What is Geopathic Stress?

r

Geopathic Stress is when the vibrational rate of the Earth’s magnetic energies and underground water causes a lower vibration, which in turn gives rise to stress to the humane body.

What Are Earth’s Magnetic Energies Anyway?

The Earth’s magnetic energies consist of gridlines know as the Hartman grids and Curry grids which are in general life giving in natural surroundings, but become destructive when a building is constructed on or over them, or if the land that has been poisoned by toxins, chemicals, fertilisers, land fill or other contaminants. Water Veins represent where water runs in underground streams.

Where three of the grids or water veins cross a natural vortex is formed and these are known as Acupressure points of the earth. These Acupressure points, again in natural surrounds are life giving but become destructive when contaminated by the construction of buildings or other man-made structures. These then become a risk to humane health, exceptionally if you are sleeping or spending a lot of time over them, as this may lead to physical or mental health troubles and other severe health disorders.

Fault Lines, Fissures & Fault Zones

Geopathic Stress may also be caused by Fault Lines and Fissures, known as Fault Zones. These occur with the rising or falling of the Earth’s crust. This may cause a lower than normal vibrational rate in the Earth’s frequencies, which may then manufacture severe physical and mental states in the humane body.

Many Metropolitan cities around the world are affected by major Fault Lines that they have been built on. Geopathic Stress caused by Fault Zones lowers melatonin levels causing sleep disorders, mental instability and depression. These then ead to affiliated difficulties such as alcohol abuse, pharmaceutical drug use or recreational drug addiction. Unfortunately most of our lower socio-economic housing areas are more many times placed in areas of severe Geopathic Stress, altho it doesn’t discriminate, as even a lot of of our better socio-economic areas are build over these fault zone areas.

How Can Orgone & Schumann Energy Help?

Orgone Energy offers solutions to heal or remove Geopathic Stress and Fault zones in your home or business. The Geopathic Stress may be neutralized or harmonised with tools such as Orgone Energy / Schumann Generators. A Geoclense Geopathic Stress Harmoniser or other “cures” put in place, raise the vibrational rate of these magnetic grids and fault zones to a “life giving” energy, bettering the physical vibration of your home and work environment.

Other household dangers such as Electromagnetic Radiation from electrical gimmicks may also harmonized with the Schumann Generators, Orgone Energy productions and other tools, supplying an energetic state rich with healthful life-giving “Negative Ions” which are naturally found in nature, returning the vibration of your space back to how it will have to be. EMR Mobile Phone Protectors and WiFi Protector on your electronic instrumentation and computers will protect you by neutralizing the injure that they cause.

Wearing a EMR Orgone Energy Protection Pendant may help to keep you protected from these no matter where you go. Someone not so long ago stopped having Anxiety and Panic attacks in his office as soon after he start out to wear an Orgone Pendant! A young boy stopped crying without disturbance and gained a large total of selfconfidence in himself from wearing an Orgone Pendant and is a totally dissimilar boy now.

What Orgone Energy Generators?

One of the most promising and stimulating appliances being made growingly available to the public in this 21st century are the Orgone Generators or Schumann Resonance metaphysical products, whose principles and workings were introductory introduced and made popular by Wilhelm Reich in the 1950′s. These items have been brought back into popularity in recent times. They are also known as “chemtrail busters” or “Holy Hand Grenades” (HHGs), and these Orgone Energy Accumulators / Chi Generators have immense healing and protective capacities.

What is Orgone Energy? Orgone Energy is chi, pranic energy or the Universal life strength energy that sustains our Universe. It has two atoms of oxygen to one of water, and it is through the oxygenation routine that it builds and heals. It is the originative life strength and it is regulated by your crystalline-based pineal gland or third eye, which is our master gland in our body. Due to the pollution, chemicals and bad habits we create, our pineal gland by the time we are adults, has shrunk from the size of a golf ball to that of a dried-up pea and so have our spiritual powers! The planet as a whole is Orgone or oxygen-deficient, thanks to the man-made and other interference to our planet. Hence our severe lack of Spirituality in our society and likewise why Orgone Energy Products are also know as productions to heighten Enlightenment.

Since most of us are at a loss spiritually or are working hard to try to regain our Spirituality, we must fight the oppositions of humanity in and one of way to do this by using Orgone Energy technology, which is more organic than it is artificial and accordingly more powerful. This technology restores the introductory Orgone Energy content of ouplanet by amplifying our planet’s natural energies and elementals (nature spirits).

Not only do these widgets develop or amplify natural Orgone Energy or originative life force, but they likewise neutralize and convert deadly orgone energy (known as DOR) into positive healing energy. They do this immediately. Orgone Energy attracts, energizes and empowers natural energies and elementals to do their natural revitalizing and fix work to the environment.

The Great Pyramid in Egypt was a giant Orgone Energy device, as are all pyramidal structures around the planet. Unfortunately, they have been deactivated because of improper use. Mountains and trees are of nature’s own natural Orgone manufacturers balancing our climate daily. Large-scale deforestation is a major crime of the negative forces, that will turn this planet to be a lifeless desert if it isn’t stopped. Orgone Energy may in future be harnessed to power cars and utilities, and will at last replace polluting fossil fuels, which are destabilizing our climate.

Orgone gadgets may be pyramidal, conical or cylindrical, or come as a pendant or in other forms and have no size limit. They may even be made into rings, toys, furniture, and just with regards to anything else. It is as much an art as a science, and the more beautiful you make them – the more they will attract and generate positive influences.

A mutual hand-made unit is around four by four inches but may be much smaller, and has an amazing effective radial range of roughly one fourth of a mile. The power of an Orgone Energy Generator is exponential heightened when set up with other generators, normally in triangular or hexagonal fashion.

