has comedy in it's genre.. i didnt find it funny at all.. the movie was full of sadness, there should a genre other then drama which will describe "sad".. and this movie should be enlisted there..

its movie based on a a short play called "Why Don't You Dance" by Dan Rush, Raymond Carver.

story goes something like this.. a alcoholic losing his job/wife/house/car in the edge of breaking down.. starts a yard sale for starting over..

i was watching this movie and was biting my finger out of anger.. i wanned to hit few of the cast and characters.. damn.. well thats me.. if you want more info from imdb.. then click here..

Green Lantern (2011)

2011-09-30T12:16:00.001-07:00

just finished watching it.. was quite all right.. but i did expected a lot from it thu.. story of the movie is..

"a test pilot with lots of attitude has been chosen by the ring of a very honorable and powerful green lantern.."

i thought the defeat of the parallax was too easy.. they could have shown some more tricks and ways to trick the parallax and could have point out humans have so much more will power then any others.. and i always thought Hal Jordan was a African-american.. at least that is what i saw in the cartoons.. niway if you havn't watched it it.. then i'd say watch it.. not fully waste of time.

Middle Man 2009

2011-08-02T11:01:00.000-07:00

Middle Man the movie is directed by george gallo. this can be a life changing movie for few entrepreneur. as movie was based on real events you could get encouragement from this movie. i really enjoyed it and wished i was a smart part of it. imdb users has rated it 6.7. i rated it full 7. luke wilson was really charming with his words and really showed himself like a middle man who can solve your problems with some negotiations. with solving different problems he winds up in pretty big multi million $$ deals with two morons accompanied by dishonest lawyer and Russian mob. Not to mention there was a lot of soft core nudity. Guys will love it undoubtedly.

2011-07-07T11:04:00.000-07:00

plot - about a wealthy playboy who was forced to marry a girl to continue his inheritance.

I have watched many films with this kinds of background. Like one is rich another is poor and at last they realize money isn't the big factor. But it sure did show a lot of new things. I loved the cars, specially the bat-mobile. And also the magnetic bed, which i'm planning to put in my bed room sometime in the future. Imdb rating is - 5.5. I rated 5. Its in top 13 in the box office.

My rating overall 6. ( out of 10 ). Imdb link - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0369179/

The Screen shots have been taken from one of my favorite episode of the show Called "Camel Filters and Pheremones"( Season 1 Episode 12) . If you have seen the show you'll know that it's the episode where Bertha ( the house maid ) brings her 16 year old grand-daughter Prudence ( Megan Fox ). You might now understand why this episode is my favorite. She looked stunningly amazing. This was one of the performance of her which brought her to real lime light.

megan fox..

i'd go to jail for that..

jake's act looked very gullible.

Here is a video preview of the episode 12. Season 1.

All night i kept thinking about all the details of the movie. So if you haven't seen it yet, then i'd say don't waste anymore of time just watch. Imdb rating - 9.2/10. + .8 from me.. ;-). 2011-07-03T05:44:00.000-07:00

A drama based on a female FBI agent who is forced to work in some weird sci-fi field.

First thing when i saw the pilot of the season 1 popped in my mind was X-Files. It felt like a really long version of a X-files episode, but not in a bad way. I enjoyed it and learned some new words. If you are a fan of Supernatural and X-files kind of things then this is your thing. It has been nominated for 3 ammys. Imdb rating for this show is 8.7/10 by 17.5 thousand users. I think rating is justified. Here is imdb link - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1119644/

7 Khoon Maaf 2011 ( Hindi Movie )

2011-07-02T11:25:00.000-07:00

Plot - A women in search of true love faces many unwanted evils.

It is a one of a kind movie. You don't see much darkness and twists in average Hindi movies. Priyanka was top notch. Every bit of her was very attractive till the last so was the movie. All the characters did there job really good. I was told many good things about the movie before so, i expected very much. It did hit my expectations but it wasn't what i thought it would be, pretty confusing right ? :p . Watch the movie i don't think you'll be disappointed. Imdb rating - 6.6. and i agree.

The story - about 12 year old kids.. Dealing with the matters in there own way. And trying to find the right objectives for their lives.

When i started watching this i never expected such a awesome movie. To be honest i was kinda on the wrong foot when i saw the wwe studio banner, but they didn't put anything except Randy Orton. I liked all the cast equally, they did an outstanding job with their characters. I literally forgot i was watching a movie and was so into it. I'd sure like to see more of Michael Pavone's work in the future. Imdb rating for this movie is - 7, my rating is 8.5/10. here is imdb link - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1606180/

After releasing in 15 April 2011.. it still is in #72( June 28 ) so it doesn't really need any recommendation, but if you want to go through it then.. It was the best movie at that time.. Henry's Crime 2010

2011-06-27T15:07:00.000-07:00

Usually I don't watch a movie without looking over its genre, story, about and etc. But this movie was just laying in there in my hard disk, i didn't had anything better to do. So i started watching this movie and i loved it. It might seem like a booring movie but it's not. Nice interesting drama with old plot i guess but the writer knew what to put and director knew how to make people stay with the movie. And not to mention Keanu Reeves awesome as usual. imdb rating for this movie is 6.2 but i rated full 7. here is imdb link - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1220888/

