Pret A Manger is a chain of cafes with locations in the USA, UK and Hong Kong.  In the USA, you can find these cafes in New York, Washington DC, and Chicago.

When visiting the Pret A Manger website at www.pret.com, you can find out a lot of information on what's in all of their menu items.  They will list whether or not each item is gluten free or vegan or vegetarian or if it contains nuts.
