<p>2012 will mark the second year for Dublin&#8217;s Farmers Market located at Emerald Glen Park. The market will run every Thursday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. May 3rd will be the first Thursday the Farmers Market in Dublin will be open and will continue through September 27th.</p>
<p>Not only will the Farmers Market in Dublin be open every Thursday, but will also feature themes including first Thursday of each month:</p>
<p><strong>May 3</strong>: <em>Jukebox Heroes</em> &#8211; a cover band of popular songs<br />
<strong>June 7</strong>: <em>Tempest</em> &#8211; Celtic rock<br />
<strong>July 5</strong>: <em>James Robinson</em> &#8211; an acoustic guitarist of world music<br />
<strong>August 2</strong>: <em>Contino</em> &#8211; Cajun, zydeco, and blues<br />
<strong>September 6</strong>: <em>Diablo Road</em> &#8211; bold, energetic Country and popular music</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;Dublin Cooks&#8221;</strong> (Second Week of the Month): This night will feature cooking demonstrations, taste tests, and, on May 10, a lively &#8220;Mayors&#8217; Cook-Off,&#8221; featuring mayors from all over Alameda County, including Dublin’s own Mayor Sbranti.  Residents and service organizations will also be able to participate in a monthly cook-off, where they can show off their talents in the cooking of a variety of foods, such as ribs and chili.</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;Community Night&#8221;</strong> (Third and Fifth Week of the Month): This night will again provide local groups with an opportunity to showcase their talents, and offer up information about their organization.  The Market will also feature entertainment from local musical, theatrical, and dance groups.</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;Family Night&#8221;</strong> (Fourth Week of the Month): Designed to give families an opportunity to spend more time together, this night will feature games and activities for the kids, including face painting, Checkers the Clown, crafts, and a host of fun and interesting shows and exhibits. The Valley Children&#8217;s Mobile Museum will also be open each week, offering fun activities in addition to their &#8220;Traveling Missions&#8221; exhibit</p>

<p>Homes for sale in San Ramon sold in an average of 42 days with an average list price of $778,100 at $299 a square foot. The average sale price was $769,810 at $296 a square foot.</p>