Limitless 2011

2011-06-25T07:06:00.000-07:00

Everyonce in a while man/women dreams of such things that they can't have. I think this movies main idea was that. Movie was quite all right, interesting script kept the interest running till the end. When i first started to watch it I wasn't actually sure how it would go, but at last turned out good. But not that great. Maybe because it was though for me to take Bradley Cooper seriously. But Robert De Niro played cool. imdb rated it 7.2 but i rated 6 No hard fillings. ;) here is imdb link - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1219289/

imdb storyline -

An action-thriller about a writer who takes an experimental drug that allows him to use 100 percent of his mind. As one man evolves into the perfect version of himself, forces more corrupt than he can imagine mark him for assassination. Out-of-work writer Eddie Morra's (Cooper) rejection by girlfriend Lindy (Abbie Cornish) confirms his belief that he has zero future. That all vanishes the day an old friend introduces Eddie to NZT, a designer pharmaceutical that makes him laser focused and more confident than any man alive. Now on an NZT-fueled odyssey, everything Eddie's read, heard or seen is instantly organized and available to him. As the former nobody rises to the top of the financial world, he draws the attention of business mogul Carl Van Loon (De Niro), who sees this enhanced version of Eddie as the tool to make billions. But brutal side effects jeopardize his meteoric ascent. With a dwindling stash and hit men who will eliminate him to get the NZT.

imdb user review -

The bottom line, See this movie. Why you ask? The story line isn't the best I have seen this year (check out "King's Speech" to see my comparison) but the concept that the movie is based on is something that hits deep in the human psyche. Ultimate power, intelligence and the ability to do whatever you want. As the movie title says, a world where you are "Limitless".

I felt the film started off a bit slow but stick out the first few minutes and you'll be glad you stayed. The rest of the movie's fast paced story line sucks you in to the very end.

I only wish that the movie had been longer. At just over 100 minutes I felt that the movie could have afforded to spend more time on character development. They do a good job of getting you into the main Eddie Morra's (Bradley Cooper) head, which, overall I think was primarily what sucked me in. However, I felt the film could have afforded to spend more time on giving the viewer a deeper insight into the relationship between the two main characters, Eddie Morra and Carl Van Loon (Robert De Niro).

In the end I left the theater feeling that the movie was well worth my time to see, it met all of my expectations and, while short and lacking some depth, was overall entertaining and had me wishing that the story was real.

wikipedia movie plot - ( spolers )

Edward "Eddie" Morra (Bradley Cooper) is a writer who lives in New York City and has recently been dumped by his girlfriend Lindy (Abbie Cornish) in addition to failing to meet the deadline to turn in his new book, which he hasn't started yet. One day, Eddie comes across Vernon Gant (Johnny Whitworth), the brother of his ex-wife, Melissa Gant (Anna Friel). Vernon is a drug dealer, and he offers Eddie a sample of a new nootropic drug, NZT-48, claiming it has the ability for humans to access 100% of the brain's power, as opposed to the normal 20%. Eddie accepts, and, much to his surprise, the drug does indeed work, allowing him to finish his book.

Eddie asks Vernon for more of the drug, and Vernon agrees, after Eddie runs a few errands for him. When Eddie returns to Vernon's apartment, he finds Vernon murdered and promptly calls the police. He quickly deduces that Vernon was probably killed by someone who wanted his stash of NZT, and he searches Vernon's apartment for it. He finds the stash of NZT and a wad of cash and uses it to turn his life around. He abandons his writing career and starts trading stocks, borrowing capital from a Russian thug, Gennady. Eddie becomes rich at an incredibly fast pace and is soon employed by the powerful businessman Carl Van Loon (Robert DeNiro). Eddie also gets back together with Lindy. Meanwhile, he feels that he is being followed by a man in a tan coat (Tomas Arana). He also starts using more and more NZT, causing side effects to occur: lost time, frenetic activity, and heart palpitations.

Eddie fails to accomplish a task assigned to him by Van Loon because of an NZT hangover, and fears he might even have killed a woman during some lost time. He is contacted by his ex-wife Melissa and learns that she had been an NZT addict and that withdrawal from the drug causes major health and mental problems, possibly resulting in death. She warns Eddie to taper off the NZT before it's too late. When Gennady comes calling, he tries one of Eddie's pills. Gennady quickly realises the drug's effects and threatens Eddie until he agrees to give him more NZT, which Eddie supplies.

Despite Melissa's warnings, Eddie manages his consumption of the drug down to an acceptable level, and uses his fortune to hire a scientist to work on reverse engineering NZT, a process that could take years. He assists Carl again, this time on a big company merger deal with a rival businessman. Before the deal can take place, the rival falls ill, and Eddie understands that this illness must be due to withdrawal from NZT. Noticing the man in the tan coat working with the rival, he realizes the man's true mission—to steal Eddie's stash of NZT for his boss. Before the deal can take place, the stash is successfully stolen not by the man but by Eddie's lawyer, Brandt, who happens to also be working for the rival. Seeing no way out and desperate for more NZT, he returns home to find he has been followed by Gennady, but manages to kill him and his two thugs with intelligence gained from what he believes to be the last of the NZT—drank directly from Gennady's bloodstream. Later that night, Carl's business rival dies, and Eddie agrees to work with the man in the tan coat to retrieve his stolen NZT stashed away at Brandt's mansion.

One year later, Eddie's book has been published (titled Illuminating the Dark Fields—a reference to the novel on which the film is based), and Eddie is running for the United States Senate. In the midst of his campaign, Carl approaches Eddie with the revelation that he bought the company that secretly makes NZT and the back room NZT lab Eddie was financing has been shut down. Carl offers him an unlimited supply of NZT (admitting that they both know he is headed for Presidency); however, Eddie must use his political position to push Carl's agenda in return. Eddie refuses the offer, informing Carl that he no longer needs the drug. His prolonged use, plus a modified version by his private scientist has allowed him to come off of the drug. He also suggests that the drug may have permanently enhanced his brain. In the film's last scene, Eddie is eating lunch with Lindy, conversing with the waiter in Mandarin Chinese, and it is left ambiguous as to whether or not he is actually off of NZT-48.
