I am not sure if this blogging is helping me but it makes his memories so fresh and real if I write to him. In my mind, when I blog he can would actually know what I am doing. So here it goes...

Hi Jong!

Well, if you haven't noticed I have been really into cooking lately. So far most have been successful. Today, I tried the Challah French Toast Recipe I found on food network website by Ina Garten. Unfortunately, I was not able to follow all of the ingredients she used because I don't have them available.

If you have checked out the recipe, here are my revisions.

Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1.5 cups low fat half and half
0.5 tsp of lemon zest
2 tbsp of vermont honey
0.5 tsp salt
1 large challah bread

Of course I followed her directions on how I will cook it. It was really filling. My intentions was to make the Stuffed French Toast by Laalosh but I will just try that next time.

I served it with Pork Maple Sausage and eggs... and I was not able to take of the 3 different eggs I made because they were gone so fast....

Next time stop by so you can keep me company making it. I know you would have love it with the Vermont Syrup. It was really tasty.

Dearest Baby Brother,

So how are things with you? Where are you hovering lately? I thought I felt you around a couple days ago but I am not 100% that was you. Hopefully it was you because it would really be freaky if it was not. It must be difficult for you to float back and forth to the Philippines and here. But from the stories I hear you like hanging out over the tropical weather.

Regardless, I just wanted you to know how much I love my kitchen. You've seen how it looked the first time. If you don't remember it was that dated looking cabinets. I think I have a picture of it. Wait let me dig in the baul (Baul is a tagalog word for chest).....

Do you remember now? The kitchen was really tiny and blah... so if you don't remember mom was still here when I had it redone to make it a look a little better. I know that I could not do anything with the size of it but at least it would look decent.

The picture in the right is what it looks now. It has a working dishwasher and all. I miss my condo but very happy to be living where I am now. I wish you could be here to see it because I know you would love it here. But it was partly your fault that I moved. Ok.... I promise to stop blaming you for everything. I tend to do that alot lately. Just think of it as my gesture and way of coping with how much I am missing your silliness.

I would not say I have never cooked at my previous kitchen. I am just enjoy cooking at my new (but not really) kitchen. I have so much space and imagine I have empty cabinets!!!! I think it would be somewhat fair to claim I basically cook almost every day now. When Hurricane Irene visited, I was bored out of my wits that I cooked all day which was not bad at all because your growing nephew and I ate it all during the week. Can I tell you the difference with Gas and Electric Stove! It is amazing how fast food gets done. I just love it. So much!

Well, thats for now. Honestly, I really miss you....

Just Ranting...

If you live in the northeast the flooding and the traffic last night was horrendous! It actually is not that bad for me but really crappy for the people living in the surroundings of Philadelphia. Some people you lived 11 miles from work took 3 hours to get to work yesterday and I lived 42 miles away and got to work in about an hour. For that I am thankful! I am not very good sitting in traffic it aggrevates the crap out of me and I get very stressed. So I try to think of things that would make my trip stress free. ;-)

We moved just a couple months ago and still trying to adopt to the new things our new town has to offer. The leisure of being able to access Target and Shoprite in less than 10 minutes was phenomenal. Now I have to drive 30 minutes to a Target and 20 minutes to a Shoprite. Why we move is I love my new house.... I now enjoy having coffee in our backyard or the front porch. Grilling food when possible. and mostly the gas range in the new house.

Another thing to get use to is the daily Football practice. I have a 13 year old who happens to love and enjoy the game. This team is a very dedicated team. Since the practices has been cute sure due to the unpredicatable weather, the coach decided to rent a sports facility so they can do an indoor practice. It is a great gesture but I dont' think all the parents were thrilled because its 37 miles from our town. But then again, we would do anything for the good of our children.

I was exhausted by the time his practice was over. I know I complain much by seating there and watching when they are the ones running around and all but really I was exhausted. No energy to make any home cook meal so I decided to order Chinese Food. He ordered California Roll while I ordered a Pad See Ewe with Shrimp. We picked it up and went home. I already invision that he would be eating my food by the time we get home. So he did. So I grabbed another plate put a cup of rice (a batched I made in the morning) and heated up a can of chicken vienna sausage. Well I guess my son is so much like me that loves to eat everything I can see. I started forking over my sausage and I just have to cut him! And my husband and my child said I was greedy... I was hungry and tired... just wanted to be left alone with my sausage and rice... it was not greed I wanted the comfort of my food.... ;-)

I may have gone beyond on my allowed calorie count for the day but sometimes I can't beat myself up too much because I will lose the motivation. Today is another day that I know will be a mediocre when it comes to my food consumption. I just have to make sure i get on that elliptical tonight.

