High crime, cashless bail, failing education, gender dysphoria, failure to address mental illness – all of these things have many things in common: Narcissism, the “feel good” culture, the “participation trophy” culture, the “everyone is a winner” culture, the “ignore the white man’s law” culture, the "don't offend anyone" culture, and the “whatever you think you are – you are” culture.

In 2012 the American Psychiatric Association officially reclassified “Gender Identity Disorder”, a mental illness, to “Gender Dysphoria” which is simply the persons discomfort caused by the conflict between the belief/delusion and the prevailing cultural norms. This new definition requires the culture to accept delusion as ok – anything but a mental illness.

Over the past few decades, “participation trophies” had become a thing. Self esteem, no matter the level of performance, whether in school or in sports, became the highest value.

The criminal justice system has become ineffective, broken in many jurisdictions. In democrat strongholds, political leadership, law enforcement, district attorneys, and judges have adopted a hands off policy for enforcement and prosecution. Why? Because the constituents demand it. Who are the constituents? Aliens, both legal and illegal, majorities from non-European nations that don’t share western values, and poorly educated minorities. These people are organized by special interest, much better off leftists who want to gain power and influence in their local governments. They garner votes by pandering to the lowest common denominators of their constituents – go easy – no enforcement – minimal education.

The prevailing, attitude is that laws are unjust, too severe, create hardship. The mostly unspoken part of this attitude is a belief that laws are racist, or they are just too hard to follow. The truth: Constituents are just too uncivilized to follow the law. They prefer a participation trophy for existing. Society owes it to them. That is a large driving force in today’s culture.

Beware of AIs. I have six of them on my phone. Ask a question, and their first response is often superficial, as if reading a script off of CNN or ABC. They answer based on the low hanging fruit of liberal media and academia. You have to drill down several levels of follow-up questions for AI to finally arrive at logic and common sense. AI applies this technique to Gender Dysphoria to claim it is not a mental illness and should be accepted as whatever the individual believes it is. Press further, and eventually AI begins a pattern of circular reasoning.

AI applies this convoluted pattern to every other relevant topic, whether criminal justice, education, immigration, or gender issues. AI’s confusion is a reflection of our culture’s confusion.

Democrats personify this confusion. Leftists, criminal excusers, socialists, anarchists, and communists can no longer be called “fringe elements” of the Democrat party. They are mainstream in that party.

Democrats are leaders and promoters of the “feel good”, “participation trophy”, “you are what you think you are” culture. Are they doing this out of their academic wisdom, innate kindness or some other moral high road? I don’t think so.

Policies and actions that have such obvious negative results can’t have righteous motives. They are pandering to the lowest values of our society. The easy way. So easy that it makes one wonder if there isn’t something else behind them. Many believe this is the work of foreign ideologies, whether Mao’s or Lenin’s, to weaken and destroy our nation. Others believe there are dark, spiritual forces at work. Or is it just human nature craving the “easy way?”

Most likely all three.

Assassinations of Charlie Kirk–JFK: What are the differences?

A friend asked me why is there so much being made of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, maybe more than made of JFK’s.

Here are the similarities and differences between the two in terms of the position held, the culture of the time, the means of the killing, and the person or persons behind the killings.

True, officially the position of JFK, being president, was paramount. Charlie’s was not “official”, not part of government. He started as a solo influencer. They both had large followings. JFK was loved in large part for the “Camelot” image he and Jacqueline portrayed: young, good looking, regal. He was considered a forward thinking leader of a new, young generation.

Similarly, Charlie was embraced by the young. He engaged college and high school aged young people in debates on popular but controversial topics. They both created enemies. Both sets of enemies hid in the dark shadows of society. JFK’s are still a debated mystery. Charlie’s are more obvious.

The cultures of the times vary greatly. During the early to mid-sixties, the nation was much more unified and less polarized (until the Vietnam war). Most of the institutions of the day were favorable toward JFK: media, academia, government. There were few deep cultural conflicts and undercurrents.

During Charlie’s time, the 13 years of his public efforts from 2011 to July 2025, the nation had become polarized, politically, socially, morally, fiscally. Academia and the media, especially, sank deeply into promoting leftist ideology. The leftist preferences are legion, including open borders, LGBTQ+++ advocacy, excusing Islamic ideology, war on Christianity, further erosion of family values, law and order, bigger government, and globalism.

Charlie debated and challenged these polarizing leftist positions. And he went to the heart of their source, universities and public high schools. These are the hotbeds of moral and cultural corruption in both my view and Charlie’s.