They are ordinarily constructed of a molded resin matrix, interspersed with metal shavings and containing a central quartz crystal surrounded by a copper coil. More coils, crystals, and solid homogeneous inorgani substances are added for enhancement. The resin attracts the Orgone Energy, the crystals amplify it, the coil directs it and the metal shavings repel it. Astrology, Feng Shui, Divining, Dowsing and other disciplines may be employed in conjunction with Orgone Energy productions to select auspicious times, places, materials, and intents for your Orgone Energy generating items.

What are the Benefits Of Orgone Energy & Schumann Resonance Metaphysical Products?

Worn as pendants or jewelry, or placed strategically in and around your house, office, workplace, neighborhood, car, or on your cell phone, laptop or computer, Orgone Energy & Schumann Resonance Metaphysical products, amid other benefits, will:

The performance was really good compared with the 2-years old one. Has the right fit and 1650mAh compared with original 1530mAh. The only thing I miss is a tab to take it out properly, but for me is not a big problem because is not something usual to do.

The market equivalent to the SanDisk Sansa Fuze 4 GB would be the Apple iPod Nano. Most of the comparings will be made among these two models. First of all, the Fuze has a 1.9-inch display screen (versus Apple’s 2″ screen). Although they are roughly of the same size, I prefer the configuration of the Sansa screen. To better view a heap of videos in the wide screen format, you will need to undertake the iPod sideways. With the SanDisk model, you may watch it upright.

The Sansa Fuze 4GB weighs at just 2.1 ounces, which makes it very portable. The front of the MP3 player has a high-gloss surface while the back of the player Is made of a matte, tough rubbery material that is not prone to fingerprints and scratches. It comes in pink, blue, black, silver and red.

On the side of the player, you will find the power switch and a micro SD card slot that is very handy. As for navigation, it has a rotating wheel in the middle, very much like the ones found on iPods. Here the wheel actually physically rotates and there is a ring of light around it. Despite it is size, this MP3 player is full of surprising features. For instance, while you are listening to the radio, you may record the music that is presently playing on the station. This device likewise doubles as a voice recorder.

The SanDisk Sansa Fuze 4 GB has a decent battery life, with up to 24 hours of music playback and 5 hours of video. Another distinctive feature is that you may delete a song right on the player (with the iPod you will need to plug it to a PC). It charges using a USB cord and you don’t need to have any drivers installed before you plug it to the PC. It ships with a set of earphones, a USB 2.0 cable cord and a quick get started guide.

Of course it does more than just play music. From a usability perspective, I think it rivals the iPod interface and provides more feedback. While I really love the device, there are some things that I wish were a little better.

Pros
—-
- Very nice screen and just big enough that if you were stuck on a plane, watching a movie still is an enjoyable experience.
- Simple and very intuitive interface. I love the fact that the iPod-like wheel actually rotates.
- Expansion via MicroSD cards is a great feature. I was able to swap the MicroSD card between my BlackBerry and the Fuze and be able to share images, and music.
- The FM Radio and ability to record from it is one of the coolest features. There’s something about the randomness about radio that I still really like. And the ability to record a song that I don’t already have can save you some money.
- I haven’t used the external mic yet, but I think that’s a neat feature to have when you have a thought and want to record it. I can think of several times where I’ve had a thought and wasn’t able to write it down.

Cons
—-
- The most frustrating experience I’ve had with the Fuze is the ability to get Video transferred. I’ve tried multiple formats and have been very unsuccessful in finding the right format to use. This is the main reason I’ve not given it a full 5 star review. Of course it’s ridiculous to think that this would be a ‘Movie’ player. However, I have some great concerts that I would love being able to watch as well as listen to. I’m not interested in watching a movie.
- The on/off switch is great if you want to make sure that you don’t accidentially turn on/off. However, I think it’s overly difficult. Especially if you have large fingers. I would have preferred to press the Play button for a couple of seconds.
- The device ‘hiccups’ when scrolling through music that has album art. For some reason, when you get to the list of albums, the select button doesn’t work until the album art appears. Often requiring you to double-click. Not a big deal, unless you’re quickly trying to find a song to add to the play list.
- Finally, the device is either too new or not popular enough to warrant accessories. I really want to buy a protective cover, but they don’t exist. I’ve read that some people are using Nano covers, but they don’t fit well enough. This is really bad if you want to use the Fuze while exercising or cutting the lawn.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Fuze to anyone looking for a low-cost small media device. The cons shouldn’t sway you away from buying it, but they are good to know. I’ll update my review when I figure out the right combination of video formats for the device.

The codec support is about average, not great but it satisfies my needs as 99% of my music is encoded in mp3 format.

One of my dislikes is common among all sandisk mp3 players(and most other players) is that the charging/syncing port is proprietary. Not a big issue, mini-usb would have been nice though.

Video playback was smooth(used a mp4 350MB recorded tv show) no sync problems between the audio/video and no stuttering. Too small to really be considered for video playback though.

Picture viewing is about the same as video and by that I mean it works great and the pictures look ok but the screen is so small it is not practical to show off pics with it.

Voice recording works well, don’t have to hold it directly to my face to clearly record sounds…although I’m not sure what this can be used for but it is there and works well.

The radio works great, easy station browsing, easy to add stations to presets, and reception is very clear.

The sound is very accurately produced at all ranges. The included headphones fit well and sound good. The volume goes up much higher than I could ever think I would need it. For those of you who are runners, I use the earphones that come with it and they direct the sound very well into my ears so I do not have to make it too loud and can still hear some of the environmental sounds: wind noise is hardly noticeable.

The screen is easy to see in all light conditions, bright, and easy to read.

The build quality feels great. It has generous weight to it, light enough to take running and not really notice it but heavy enough to give it a solid feel. The front of the device is a bit shiny and does tend to attract fingerprints easily but not scratches so far.

Expansion port works great, currently using a 4GB microsdhc to shuttle podcasts/audiobooks between it my pc.

Navigation is a breeze and the menus are very intuitive, the scroll wheel/buttons are easy to find and press even with the player not in sight.

