Go Media Stadium has 1 hybrid turf field, 2 sand constructed fields and 2 natural fields available for club and social group hire.

Event Parking
Onsite parking at Go Media Stadium is only available for certain events, please check the event page in our What's On listing to check the details for your event.

Parking is available on nearby streets surrounding Go Media Stadium, though please be aware that some streets may be closed during larger events. 

Some local businesses will open their premises for paid parking during events for a small fee. Please be aware that parking on private property is at your own risk.

Mobility Parking

Mobility Parking onsite at Go Media Stadium is now bookable online. As mobility parking spaces on-site are extremely limited, permits are issued on a match-by-match basis. This means that you will need to apply for a new permit for each match that you wish to attend.

You can request a mobility parking permit by emailing info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz and letting us know the name and date of the event you will be attending.

Request Mobility Parking

The link will be available on the week of each game and cannot be issued sooner.

Mobility parking ticket holders will need to show their mobility parking permit alongside their ticket to access the car park.

The car park can be accessed via O'Rorke Road. Parking is located outside Gate B at Go Media Stadium, which is near the ticket office. If you require mobility assistance on the day then please look out for our volunteers in high vis, or flag down security and we can arrange for transport via a golf buggy.

Function Attendee Parking
Parking for function attendees during non-event periods can be accessed via O'Rorke Road.

Athletics Events
Limited onsite parking during athletics events can be accessed via O'Rorke Road.

Campervan/Motorhome Parking

Campervan/Motorhome parking is not available onsite. You can locate nearby camping sites at https://campable.com/

Coach Parking
If you are bringing a group to an event by coach please email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz to enquire about coach parking. For concerts Coach parking is usually located on Hugo Johnson Drive.

Wheelchair accessible tickets are available for all events. Gates A, B & C are all mobility friendly, as is the Lilyworld Gate. Gate B is set up as the primary mobility gate due to its proximity to the mobility car park. 

Please contact the tickeing agent directly to purchase accessible tickets. If you have had a change of circumstance since purchasing your tickets and now require accessible seating, please contact the ticketing agent directly to discuss options for changing your tickets.

The following accessibility facilities are available at Go Media Stadium:

• Wheelchair accessible seating positions in three stands around the venue (with generous seat widths)
• Distribution of accessibility locations around the stadium, offering seating options at all ticket price points
• 73 mobility seats and 75 escort seats

• Accessible bathrooms located throughout the venue

There is limited public parking surrounding Go Media Stadium so we highly recommend using public transport.

Penrose train station is just 10-15 mins walk from the Stadium, and for some large events there are special event buses and trains put on to assist the public with their transport needs. Unless stated on the Auckland Transport event website, standard public transport fares apply.

Please only purchase tickets from the authorised ticketing agent - either Tickemaster or Ticketek. We cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased from third party sellers such as Viagogo or individuals selling on Trade Me.

Where is my seat?
Your bay, row and seat number can be found on your ticket. 
Row A starts closest to the field.

Is my seat covered?
Seats located in Bays 1-8 of the West (Colin Kay) stand and Seats in Bays 35-43 and Bays 51-53 of the East Stand are covered. Because the stadium is not fully enclosed, wind and rain direction can impact seats within these areas so it is always advisable to bring a poncho or rain coat if wet weather is predicted.

Food and beverage outlets are located throughout the stadium within close proximity to patron seating. Depending on the size of the event, the stadium outlets may be supplemented with mobile concession outlets.

Bar service is available at most events. If you are under 25 please bring identification if you wish to purchase alcohol. Accepted forms of ID are - Passport, NZ Drivers Licence or HANZ 18+ card. If we are unsure of your age and you do not have ID, you will not be able to purchase alcohol.

Eftpos is available at most food and beverage outlets.

You are welcome to bring in small quanitites of non commercially prepared food such as sandwiches, fruit or baking. You may also bring a sealed plastic bottle of water (up to 1 litre) however please note that for most concerts, the lid will be removed and discarded on entry. These conditions can change from event to event depending on security requirements so please check the event page for the concert you are attending for its specific conditions.

We are predominately an outdoor venue. Events go ahead rain or shine unless it is usafe to do so.

Umbrellas are not permitted for concerts so if rain is predicted please bring a raincoat or poncho.