Charlie had a way about him. He devoted his late teen and 11 years there after to gaining an education that the great majority of universities would never consider providing. Early on he recognized the destructive indoctrination of these institutions. Instead he devoted himself to an intense discipline of teaching himself.

His primary foundation was the Bible. He had a Biblical-based world view that even most pastors lack today. In fact, most seminaries suffer the same leftist plague as secular universities: Reducing Biblical morality to what makes people feel good about themselves. The promotion of narcissism in our culture and churches is front and center. Charlie melds sound Biblical teaching as the basis for cultural values, something that most churches fail to do. And he does it without sounding preachy.

Watching Charlie debate those who hold opposing positions on religion, abortion, and gender issues, even with his most virulent detractors, his thorough knowledge of these topics and effective articulation of the truth is truly impressive, verging on the supernatural.

He caused thousands to think. He changed many minds. He was an encouragement to millions. And he angered quite a few.

Who did he anger? Well, news to me, there is a dark web comprised of thousands of confused, mentally ill and angry individuals of vague and changing sexual orientation. His killer was part of that deranged cult. I also have no doubt that universities are enablers of these deviants through their leftist professors and fringe and decidedly useless curricula.

These perverts hate those who are not perverts, especially those who hold and express traditional moral views, especially conservative Christians (yes, there are liberal Christians who embrace LGBTQ+++, but those are apostates.) Their secret, encrypted communications on the dark web promote their hatred for conservatives. Most are glad of Charlie’s assassination. And sadly, many promote even more of the same.

But Charlie inspired and changed many times more souls than he angered.

This brings up a significant difference between our reaction to the assassination of JFK and Charlie. JFKs was superficial, reacting to the attractive, Camelot-esque persona and appeal to the younger folk – based on what, an image? Where was the substance?

In the case of the reaction to Charlie’s killing, it uncovered a dark evil that is in stark opposition to good; in opposition to Biblical values, self-discipline and morality. This lit a fire.

As Charlie's wife, Erika Kirk movingly expressed:

“You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife, the cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.”

“The movement my husband built will not die. It won't, I refuse to let that happen.”
“No one will ever forget my husband's name, and I will make sure of it.”

Therein lies the difference. Substance. Clear battle lines between good and evil. And millions aching to join the battle.

The mere Iranian threats of closing the Strait of Hormuz is causing shipping to turn away from that two mile wide passage along the Iranian coastline.

There are two analogies I recently read about Iran’s Islamic-driven propensities and what it takes to change them.

One is the analogy of the use of an antibiotic to eliminate a bacterial infection: If you stop the antibiotic before the infection is eliminated, the infection will grow back stronger.

Another is to a cancer: If chemo is stopped too soon, the cancer will spread.

Israel's continuing actions along with the US use of the MOPs on nuke sites were the initial doses of antibiotic/chemo. The deeper infections/cancers still drive Iran’s fundamentalist Islamic policy.

The current fundamentalist Islamic regime in Iran is an infection, a cancer on the population. The treatment is far from complete.

President Trump now seems to be hinting at “regime change” for Iran. He recognizes that fundamentalist Islam is the root that needs to be pulled out. The leftist media only notes that there appears to be a policy split from his staff – they love to promote division. But this is just another case of a leader leading, indicating a need to recognize new realities and adapting to those realities in real time. His staff will follow.

Israel/Iran Conflict: Unknown Unknowns

Donald Rumsfeld, a Secretary of Defense of days of yore, talked about knowns, unknowns, and unknown unknowns. I’ve puzzled over “unknown unknowns” and have concluded during my most recent puzzlings that unknown unknows are situations when you thought they were known but were dead, seriously, badly screwed up WRONG. Black swans come to mind.

There are a large number of unknowns and unknown unknowns in the Israel/Iran conflict now on the chess board. Here is a list of a few I’ve read about and a few I’ve made up. Consider which ones are fluff, critical, relevant, dangerous or deadly.

If Fordow is bombed by Israel:

Will Iran use that bombing as justification to actually build the bomb? They are threatening that now. Unknown is do they already have the bomb; is their intent to build the bomb no matter what we do? I say “likely” to both.
Will that trigger intervention by China, Russia, or both? There are ongoing threats by these nations. If so, in what form, for how long and when?
Will radiation be leaked and drift eastward into Afghanistan and worse, Pakistan? What would the reaction of those nations and the world be?
How effective would such bombing be? How many of the smaller GB-28s in Israel's possession would be required to do the job? Can the US provide more if needed?