Thanks for everyone's support... I am back my head is set on getting back to my pre wedding dress size. Have a great weekend everyone!

Disaster Tuesday

OMG! Well as I have promised myself I will be truthful and honest when I log stuff. At least I have accomplished one thing. I went over and beyond my limit and did not even bother working out.

I usually go and pick up my son from his football practice but my dear husband decided to go himself. He wanted pizza so I ordered a large pie, mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms.

I promised not to touch it but I caved! I had two pieces of mozarella sticks... oh my gosh! I forgot to log in the nutella i munched while waiting for them to get home and the wheatables! Ok went back and added that in. As I complete my entry it warned me that

If every day were like today... You'd weigh 182.8 lbs in 5 weeks

Well that would really scare the crapper out of me. I wanted to lose and not gain so I better get to it. It was a real disaster but the good thing is I am starting and trying. I will get there. I know I will.

Ok... 20 lbs gain in a year is not that bad and yet very bad! it took me a long time to lose it and ok granted it took a year to gain it back but enough already. I know what I need to do but motivation is avoiding me. The couch are very inviting and I feel like I have been running around all day and I am just way too tired to do anything else.

My plan starting today is to wake up at 530 in the morning and get my cardio kick. We are now settled in the new home and I should make use of the gym in the basement. Since my son will be starting school that will be a good way to get him up early and make breakfast as well. I have been told that breakfast is a very important meal that we (or I)all seem to neglect.

Breakfast gives us a great kick to our metabolism. And trust me I got that info somewhere in the internet. I have been eating Special K Chocolatey Delight cereal with Almond Milk but they seem to be agrevate my stomach lately. The new thing I am trying for breakfast is Danon Greek Yogurt Non Fat Vanilla with 1/4 cup of Honey Nut Granola. I ate it at 9 am this morning and so far I am still full. My mind is saying I want to eat but I feel my stomach is feels fine. That's another battle I have to face.

So let's see how my week go and I would definitely keep everyone posted.

Our Weekend and dinner at Rodes Fireside

Hey baby brother, How are things evolving at your end? So many things have been revealed and I don't know how to process them. My reactions are all over the place and could not be trusted. Now if you can just give me a hunch on what I need to do then it will be wonderful! Just to keep you posted... I know you have been busy playing with your children and watching over momma and dadda so let me give you a run down on what we did this weekend.

Your nephew went to his fathers this weekend and he will be attending a birthday party on Saturday. So Mr. Unggoy and I were having our us time. It was nothing too special. I made breakfast and laid out under the sun most of the day. It was a quite time. We bought a couple of floates... I love the wave one because i can feel the water more. It was such a beautiful day to waste indoors.

Unfortunately, I needed to get out of the pool. We needed to run to the store because my gardener (who is my husband) has not completed his task. We needed more mulch to give the outdoor a bit more curb appeal. So off we went and grab a new patio screen door to replace the one we currently have which is pointless because of all the holes on it.

Since we really haven't had alone time we went to Rodes Fireside. The place looks very nice and cozy inside. You would have love there food. For appetizers, we had Hot Crab and Artichoke dip. I was a bit disappointed because I did not really taste any crab. It was good but if you will ask me to rate it betwee n 1 to 5, my answer will be a 3.

For my main course, I had the Crab Florentine Scampi which comes with a Gorgonzola salad. That my dear brother would be a 4.5. It was really yummilicious. I was not able to take a picture of the salad since I devour it so quickly. The meal portion was large that we had to take home both our meals.

And finally, was the Chocolate Cake. I was no longer allowed to take a photo because I was buzzed from the half a glass of wine I was drinking.

Visit me sometime, I truly miss you.

New Home.... New Life

Hello my dear... how you been? I think about you all the time but really have not had the chance to write you one. The new abode is beautiful there's so much room and space. We all can't wait to get the furniture so we can lounge in the living room like a normal family. Little biik has been hanging out in his own lair you will love it here. The neighborhood is really quite.

