Join your favorite Candyland characters like King Kandy, Princess Lolly, Lord Licorice and Queen Frostine for movies, treats and games!  Blue will play 4-way volleyball and play carnival games for candy prizes.  Bronze will enjoy popcorn while watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.  A DJ will be here for Silver while they enjoy bakery brownies or cotton candy.   Gold KLUB members will have chicken tenders, chips, sodas,  and once again, the ROLLING VIDEO GAME BUS!!!!!   Finally, Platinum can party hop while also enjoying a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit, rice krispie treats, marshmallows and more. 

If you want to go to the Candyland party, then all summaries must be turned in by 4:00 on Thursday, Jan. 19^th.  If you are not a K.L.U.B. member, it’s never too late to join!!!! Stop by the media center for more information.

Mark your calendars, read your books, and write those summaries because our next party is two weeks away!  The theme will be announced next week so stay tuned....

Our Winter Wonderland Cafe was an exciting way to celebrate reading and the holidays.  We served holiday flavored latte's and peppermint hot chocolate as well as an array of goodies to 150 KLUB members!!!!  We watched Frosty the Snowman while indulging in our treats, but the BEST part was the visit from Frosty himself!  We hope to see you at our next KLUB Cafe!

As we celebrate the coming of winter, the next K.L.U.B. Cafe will feature holiday lattes, flavored hot chocolate and special treats!  Bronze Level members will meet during their lunch period on Tuesday, November 29, and Silver, Gold and Platinum will meet during their lunch period on Wednesday, November 30.  This group will also have a chance to spend time with our guest visitor, FROSTY THE SNOWMAN!  He will be available for pictures so don't miss out on the opportunity to meet this winter wonderland icon! Hope to see you there!

Our first K.L.U.B. party is Thursday, October 13, from 4:30-6:00 p.m. and has the theme, "Ultimate K.L.U.B. Tailgating Party!"  All levels will join together outside with Blue playing flag football and capture the flag on the field or tailgating games like ladder golf, washers, and corn hole in the parking lot.  Popsicles and prizes will also be provided.  Bronze can join Blue or watch the movie Invincible in the Health room while munching on some popcorn.  Everyone will enjoy the live music by Complete Music and dance contests while the Silver tent has Face Painting by Conni and desserts.  The Gold Level tent will have a giant sub while members .... wait for it....  compete in the ROLLING VIDEO GAMES MOBILE VIDEO GAME THEATER!!!!!  The truck/van has four HD screens with multi-player tournament capabilities and a huge library of games!  Finally, of course, the Platinum tent will have wings, drinks, special prizes, and the freedom to hop!!!! 

Also, we welcome the Kell High School Varsity Cheerleaders!  They will be partying with us, playing games, promoting reading, and having fun!