Syncing I very easy to do without the need for bloated software. You can add media to it via a file explorer(drag & drop) or one of several media players like WMP, winamp, and a variety of others. The datbase is auto-updating and works flawlessly. I have seen a few reviews that say the database refresh takes a while. With a completely full internal memory and half full 4gb card my refreshes only take 15-30 seconds.

A few final notes. The boot-up is about 3-5 seconds from off to playing music after pressing the power button. It will resume the music exactly where you left it when turning it off. Actual usable memory is about 7.8 GB. 4 1/2 out of 5 stars, best on the market right now but not perfect of course.

UPDATE: 2 new “cons” I have come across. Technically the device is performing as intended but I am hoping for a firmware update to “resolve” these.

1. When scrolling, the speed of scrolling does not increase. Basically takes forever if the song you want is in the second half of the alphabet. This will probably be changed in the next firmware update though.

2. The podcasts are sorted by most recent first. This kind of makes since so you dont have to scroll to the bottom to listen to the newest one but it also causes a problem if you are trying to listen to a series in order and it starts playing through them backwards. Probably no “fix” for this issue although being able to choose how it is sorted would be great.

Poulson
I did a lot of research before purchasing the Fuze. My research led me to narrow my choice to two options. One being the Fuze, the other being the IPod Nano. In the end I bought both units. The Fuze I paid cash for from Amazon, the Ipod I redeemed credit card points to obtain.
After having both for about a month now I don’t understand why anyone would buy an Ipod. Other than the beautifully designed packaging and product it is the most difficult proprietary product out there. You have to use Itunes to register the unit and load music. In my case downloading Itunes messes with my Windows Media Player which I use as a player linked to a hard drive which is my in home music server. In order to fix the software conflicts between Itunes and Windows Media I had to resort to uninstalling Itunes which by it self did not solve the problem. Only after defragementing my hard drive did the problem go away.
The Sansa Fuze was so simple to load with music I was amazed. Simplily plug it in and drag and drop. It even gives you the option of specifying what type of music file you prefer (ie compressed or not). With storage expansion via card and an FM player it is fantastic.
So while I appreciate the visual design of the Ipod it is extremely over rated to me. Don’t buy an Ipod unless you are only interested in looks over performance.

Then I found the Sansa M240 (1GB) for only $87 (Circuit City) and I’m thrilled with it.
Sound quality is very good with the supplied earbuds and using the Custom EQ. Without the Custom EQ I might not be so happy. A neckstrap with the earbuds would be nice but can be added. There’s a hole to add a lanyard.
These 55 year old eyes found the Display easy to read even in the dark with a large, bold font and good contrast. The backlight is good but I’d prefer a lighter shade of blue for even better contrast. Very minor issue and really a matter of preference.
The controls are outstanding and one of the best features! The LARGE buttons are very easy to use and provide good tactile response.
Build quality is typical of similar products and seems well made with good fit and finish. Lightweight and handy size. Overall design is excellent in that they’ve put a large display and large buttons into a unit only slightly larger than a thumb drive!
I haven’t gone through a battery yet but I do like the fact that it runs on a single AAA battery and doesn’t need to be recharged with a cable or charger. I always keep a few AAA’s in my briefcase anyway for “in-flight” replacements.
Connection to a PC is simple with the supplied standard mini-USB cable (same as for my phone and camera!). I like that there are no proprietary cables or connectors. I prepared my playlist with WMP and synched the M240. The M240 automatically sorts by artist, album and genre.
Although I haven’t used it yet, the subscription compatibility is something I will probably use.
The FM Tuner receives even weaker stations and has 20 presets. With that many I can use different groups of presets for favorites in multiple cities. It would be nice to be able to record from FM as some units do but it’s not a big deal.
There is a voice recorder funtion that might be handy but I don’t really need it.
If you like simple & easy and eschew tiny, hard to use buttons and miniscule displays, you will like this a LOT – and it SOUNDS good.
Bottom Line: YES, I would buy it again!

I have spent a little time with this since then, and have been downloading large amounts of music to the player with no sign of it having major problems. The sound quality provided by the earbuds is a lot better than I expected, and the easy controls make this pretty simple to appreciate and use.

Included with my package was an offer from two third party companies worth checking out. The first was from audible.com for audiobook downloads (be warned that a lot of them are larger unabridged offerings) that has a huge selection to choose from, and the other was for Rhapsody, offering an $80 rebate if you subscribed for 6 months to their service. I have had a problem getting the Rhapsody website to accept the UPC number from my player required for preregistration, so be aware you might have a problem.

I am planning on taking this lightweight one-AAA battery player out on the ski slopes to have something tolisten to, and think that this will more than capably do the trick. I strongly recommend it if you have never gotten an mp3 player, because until I got this one, I hadn’t had one, and using the USB connection and armband plan to get a lot of use out of this player.

50 of 50 people found the following review helpful.
Fantastic mp3 player for gym rats!
By Gym Girl
I bought the Sansa SanDisk M240 2 months ago and I’ve been very pleased with the purchase. Here are all the reasons I bought it and like it:

-I needed an mp3 player to use during workouts (both at the gym and runs/walks outside). It comes with an adjustable elastic arm band and a plastic protective sheath for use with or without the armband. This unit is perfect for working out.
-Reasonably priced (around $75)
-Large-ish capacity (1GB) flash drive which also functions as a jump drive to store non music files on as long as you have your usb cord with you
-Runs on 1 AAA battery (!!!) (they say 16 hours of play time and that’s about right)
-Features an FM radio
-Hold switch to keep unit on or off
-It’s small, lightweight, and quite attractive.
-The display is easy to read.
-It has a microphone but I have never used it so I can’t comment on that function.
-Comes with headphones that are probably the best of the 3 pairs I own
-Simple drag and drop file transfer to load/unload music (but not compatible with Windows 98)

The only issue I had was on the first day that I got it, it wouldn’t let me drop more than 125 songs on the player. When I called customer service they immediately suggested that I create a folder on the player and drop the files into the folder (instead of directly onto the drive). That solved my problem and I was able to load up almost a full 1GB of music onto it. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful their customer service was.