One of the things I have been doing is going online and purchasing the things we need. It would have been easier for me to pick them up but unfortunately I do not have a huge vehicle to haul it. So here we are waiting... The backyard is just amazing. We got the pool over the weekend and we will be setting it up by Saturday. I ordered a grill from Home Depot as well to take advantage of their free shipping. And guess what it would take more likely 10 days before I get my grill. Just annoying if I knew I would have paid delivery so I can get it sooner.

So much on my blah blah... i miss you baby brother...

Purple Palettes for Weddings....

I was never big into weddings.... until I planned mine. It was very time consuming and if not for my best pal Pantsy it would have been a mess. My problem was I don't want to spend tons and when I will use it for just one day. But again that was me. I had so many vision that I can't put together due to budget. If you have a very deep pocket then go for it.

The color I went with was more of the black and white color. It allows me to incorporate other colors to make it the perfect wedding for what I wanted.

For those of you looking for ideas, below are purple hues selections I was able to gather.

I am not drawing blank. There have been many interesting things happening in my life that I do not know where to start and what to focus on. So these rant will be a bit about any halabaluba I can think off...

There is a Filipino restaurant/mart that just opened up down the street. It is called Manila Cafe. The food is excellent and very reasonable. Since it takes me an hour to get home I usually just buy dinner there. My favorite is the pork barbecue, fried bangus (milkfish), turkey roll, turon (banana and langka wrapped in egg rolls) and Halo Halo. You should go and check it out.

Work... lets skip work talk really not blogging to discuss that but one thing I can tell you is that I love our GYM. I was even able to negotiate with the trainers to work out a membership type for people who attends the classes regularly. It was heard and is currently taken advantage of by a number of people. Yey me! ;-)

Today, I learned that two (2) of my favorite shows No Ordinary Family and Better with You are axed. The great thing though would be most of them are still on.

I have more to share with you but I will end it here for now.

Weight Watchers .. I quit

For the past couple of years, I have been using weight watchers to help me lose weight. It has been a success but with the new technologies available out there I think I can wing it by using a different product. At this time, I will be using MyfitnessPal.com. You can utilize this product using your android phone or online. We will see how it goes

Will beat 124,667 times, pump 1,828 gallons of blood, and push that blood nearly 12,160 miles throughout my body!

Easter Sunday as a Catholic is not about the bunnies and chocolate. It is about the resurrection of Christ. In the Philippines they have rituals of crucifixion. Something I don't miss !!!

I do miss the time when we would go to the stations of the cross. My cousin did her 7 church visit. Unfortunately, I have no one to do this things here in whereever I am at now. I do miss my family tremendously.

But one thing that cheered me up is finding this nest in our rose bush. A birdie laid an egg and its blue! again! this time there's only on egg ...

Oh well, I hope you enjoyed your Easter!

MsPinkBiik Adventure at Al Dente

We are very consumed with so many things lately that my birthday was almost forgotten... well by myself more likely... My husband got me a cake which made me a very happy wife.

I am not a great cook so anytime there's a reason to go and eat somewhere I would try new places all the time. Al Dente opened just a couple months ago and I thought its the best time to try.

MsPinkBiik was very very excited. Her back has been hurting terribly because she turned 36. Yes very old indeed.

MsPinkBiik would like you to see her adventure at Al Dente restaurant located in Moorestown, NJ

Since the place just opened it was a bit slow. Our server was ok but forgot our table most of the time. Food was really tasty. I am sure since it has been there for sometime now that the service is much better. We will find out soon I hope ;-)

After all the hard work to fit in my wedding dress, I gained 15lbs back It is horrible! That is 3 dress sizes up than what I normally wear. I was almost a size 4 and now a 10. Argh! I still have not reached my goal of 140lbs but I will definitely work on that this time around.

I have been a Weight Watchers Online follower for about 2 years now. Haven't seen the looks of a gym since October of last year and needed to get back the motivation and live a healthy life. I am not a big believer of any diet pills. I think portion control and daily exercise are a good way to get started.

Today, I weight 172.5 lbs., to get to my desired weight I need to lose 32lbs.

