Even though I'm in the process of rebuilding my site, every now and then I run past a story that I just can't pass up sharing; case and point...

In Headlines today, (doesn't that always sound so professional???) The Atlanta Post is exposing corporate America for their foul play in what has been known to be an age old practice, openly accepted and exercised in our fine legal system for over half a century; Prison Labor Laws.

According to the Post, predominantly consumer driven corporation's have as of recent opted to put the unethical laws made famous by the Bush's into play for themselves, due to the current climate of the economy of course.

Hmmm.... Does this even need further comment from me?

King Biopic Gets Nod For The Silverscreen!!!

After what seemed like an eternity, Dreamworks has finally aquired the rights to Martin Luther King's life story! Set to be produced by Steven Spielberg, I predict this to be a film of epic proportions (Oscar maybe?). I'm a huge fan of Spielberg and have the utmost confidence that he will translate King's legacy very well from page to screen. Remember, he was responsible for Alice Walker's The Color Purple! We'll see, I'm just glad the King is getting his just due.

As you all know, eventhough it's not my thing, I am a huge battle rap fan. I've seen a lot of rap battles, and some stick out to me more than others, this being one. I found this on World Star today and I must say, this has to be placed in my top 5 most one sided battles of all time category. Shouts out to Tay Rock, he was nice, but given the amount of rounds Charlie Clips brought to reload his AK's with, I don't think it would've mattered who he went up against. At one point, even Tay has to give it up. Watch the footage and judge for yourself.