May I suggest that you buy a set of rechargeable AAA batteries and a charging unit (I like Rayovac) to help save our planet?

I would buy this product again in a heartbeat.

When working with it, problem arose almost immediately with big files – long delays mid-copy, the device hanging and resuming operation only when reconnected, etc. A trip back to the store confirmed it defective and it was replaced.

That was not a good start, but coming back to the review over six months later, it gave me no further problems.

The device has no features whatsoever beside being a 512MB disk on a key – no lock switch, no secure storage, nothing. To be fair, I did not look for any of those featurs.

As far as price goes, a quick comparison shows there are cheaper products with the same storage size.

_____________ Update after some further use ______________

I’ve used this disk-on-key for ~18 months now, and had no further problems with it. It’s capacity is still sufficient for me, so I haven’t replaced it yet, though I do carry another 2GB cruzer micro in my pocket for the sole reason it cost me U.S.$8

I know I’m not an iPod, but I’ll try real hard to please you!”
By Señor Spook
As humans, we sometimes tend to personify our gadgets. Having witnessed the phenomenon in others, I’m happy to see I’m not the only one (a psychologist could explain it better, but it probably stems from our post-toddler, invisible friend/stuffed animal days, but no matter). So if this little MP3 player could speak, I reckon it would probably say something like, “Hi there! I know I’m not as full-blooded as an iPod Touch or as sleekly designed as an iPod Nano, but I’ll work real hard to make you happy. Honest!”

First, a bit of history: I’ve owned iPods since late 2003 when I bought a spanking new 15 GB third generation iPod. Back then, smart phones had yet to come of age and if you wanted a high-capacity MP3 player, Apple were just about the only game in town. It helped matters immensely that my iPod was so well constructed since I used it day in, day out for five years until it finally died and I replaced it with a fourth generation iPod Nano. That Nano sure *seemed* solid enough (what with its sleek, anodized aluminum body and all) but a mere year-and-a-half later it fell apart faster than Joan Crawford in a wire hanger factory (see “Mommie Dearest” for an explanation of that analogy). With hopes held high for an amazing sixth generation Nano, I balked at the rather stripped-down feature set and the tiny, nigh-unusable touch screen.

So, off a-shopping I did go.

Since Sony didn’t appear to make a Mac-friendly Walkman, I opted to punt, snapping up the newly released Sansa Fuze+ (black, 8BG capacity). I’d known about — and respected — Sansa players for years as affordable and worthy iPod competitors, so this seemed the best available option. Whether consciously or not, SanDisk are filling a huge void in the marketplace right now caused by the absence of last year’s multi-purpose fifth generation Nano (and as a student, I really, really needed its now long-gone voice recorder feature badly).

To define the negatives of this particular player: as many reviewers have pointed out, the Fuze+’s touch-sensitive interface can be a bit unresponsive at times and over-responsive at others. The GUI isn’t anywhere near as intuitive as anything Apple could have designed. Furthermore, the industrial design is rather plain and the plastic is easily scratched (HINT: rub any scratches that appear on plastic with Brasso and a clean, lint-free cloth; after several minutes, it clears them right up — promise!). That said…

Onto the positives: the sound quality from this thing is amazing — rich and full! I’ve run battery tests only to have my jaw hit the floor when power usage on my unit clocked in at a WHOPPING 53 hours for 128 kbps MP3s and 30 hours for 256 kbps AAC files. This in itself is an astonishing discovery, particularly having come from the notoriously power-hungry iPod realm. This little fellow plays video beautifully, although the screen’s visual “sweet spot” is at a slightly off-centre angle when watching a movie in Landscape mode. Also, it’s got a voice recorder — a good one — that uses the unit’s incredibly wee, shockingly responsive built-in microphone. While the Fuze+ won’t win any beauty contests, it is enough for me to say that it *is* solidly constructed, having already dropped it several times without so much as scratching it (Brasso time!).

I give this player a solid recommendation — especially (way) over the current iPod Nano — keeping in mind that it is still quite new and there *are* flaws. However, SanDisk seems to really care about their customers, listening to their concerns and working hard to iron out the kinks. Their Website support forums are a good place to go for advice, especially considering that by buying any new first-generation product, you’re essentially signing up to be a Beta tester.

It just comes with the territory, folks.

Williams
I understand that many people are not great when it comes to touch controls. With that said, this product will not be for everyone. For me personally, I have no issues with touch control. When I bought this mp3 player, I immediately upgraded the firmware via Sansa Updater (which I highly recommend you do). They are constantly releasing updates for their mp3 players to make them better. Their latest firmware update improves the responsiveness of the touch controls. So if you are having problems with it, make sure you update your firmware to see if that will help.

Audio wise, this mp3 player is a beast! Way better than my original Sansa Fuze. It can get very loud. I mainly use Rhapsody with it and there are absolutely no problems with it. The only thing that slightly bothers me is that it puts a white border around the album art if its not big enough. But thats easy to get used to. The radio player on here is amazing also. You can even record broadcasts. I have yet to use the voice recorder, but I may try it out today for a class lecture.

I do not use the Sansa Fuze+ for videos, photos, or podcasts so I cannot comment on those aspects. But I assume that if they are like any of the other features, it is pretty good.

Overall, I give this a 8/10.

Pros:
-Audio is a beast!
-Painless Rhapsody sync
-Great radio player
-microSD expansion slot

Cons:
-Touch controls takes a little time to get used to
-Cheap, plastic feel
-White border around album art that is too small

Hammett
Having bought an original Fuze for myself and one for my wife and having convinced two co-workers to buy the original Fuze, you could say I am a fan.