Let's see if I will be as successful as Jennifer Hudson or be a lousy Christie Alley.

Purchasing A Short-Sale Property

When shopping for a home, you may notice that certain listings are labeled as short sales, short pays or pre-foreclosures. All of these terms mean the same thing: the seller is upside-down on his or her mortgage and is attempting to negotiate a deal with the lender in the hope of avoiding foreclosure.

In this type of sale, the bank (lender) agrees to accept less than the amount owed on the mortgage. The transaction benefits the bank by allowing it to avoid repossessing the home in foreclosure, which is expensive and time-consuming, and it benefits the seller by allowing him or her to avoid the negative credit ramifications of foreclosure (and the bankruptcy that sometimes accompanies it). If you're interested in buying a property that's listed as a short sale, here's what you need to know.

How It Works
Unlike in a foreclosure, the bank does not own the property in a short sale. However, because the bank must approve the sale (because it is the lender, not the seller, who will be taking a loss on the property) it will seem like the buyer is purchasing the property from the bank. Short sale transactions, however, can be much more time-consuming and patience-testing than foreclosure transactions. (Keep reading about this in Short Sell Your Home To Avoid Foreclosure.)

In some ways, buying a short-sale property is just like a traditional purchase. However, there are a couple of ways in which the purchase agreement you and your agent draw up are different. The contract will specify that the terms are subject to the mortgage lender's approval. In a normal transaction, the only party who would need to approve the sale is the seller.

The contract should also state that the property is being purchased "as-is". While it is acceptable to include language in the contract that allows you to back out of the deal if an inspection reveals considerable problems, in general, you should not expect the bank to lower the price to account for repairs if any problems are revealed. The bank is also unlikely to make any repairs, and the seller, being strapped for cash, is probably even less likely to help out. A Waiting Game
If you make an offer on a short sale property, be prepared to wait. Banks are notorious for taking as long as several months to respond to short sale offers. Some experts recommend that you give the lender a deadline to reduce the wait time. It's hard to say whether this strategy will really spur the bank to action, but it may be worth it from your perspective if you can't handle the stress of waiting months for a response. However, if the bank hasn't actually approved the short sale yet at the time of your offer, implementing a deadline will be useless as it may take several months just for the seller to reach a short sale agreement with the lender. And even if such an agreement is struck, there is no guarantee that the short sale will go through.

Weighing the Pros and Cons
Experts disagree on whether short sales are a good deal for buyers. Some say that short sales are priced below market values, creating the opportunity for buyers to get a great deal or for first-time homebuyers to get into a home when they otherwise might not be able to afford one.

Others say that banks have no interest in selling properties below market value and will do a comparable market analysis before setting or accepting a price for a short sale. Further, the listing price of a short sale may be an amount the seller's agent thinks the bank might accept - rather than the amount the bank has actually agreed to accept. The bank might find the price too low, or the seller might list the property below market with the intention of generating a bidding war. In some states, the seller will be obligated to pay the bank back the difference between the mortgage amount and the sale price of the home, so it's in the seller's best interest to get as much money as possible for the home even though he or she will see no cash from the sale.

Better Living Conditions
One advantage to both the bank and the seller is that unlike a bank-owned property, a short sale property is less likely to be trashed or ransacked. The owner will still be living in the home and while the property may be suffering from deferred maintenance because of the seller's financial situation, the seller is not likely to destroy the place when he or she still lives in it. By contrast, homeowners who lose their properties to foreclosure often take out their frustration on the house as a way of getting back at the bank. If the property is damaged, the bank won't be able to get as much money when it resells the home.

Along the same lines, because short sale properties are still occupied, they won't have suffered at the hands of unscrupulous people who have chosen to squat in or vandalize the property. Vandalism can be a common problem with foreclosure properties, especially in lower-income neighborhoods.

Don't assume the property is a great deal just because it is a short sale, though. Do your own comparable market analysis. The bank is facing a losing transaction, so it will want to minimize its losses and sell the property as close to fair market value as possible. If you can buy a similarly priced property directly from the seller, do it. It will be easier than dealing with a short sale. Also, if you make it to escrow, don't skip a thorough home inspection.