I wanted to buy my father one as a Christmas present and thought it would be nice to pre-load it with old time radio shows (my main use of the original Fuze). I thought that the new Fuze+ would be an improvement, but I was badly mistaken.

First off, the new Fuze+ does not have folders. If you have 1,000 episodes you have to scroll through all of them, as opposed to scrolling through folders that list them by show (i.e., if you have Jack Benny, Fred Allen, and Henry Morgan you do not see folders, but rather all of the individual files).

The start up is cruelly slow now.

The user interface is unwieldy and the buttons are overly sensitive. Yes, it looks more like an Apple product, but it does not work as well as a Sansa Fuze (original).

I expected there to be some issues in figuring out a new machine, but the problem with this one is that once you figure it out it is still inferior to the older model. Perhaps I am missing something and it is a wonderful player, but having read the directions (something I did not need to do on the original Fuze) I still found it awful to use.

Do yourself a favor and either wait until they have provided better software for this dog or buy something else…anything else.

I sent mine back and ordered an original Fuze, which is a brilliant product.

MDOJ,

My BD-P1400 arrived late yesterday! The firmware was altered last night by way of internet download and burning a CD. First impressions:

Video – !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Audio – !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FYI: There is no effigy or sound quality difference, or any other type of difference, in the USA Region A version of the multi-region Region A and B version of the Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player.

I have tried a regular DVD and one BRD so far and am very pleased. Load

times are very acceptable. No negatives from me on this unit so far. Will

report more later when I get galore of the more seemingly problematic BRDs.

The BD-P1400 has classic Samsung style. The front of the unit is all shiny black, with a thin strip of silver along the bottom.

Got my Samsung BD-P1400 last night and boy was I excited!! Before this review, let me commence by saying that this is the original and only Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player that I have owned and that I may not make a good deal of of the comparings you are looking for. If I don’t, just lemme know! I likewise want to say that I have NOT upgraded to the latest firmware yet as my modem is not near a TV.

Picture

Excellent, duh…… inky blacks, great contrast, detail, everything you suppose from Blu

Design: Wonderful looking BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player , the best yet I think. Face is very open, not cluttered, and the piano gloss finish rocks. Good remote too.

Load Times Wonderful. I have 5 movies so far and they all loaded in approx. 15 seconds. Then there was the new F4 Silver Surfer…. This is a BD+ title from Fox and a good deal of have had complaints regarding it is load time. The BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player gave me no problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible. Let me say again that this is right out of the box, no firmware update yet!

FYI: There is no effigy or sound quality difference, or any other type of difference, in the USA Region A version of the multi-region Region A and B version of the Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player.

Sound

I have not played with the sound much as I don’t have my Onkyo TX-SR705 yet. I did observe that there is an option to set the speakers from little to huge in analog 5.1 out mode. There are other discussions and reports of humans getting full DTS-MA bitstream from this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player (after firmware upgrade) on other threads and forums. I’m getting very anxious to try this out!

Others

The rest of the stuff is gorgeous standard. 128x max forward, unit resumes same position in the movie even after powered off, finelooking good response times from remote keys, etc.

All in all, this is a dynamite BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player. With the firmware upgrade, this guy will do just with regards to anything that you may suppose from a blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player right now!!

In addition to Blu-ray discs, the Samsung BD-P1400 may play standard-definition DVDs and CDs.

FYI: There is no effigy or sound quality difference, or any other type of difference, in the USA Region A version of the multi-region Region A and B version of the Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player.

The BD-PBD-P1400′s high-resolution soundtrack support is excellent. It has onboard decoding for Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, and DTS-HD High Resolution, which means it may output these soundtracks either in PCM format over the HDMI output or by way of the analog outputs. For newer receivers, the BD-P1400 likewise offers bitstream output for high-resolution soundtracks. So if you have a newer receiver with onboard Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio decoding, you may set the BD-P1400 to output audio over HDMI in encoded bitstream format–letting your receiver do the decoding, rather than the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player.

There ought to be perfectly no sound quality divergence whether you let the receiver decode or the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player decode, but a good deal of AV fans just love seeing the “Dolby TrueHD” light on their new receiver. If you need a Code free Converting DVD Disc Player for $79.95 Planet Omni likewise has that and they come with 2 warranties. So far, I am genuinely happy with this purchase. I was not sure I made the right deal because of the negative reviews I read but purchased it anyway.

I genuinely don’t know why persons get disturb when it only takes two minutes to get ready to play. I have used it assorted times with Blu-Ray disks rented from Netflix with no problems. I am still waiting for the eight free movies.

Connectivity is likewise solid. There’s an HDMI output capable of carrying both 1080p video signals and high-resolution audio.

For high-def analog video, there’s a factor video output (limited to 1080i), and there’s an S-Video output and a composite output for standard-def output. (As with all DVD BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player s, there is no DVD upscaling available thru factor video). On the audio side, there’s the aforementioned HDMI output, along with 5.1-channel analog outputs, both optical and coaxial digital audio outputs, and stereo analog outputs.

Rounding out the connectivity is an Ethernet port, which enables you to upgrade the firmware from the Internet–a feature that’s been mutual to HD DVD Players, but very rare amid Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Players.

FYI: There is no effigy or sound quality difference, or any other type of difference, in the USA Region A version of the multi-region Region A and B version of the Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player.

The BD-P1400 did a good occupation of rendering the opening sequence of Star Trek: Insurrection, demonstrating it is 2:3 pull-down prowess. Next up was Seabiscuit, and the BD-P1400 did a solid occupation with the difficult introduction, with few to no jaggies on the black and white photos.

MDOJ,

Just a quick update on the Samy BD-P1400. I have rented some BR’s from Netflix and have genuinely been enjoying the BD-P1400 – how when it comes to you? All the techno mumbo jumbo aside, as far as I’m concerned this is a great BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player.

I hope that the head dudes in charge of this forum will make a sticky for the Samsung BD-P1400 – hint – hint! looking at home movies here…not saving lives.

The Samsung is a REALLY good unit for the price. The multi-region version is just $849.95 from Planet Omni and taking into account they use a double motherboard particularly imported which will have to cost a fortune plus the intensive labor it’s a real outstanding bargain, IMHO.

I was capable to plug my unit directly into my modem with a network cable (as per Samsungs directions in the user manual) and the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player found it’s new firmware and loaded it up without the need for me to get on the computer, burn disks…etc. Very cool.

The Samsung has a outstanding effigy and with the current update I may listen to DTS-HD Master Audio (Sony can’t say that for twice the price!).

With the pace at which the engineering science is moving I think it is very difficult for a manufacturer to create these units, get them to market and have them exclusively “current” with the new disk technology, (which is altering daily), but Samsung has provided me with a unit that I may just plug into my modem and get an update when they have it available. I think that is AMAZING.

A little goodnatured tolerance and understanding may go a long way. After all…it wasn’t that long ago that when you purchased an electronic component, you couldn’t update it at all. I am sure Samsung will come through with an update soon. I have not run into any disks I could not play as of yet.

Having never seen a 1200 in action, I can’t help you – but the BD-P1400 PQ is excellent, but that’s what Blu is all regarding – right?

I have tried assorted BD’s from Netflix as well as a few popular def DVD’s. All were great. As far as the handshake issue, I’m not actually sure what that is…. and for the off, then play thing… why would you want to do that in a movie anyways?

Great BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player, I couldn’t be more happy I got the new BD-P1400 last week. returned the 1200 to get it. (plus 100 price divergence in my favor. PROS= the pic quality is by far the best I’ve seen, even better then the panny I had.

Controls are easy and set up just the same. I don’t like it loses the signal at the beginning of the discs.

AUDIO= I am not capable to use all the audio features due to my ONKYO being a few years old. I have it setup with a digital optical cable, the sound is in truth splendid except for the POPS I get each now and then.

As for the BD discs, POTC with regards to 2 minutes, have had no problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible, with any other BD movies. I did detect that after I hit pause and went to hit play, the movie would play for a minute and then stop. I had to hit play again. No huge deal.

Used the Ethernet port to download new firmware, can’t tell the divergence though. I am sorry I am not that technical but this is my blue collar review. any??????s I will answer the best I can

Just finished looking at Casino Royale – spectacular!

I have a Playstation 3 that has amazing picture quality for both Blu-Ray and upscaling of Standard DVD’s since a software upgrade. We use this for our main HD TV in the family room. I necessitated another BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player for a second HD TV we just had hung in our bedroom.

I waited for the BD-P1400 to become available since I already devoted to the Blu-Ray format and wanted the latest technology available. I can not say sufficient when it comes to the sound quality that this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player offers, it is unbelievable. The picture quality is splendid and on par with the Playstation 3. I am seriously giving careful consideration to purchasing a second BD-P1400 for our main set because of the outstanding sound. Great BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player particularly for the money.

By far the best Blu-ray I ever tested. Never watch cartoons but now I’m spending a lot of time watching with my kids.

This is a great Blue Ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player. DTS HD MA bitstream finally. I have owned this product for with regards to two months and am thrilled with it; it is in truth a good deal. I only use my Blu Ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player to play Blu Ray movies, since the sound is piped into a Samsung 5-disc receiver. The picture quality is amazing. I own four Blu Ray discs (which I purchased on Amazon at $14.99 each) and they all play beautifully, with no problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible, and a crystal clear picture.

I purchased this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player in December. I hooked it up with an HDMI cable to a Sony Receiver. The Cable Box from Comcast is also hooked up to the receiver. The receiver is connected to a 42 inch Panasonic 1080P Plasma. Three HDMI cables, that is it.

It has worked flawlessly from the beginning with each Blu-Ray disc we have tried. We get regarding one a week from Netflix. I may play Pirates of the Caribbean 3. Not sure why the other reviewer could not.

The picture quality is stunning with Planet Earth. I guess I may credit the Panasonic TV for the most part for that.

I did the version 1.2 firmware upgrade in December. I just did the version 1.5 firmware upgrade yesterday Feb 5th. I downloaded both and developed the ISO CD.

To me it works fast. So you have to wait a few seconds for it to boot up, so what? Go get the DVD while you are waiting.

Most computers lately take minutes to boot. I imagine it will never get better, likely in all probability worse over time since these are in essence computers, and the more technology advances the slower these machines are to turn on and load up.

After doing the firmware upgrade, I checked my settings and noticed they had been reset. If you have a digital receiver, you must make sure that the audio is set to ‘bit rate’ and not PCM if you want surround sound.

I also had no problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible, playing regular DVDs or CDs either. So when it becomes obsolete, it will replace my other DVD BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player and improve the quality of the regular DVDs with my other older 720P Samsung set.

I don’t think any person must delay buying because of the format war. The minute you buy anything nowadays, it becomes obsolete and is in the long run a throw away. So you at least get enjoyment from it while you can, life is too short. At the prices today what the heck, it is cheap, buy now before the dollar becomes worthless! You may get an entire home theatre 1080P HDMI based scheme with speakers for less than $[...] right now. Thank you China! I got my HDMI cables from Planet Omni, $19.95 for 2 meter length, superb images and sound!

Before I hooked this up, I altered the firmware by way of the Ethernet port. Once that was done I have had no problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more incredible, with the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player at all. I debated whether or not to buy this due to a great deal of negative reviews, but the deal was just too good to pass up for a stand alone. Those of you that have had troubles with this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player have each right to complain with regards to them here, that’s what these reviews are for.

However, the people complaining it isn’t 1.1 or 2.0 (no BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player is 2.0 yet) will have to stop. Nowhere in the description does it say this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player is supposed to be 1.1. If you want to inform persons there are updates coming and this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player will not be capable to benefit, go ahead, but to say it is horrid and obsolete because of it being 1.0 is misleading. I have a sentiment most humans want to just watch the movie and would seldom use the features of 1.1 (like picture in picture commentary).