Precautions and Pitfalls
As you've probably gathered by now, short sale transactions are fraught with pitfalls and don't have many compensating advantages. If you still want to proceed in an attempt to snag a bargain or simply because the property that's perfect for you happens to be listed as a short sale, here are some precautions you should take and situations to be wary of.

Experience
Make sure your agent is experienced with short sales. Because of the complexity of this type of transaction, you don't want to work with someone who is unfamiliar with the process. Also, make sure your agent is willing to work with you on a short sale. Some agents won't want to get involved due to bad past experiences or the poor reputation of short sales. Not only are short sales more work for agents, they sometimes offer less of a commission. The bank may not be willing to pay the listing agent the usual 5-6% commission because it is already taking a loss, and because the buyer's agent gets a percentage of that percentage, he or she will see even less money.

In addition, try to find out if the listing agent is experienced with short sales. Although the bank is ultimately in control, a listing agent who knows the ropes may be able to facilitate or expedite the transaction.

Keep the Search Going
Given how long it will probably take the bank to reply to your offer, you should probably keep looking at other houses while you wait for a response, and you should probably proceed with the purchase of another property if you find an easier buy. Have your agent write the short sale purchase agreement in such a way that you'll retain this flexibility. And if you're buying on a deadline, don't even bother with a short sale.

Haggling Over Prices
Be prepared to raise your offering price. For the seller to increase the odds of the bank going through with the short sale, he or she may try to convince you to up your purchase price. Ultimately, though, the seller has no real authority to approve the selling price. The bank may also counteroffer as it tries to cut its losses.

What's worse, the bank may continue to collect offers even if you make it to escrow. Most people would consider this unethical because the potential purchaser is likely to have shelled out a few thousand dollars on inspections, title searches and the like, at this point. Getting dropped from the deal so late in the game is a huge waste of time and money for the buyer, not to mention enormously frustrating. For all of these reasons, the listing price of a short sale must be taken with a healthy dose of skepticism.

On the other hand, the bank might not counteroffer. They might just reject your offer outright, especially if you've written a significantly lower priced offer. Or, in the worst case scenario, they might not reply at all. Ever.

Seller Must Be in Official Default
Make sure the short sale is already lender approved. If the seller has not actually gone into default yet, the bank may not be interested in doing a short sale. The bank may also not be interested in a short sale if it thinks it can get more money by going into foreclosure.

Short sales are already difficult because of the involvement of the original lender. If there are two lenders, you double the difficulties of completing the transaction. It takes a considerable amount of time and convincing to get a bank to agree to a short sale, so if it hasn't agreed already, don't waste your time. Many homes are listed as a short sale by the listing agent, but there is no guarantee that the transaction will ever be completed as such.

Bottom Line
Potential buyers of short-sale properties should proceed with a hefty dose of caution and a pound of patience. Even with a thorough understanding of the process, the best agent in the world and a willingness to wait, the bank will not always cooperate. However, short sales can be a good deal for some buyers and will occasionally close successfully.

Bridal Dress

Ok... wedding is over. According to Monica (from the TV show Friends) I am just somebodies misses. LOL. The first thing on my list after the engagment was to lose weight and find the dress that I want. Can I just say watching David Tuttera and Platinum Weddings made it difficult for me to decide how I wanted my dress to be like? Well, my plan was to get a $50 wedding gown and buy a Jimmy Choo's shoes. But that did not worked as planned.

One day, I asked Clarky to come with me to the Goodwill store. They were having a wedding dress sale. The dresses sold varies from used to sample dresses. I was in dismay when I got there. Why?! Can you imagine they still run from $250 and up?! The $50 budget for a dress was just not working for me.

So we thought of trying David's Bridal. The $99.00 wedding gown sale. But really, I am better off just buying something from Macy's. The beading on this dress was really beautiful but I am definitely not wearing white. So we asked if they have sample of ivory. Since they don't have a sample, we were afraid it would look yellow. This was definitely not the one.

The second dress I tried has corset on the back. So if I did not lose weight at least it's already a corset. As you can see my fat back was being snug by this dress. It was just not the one for me. I tried another one but that particular dress was meant for someone with huge top. So I gave up. We were walking out the door and I bumped into this dress. It was calling me saying, Hey don't leave you need to try me on. I stopped and looked at it... I asked Clarky if she could spare me a couple more minutes so I could this dress on. I put the dress on and it was the one. It gave my fatness shape. Yes I went home with the dress but housed it at Clarky's place.

A couple month's later I returned the size 14 dress and exchanged it for a size 12. Forgetting that the dress we bought was a size 16!!!!!! Christmas of 2009 was scary. I tried the dress on and there was a 3 inches gap! I was so scared to pay extra on having it altered!

I worked out... worked out alot and ate healthy. I was at the gym at least 4 times a week. It was alot of hard work. So here is the finale....

November 11, 2010.... I was excited, truly excited. In a few days, MrBrownUngoy and I was going to celebrate our 1st Month Anniversary as husband and wife. The stress I have gone through in planning the small wedding of my dream was over. The unwinding time in Vermont was wonderful. It was time to look ahead and enjoy our first Christmas as The PinkBiik-BrownUngoy family.

It was a very eerie day for me. As I was getting out of my car in the lower level parking lot at work, I saw a shadow of a man through the window of my car walking towards the fence that led to the train track. I looked behind me but no one was there. So, I told myself "good way to start your morning coocoo".... I brush it off and move on.

Most of my friends and family are aware of my camera obsession. I admit I am a picture whore and I do love taking them. This led me to the dream of acquiring my own Digital SLR. I was searching profusely for the best deal I could find. It was a Nikon D3000 with a 55-200mm VR zoom lens (what that meant I have no clue). I have ran it with Mr. Unggoy for several times and he kept telling me to go for it. But for some odd, strange reason there was a force that was stopping me. I went to McBeth's office and share my weird and strange feelings. I then decided to do something else like applying for my citizenship. I filled out the forms and will be ready to send it out. I just needed to get picture taken to attached to my application.

November 12, 2010.....A loud noise woke me up at 5:30 in the morning. At first I thought it was the alarm, but then I looked at my phone and it was my sister. I do get odd calls from her every once in awhile but something was nagging me that this call was different. Why? I just spoke to them the night before. I was actually looking for my brother but they said he was asleep because he had to go to work. "Hello." I said in my groggy voice still hoping to get a couple more hours of sleep before I head to work.

A loud wailing was all I heard. Things start to flash in my head, could it be one of my parents. What was going on? She said the word "KUYA". Then everthing froze. My baby brother.... My sweet loving baby brother. He might have gotten to an accident. What did his wife did this time? Her next word was, "Wala na si Kuya, Ate iniwan na tayo ni Kuya." (He is gone, he left us... he is now gone.) I did not cry. I panicked because if it was a joke I was going to hurt someone. I hanged up on her. It was not true. She was just going through her random craziness but she would never joke about something like this. So serious like this. Then I crumble. Tears would not stop filling my eyes. I kept holding my composure because I need to talk to my Mom. It was tougher to hear it from her mouth. It was worst to hear it from my Dad. My baby brother..... he's gone.

My grand parents have passed and it was hard. But this... this is something I can't explain. The emotions .... the mixed emotions is enough to drive you insane. I have accepted the fact that I will not see him anymore. but shedding a tear every time I think of him .... I think it will never go away....

I love you my baby brother. May the Lord God be with you always. You have been a good son, a good brother, a father and a very good friend. You have given food to the needy and helped a lot in their darkest moment. I am sure God will open his doors for you.

We love you and misses you alot......

I just want to share the centerpieces used in my wedding. It drove my best friend nuts because I could not come up with what I want. Or reasonable style. The colors she put together was very very pretty and made my wedding elegant. The flower selection was more of the hydrangeas, daisies and roses. They are all silk flowers. At least, people could take them home if they like it and they do not DIE.

Clarky is very crafty. Memom and her used to make a several and different kinds of flower arrangements which they sell at the craft markets.

This was placed by the bar and I forgot the other location.

I love this arrangement so much. We placed this by the placecards.

This one with the black feathers was made specially for our sweetheart table.

I would say the silk flowers was the most economical way to go. The look real honestly I would not have done it any other way.