If that’s you, this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player is perfect. If you need a 1.1 BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player, get the panasonic. For me this one will work fine for the next couple of years while Blu-ray gets it is act together and finalizes an emergent product. I hope those of you that have had troubles were capable to get them resolved and may now take pleasure in the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player as I do.

I have had no problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more unbelievable with the Samsung BD-PBD-P1400. I just plugged it in, connected it to the internet and started the firmware upgrade utility. After when it comes to 20 minutes, the firmware upgrade was successful and I played my basi movie without a glitch. Every movie I’ve played since has likewise played flawlessly. You may also upgrade the firmware by burning a CD or if you don’t have internet, Samsung will send it to you.

This product works just fine on blu-ray disks, also on non-European format DVDs, and on music CD-ROMs. I have found no problem, and the multi-region version from Planet Omni will be even more unbelievable with it. It even does a superior occupation of showing plain DVDs on my 40″ TV, where my former DVD BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player only would take up portion of the screen.

One clever and undocumented touch is that it seeks out the right TV input choice once a disk is inserted. It may help that the TV is also a Samsung.

I got this on Nov.30, 2007, and not similar to what other reviewers have said, the BD-P1400 does commence back where you stopped. Everything else looks and works great.

I’m editing this review on March 13, 2008, to reflect my experience with the machine. It appears to me that whether a DVD will begin back where it stopped depends on how the DVD was manufactured, NOT on the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player . Some DVDs, such as “LOST, Season 3″, don’t even have chapter/scene makers on them, much less the capacity to restart after a stop.

Some DVDs, such as “3:10 to Yuma”, genuinely have their own scheme for marking where you stop or where you may want to go back to, but other than as supposed or expected require a restart from scratch. But some DVDs do restart where stopped.

My chief complaint with Blu-Ray (not inevitably with this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player in particular) is that it takes FOREVER for a DVD to begin up, then if you do have a DVD that won’t restart from where it stopped, you have to go through the painfully long start-up again.

I’ve learned to NEVER PAUSE a DVD, which causes it to shut down the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player after a few minutes. Instead, I keep it going at 1/8 speed, then when I come back, I may effortlessly back up to where I was — a lot rapidly and without delay than a restart.

If there is a better BR BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player anyplace near this price range, I haven’t heard of it. Now that HD DVD has died, I hope that DVD manufacturers will focus their attention on making BR DVDs work more effortlessly and FASTER.

This is a outstanding player. The only issue is the firmware upgrade. I used CD-R/RW burning method…easiest and fastest. Burn *.iso effigy using nero burning rom software. The instructions are in [...]/support. I have both HD-DVD and blu-ray. so far blu-ray is better. HD looks like upconverted DVD. Read the instructions conservatively i.e. the new Blu-ray “Live Free Die Hard” holds a note letting you recognise the software upgrade may be needed.

Lastly, do not forget this is HDMI 1.3 compatible…so in order to use 1.3 capabilities, you need a cable and TV which is HDMI 1.3 compatible also….the picture is great. Buy this BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player and upgrade the software right away.

I have read and carry on to see galore complaints in regards to dissimilar blu-ray and hd-dvd BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player s not working like people hoped. I may say that with this model I have had perfectly zero issues.

I am sure a good deal of people will write that it doesn’t load this or doesn’t do that, but it hasn’t affected me. I have not found a single disc that has not played perfectly. What persons have to do not forget is that in this day and age everything is like a computer, you may have to update, it is part of life now, get over it.

Will the makers at long last get this flawless, in all probability so but in the mean time I will be enjoying my movies now. If you are an early adopter like I am on engineering then any issues you might run into will be no big deal. The BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player is easy to setup, easy to play and loads reasonably fast. Glad I purchased it and already thinking with regards to a second one for dissimilar room.

Complete gratification with this product. Greatly enhances my regular dvd’s. I was in truth astonished when it comes to this claim, but the Samsung does as advertised. The blu-ray disc audio is very good. Can’t wait until hooking this up with my new surround system.

This product is cash well expended for the watching pleasure it gives. I highly commend this product.

For it is price this is a steal. The audio and video quality here is great, the quality and selection of Blu-ray is top notch and you may be reasonably convinced you’ll be getting blu-ray format movies made for you for years to come. One of the better choices for a committed BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player if you’re not fascinated in the PS3.

Before resolving to buy my Samsung BD-P1400 I studied a great deal of of these client reviews and they were very useful. I also read a committed AV Science forum online concerning this model BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player. First, all of the selective information and client reviews spotlight the endemic problem that implementation of newer Blu-Ray standards is occurring gradually. Moreover, features are evolving, meaning that we are all taking numerous chances when we buy any Blu-Ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player (that is not a PS3).

I personally have no interest whatsoever in owning a game console. Second, some of these reviews describe in conscientious detail the kinds of difficultnesses that persons are having, as well as whether and how the troubles have been overcome. This review adds info to that second category – practical problems.

When my BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player arrived the very original thing I did was install the latest firmware downloaded from the Samsung web site. I suggest the method that uses a cd rather than a direct network connection; in either case the manuals and web web site offer finish directions. Be sure to *confirm that the update was successful* by restarting the BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player , re-inserting the firmware cd, and comparing the disk version to the installed version.

What difficultnesses have I had? In a month of observing Netflix discs I have had not one single hiccup, not a single blue screen, no refusals to play any of the BDs or SD-DVDs that others have had difficulties with – I have had *nothing but perfective performance*! True, a lot of of the other criticisms like slower controls are inherent to the technology. But my BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player has been flawless and my expected values have been significantly exceeded. Without hesitation, I give my BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player five stars.