Isn't it crazy on how fast technology evolve now a days?! We started with having those huge and heavy mobile phones to what we have now. We basically have a small world connection on the palm of our hands. I have tried so many services and have stuck with SPRINT the longest. The service and plans they provide are just in comparable to other providers. One of the downside is the phones they sell. Its expensive unless you wait for the sale which is quite reasonable or you do the rebate stuff. Since IPhone is exclusive to AT&T customers, as a SPRINT loyalist i have to settle with what they provide. The HTC EVO is an amazing phone but I am just not ready to invest on such a thing. So I settled with the Samsung Moment. I have love it the MOMENT. I has an amazing features and a sliding keyboard which makes texting and emailing on the go so much easier.

A couple of months ago, Samsung upgraded the Moment platform to Android 2.1 which is unbelievable awesome. I downloaded tons of apps that are very useful. Then Sprint upgraded their Sprint Navigation which is so hard to live without. I have used it several times going to appointments doctors, parties name it the Navi finds it. But not this time. For some reason, the GPS of my MOMENT could never be located. I have called Sprint Customer Service which is really a shocking because 3 different representative hang up on me which hardly ever happens in my past experience. I did get hold of Robyn who did help me reset the phone, tried several test but unfortunately it was a no go. The phone is defective. How did it become defective? No one really knows. I wish they could resolve the issue on what is the disconnect between the Moment and the Sprint NAVI because I do love my Moment.

Asurion is replacing my phone with an HTC since this is the 3rd defective Moment phone I have received . I wish it would be the Intrepid but its a no go. I am sad to depart from my MOMENT but I need the GPS to be working. It really sucks!

I have been in a rot. Well it really started when my daily points drop. I have to readjust and not focus and be frustrated with the 7 points i have lost for the week. There goes my passion for junk food. I know that I can still have them but no longer on a daily basis. And this is all for the good reasons. Yesterday was WI and I am down 2lbs but nothing to rejoice since that is the two lbs I have gained in the span of 2 weeks. I have to start getting back to business and refocus. Since I get frustrated so easily and start beating myself down, I have to learn how to draw my attention back to what I was doing instead of stewing about things. Its a simple solution but really hard to follow. My first choice of motivation is a picture my friend have taken a year ago and the picture I have taken this year. I see for myself that my hard work is paying off I just need to keep doing it until I reach my goal. Deb is right we will all get there it does not have to be now but we will get there and we just need to be patient.

Goal: 150lbs
Ultimate Goal : 140-145lbs
Current: 157.5lbs

Dreams.... Panaginip... What do they really symbolize? I tend to over analyzed my dreams which results to my impulse judgement or conclusions. But how should we really interpret our dreams?

I just finished watching a TV show and went to the bathroom. I was in there for awhile More...

but was really confused. As I head back to our bedroom, I saw him kneeling down. I went closer and screamed Its "HER" I grabbed him and was very very angry. He looked at me like a little pup asking what he did wrong. I was very furious I was swinging my hands left and right. Then I fell off the bed. I awoke up feeling so stress and aggitated. I have to calm myself down. (Grabe talaga!)

I know its just a dream but what does it represent something. Accoring to Dream Moods, Dreams are connected with our own reality. Dreams unifies the body, mind and spirit. It provides you with insight into ourselves and a means for self-exploration. In understanding your dreams, you will have a better understanding and discovery of your true self.

Here is what I came up with:

Angry: Being angry in your dream may have been carried over from your waking life. Dreams can function as a safe outlet where you can express your strong and/or negative emotions. You have some suppressed anger and aggression that you have not consciously acknowledged.

"Maganda sana kung may nasapak talaga ako diba. All my aggression will go away! lol"

Infidelity: To dream of infidelity (either by you or someone else), forewarns of your actions with the opposite sex or you will suffer dire consequences. You are harboring guilt over a sexual relationship. Alternatively, you may feel unsatisfied with your current relationship and want to seek a more exotic sex life.

"hmmm... Guilt, I know I have nothing to feel guilty about, Is blogging considered a relationship? I have been blogging alot lately. ;-)"

Cheating: To dream that your mate, spouse, or significant other is cheating on you, indicates your fears of being abandoned. You may feel a lack of attention in the relationship. Alternatively, you may feel that you are not measuring up to the expectations of others. This notion may stem from issues of trust or self-esteem. The dream could also indicate that you are unconsciously picking up hints and cues that your significant other is not being completely truth or is not fully committed in the relationship.

But really I have no one to convince I have no one to fool.