Pros: My favored feature, by far, is the 24 frame per second output mode. Movies display precisely as they were intended – be that good or bad – and ‘judder’ in slowly-panned scenes is significantly bettered equated to 30 FPS. This alone, in my opinion, warrants the comparatively modest price tag. [In direct comparings using my 50" plasma TV, the video quality of movies from the BD-P1400 at 24 FPS is distinctly superior to the same discs when played through modern computer video cards that cost the same!] I likewise like the features and layout of the remote control, which doubles up to control my Samsung TV. Yes, these are basic features within the realm of Blu-Ray, but they have been very capably implemented.

Cons: My only nit-pick is that I would like a set-up feature that permitted the audio and video outputs to be delayed relative to each other by a selectable increment. This would concede perfective lip-sync when using older (i.e. slower) audio decoders/receivers that are not HDMI 1.3 compliant. However, to my psychological result of perception learning and reasoning this feature is not offered on *any* new Blu-ray BD-P1400 Blu-Ray Disc Player , since the HDMI 1.3 ordinary incorporates an automatic synchronization feature if all the constituents are HDMI 1.3 compatible.

Maybe I’ve been lucky, but I have not had a single ‘playability’ issue using the latest build of the latest firmware. Based on this – 5 stars.

Let’s hope that Samsung will aid this model well into the future by further optimizing the operating firmware, as needed.

In brief: Outstanding picture quality—my wife and I say, even for stills, “Polaroid picture!”, breathtaking.

The unit has all the requirement connections. I play it through a Yamaha av-tuner with 7.1 channels, thru HDMI, but other connections are available.

There is a simple blue-ringed on-off button, and a tray open-close button; that’s it on on-board controls. The remote has assorted levels of sophistication: It is easy to find and use the power, pause-play-rewind-fast/slow controls, those you will use 99% of the time. The remote likewise provides movie menu controls (e.g., language), player menu controls, and choices for controlling other devices—learn to use them only if/when you need them. There was utterly no setting up to do—plug and play! Great neuro-ergonomics, i.e., intuitive ease of use.

In over three weeks of regular usage, we have brought up a lot of glitches, but it’s not clear if it is the player itself or the emergent technology. Several times, the unit went into “Stop” mode as if the button had been pushed; I had to hit “Play” to get the movie started again. Mildly distracting.

What would I likewise like? Perhaps controls for the av amplifier as well, though that unit has all the buttons necessitated for TV, player, and amp. Maybe better backlighting on all buttons. This is one heck of a deal, commended to anybody wanting to get into blu-ray.

Good BluRay DVD. Easy to use. High definition DVD’s look great but regular DVD’s look better too.

No troubles found yet.

the Samsung 1400 is significantly superior to the Toshiba HD-A3. The BD-P1400 supports not only TrueHD, but DTS-HD MA bitstream output over HDMI. The A3 may only extract the DTS ‘core’ and cannot send bitstream DTS-HD MA out. Only the HD-A35 and the XA2 may do that, but both are significantly costlier than this player. The BD-P1400 may also output full 1080p/24 video, while the A3 may only send out 1080i and does not help 24fps output.

Both are slow to load up, but the A3 is significantly slower, taking closely 2 full minutes to warm up the player and display video on your monitor/screen. The PS3 takes less than 30 seconds btw. The A3 is likewise very noisy, distractingly so specially because it is a high pitched noise that is hard to ignore.

Overall, the BD-P1400 is a high functioning blu-ray stand alone player, that supports lossless audio output (PCM, TrueHD, and DTS-HD MA) and 1080p/24. I would still commend a four hundred dollar PS3 over the BD-P1400, but if you genuinely want a standalone player, you can’t go defective with the BD-P1400.

I don’t in truth own this player, but I have a friend who purchased one and he loves it.

This is a magnificent blu ray and I am very happy with my purchase, I commend this player to everyone and the price is great.

It did NOT disappoint in the slightest. I have not had any troubles playing any DVD Blu-ray or not. I have not had to download any firm-ware to solve ANY issues. The BD-P1400 worked straight out of the box. The only thing that comes close to a con is that it’s slow on start-up and loading.

I am very satisfied with this player and I’m happy. All I may report is that mine works perfectly so far, and I have commended it to a heap of of my friends when asked for an opinion.

Works marvelously with my new Samsung plasma… Haven’t experienced any issues indicated by other reviewers. Connected with an HDMI to TV and optical audio to Home Theater… Breathtaking PQ and sound.

This Blu-Ray player is first-class. Easy setup. This is my original Hi-Def player, and I am very happy with my purchase. I did the latest firmware update per the instructions in the manual, and it has functioned flawlessly. The player has a modern, slick, shiny appearance. The sounds are incredible, and the images are too gorgeous to be described. Very easy to install and use. I never knew the divergence that a Blu-ray player may make in the movie watching experience. I am not an expert, just a regular mom that purchased the blu-ray player for family viewing.

I have had this player for regarding a month now…After updating the firmware, it has been flawless. Amazing picture, quiet unit, looks great in the amusement rack along with my HD DVD player.

The upconversion is wonderful! Best percentage is I may use optical and take vantage of the new audio codecs.

I give this player 5 stars!

Not a single problem. I even have it in a tight spot with 2″ clearance above top and open back with No overheating problems. None of my movies have locked up or have been unable to play. I have tried Live Free or Die Hard, all the Harry Potters, Planet Earth and others. Firmware 1.5 arrived on Jan 24th and it has seemed to repair all the troubles others were having. I would unquestionably commend this player to others.

I have a PS3 and a Sony 300 S Blu-ray player, and they are both magnificent blu-ray players. However, I love my new Samsung 1400 BD it may decode DTS HD sound, and it makes for a terrifi movie watching experience. The original thing a new proprietor must do is go to samusung.com and download the latest firmware update (it is a fast simple process). There are also instructions on the owner’s manual that explains how to update the player. I have watched the latest Blu-ray releases from Fox, Disney, Sony, etc. and the picture/sound quality is outstanding. Very pleased with the product.