If Fordow is bombed by the the US:

Would Iran use a portion of its remaining missile stockpile to strike US forces in surrounding nations? What impact would they have? I speculate “little” at this point of their diminished capacity and capability.
Would the reaction of Russia and China be worse than if the bombing was conducted solely by Israel?
Plus all of the previous list of questions.

Russia/China:

To what extent will Russia or China come to Iran's assistance?
What will be the trigger points?
In what form would such assistance be?

Iranians in the US:

How aware of Iranian sleeper cells are we?
What kind of harm could they do?

To what extent can Iran be trusted in negotiations? I believe “not at all”.

To what extent does Iran want to negotiate? A lot but only as a delay tactic to reduce further attacks and to give more time to accomplish their nuclear objectives. They are already using the potential attacks on remaining nuke sites as a form of blackmail to justify nuclear weapons development.

How many missiles does Iran have left? And are they being resupplied by Iranian allies?

Will Iran attempt to block the straight of Hormuz?

Conventional wisdom is that they will not because it would block their own oil exports.
What would their means of blockade be? Mines? Rocket attacks on shipping?
How effective could such blockade be and how long might it last?

For how long can world opinion of Israel’s bombing of Iran be held at bay to the extent that Israel can complete its mission of destroying Iran’s nuclear infrastructure?

Is Iran’s nuclear infrastructure so decentralized and dispersed that it can be fairly quickly reconstituted?

Regime change.

Is it possible?
Is it desirable?
To what extent would the population of Iran support change?
Would replacement result in the same, less extreme, or more extreme anti-Israel policy?
Is there legitimate concern that a power vacuum would be created as in Libya after Ghedaffi and the nation descends into chaos?

How long will the current level of attacks between these two nations last?

Days, weeks, months?
Become perpetually sporadic as in the past?
Can or will Iran reconstitute proxies to continue and perpetuate attacks against Israel?

Will this conflict spin out of control?

If so, when?
Is it reversible?
How serious?
Will it turn nuclear?

These are a few of the knowns, unknowns, and if wrong, the unknown unknowns. I’m certain there are literally hundreds of others that flow from these questions plus others not even on the table.

Potential short term options and outcomes in Israel/Iran conflict…

A little brainstorming, or brain farting, depending on your perspective:

A lot of potential scenarios exist with regard to the current Israel/Iran war. The mutually acknowledged objective of Israel's attack on Iran is the elimination of Iran's current nuclear weapons development – and to set back their bomb building timeline for many years. Fordow’s elimination is the prize. Can Israel eliminate Fordow without use of the US MOP? Theoretically, yes.

The largest penetrating bomb in Israel’s known arsenal is the GBU-28, a U.S.-made, laser-guided “bunker buster” weighing around 5,000 pounds. It was originally developed during the Gulf War to destroy deeply buried Iraqi bunkers and has since become a key part of Israel’s strike capabilities.

Alternatively, the US could bite the neighborly bullet and let our B-2’s take a few passes at Fordow. One hour and done.

There will be consequences. Iran is likely to divert a few hundred of their remaining 1,200 missile stockpile on US positions elsewhere in the Middle East. And Russia, who relies on Iran for a good chunk of their munitions' to continue their aspirations against Ukraine, will likely cause some trouble.

The best outcome is for Iran to come to their senses (from our perspective, not theirs) and agree to shut down their nuclear aspirations. But the odds of their agreeing to do that in any non-deceptive way are slim to none.

The next few days will be, as they say, “veddy inn-terr-esss-ting.”

Editorial aside: The MOP was used in Afghanistan. I don't know how much that contributed to the overall mission...we left that theatre with our tail tucked. Is the MOP now intended to be used only as an intimidating show piece, or are there actually good uses for it? It seems to me that Fordow is an ideal use. But if we refrain from using it there because there might be "consequences", then it should be shuffled off to the bomb graveyard because it apparently has no use.

Why are big cities blue and why do they tend to tolerate violence?

If there is ever another civil war in the United States, it will be between the largest urban areas versus the rest of us.

Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Chicago, Atlanta, New York, and Baltimore are the first to come to mind.

Based on a combination of my own insights and a little help of AI, here is why the largest cities tend blue, leftist, progressive, and have major, pardon the expression, large shit-hole neighborhoods, enclaves, ghettos, and radical elements.

1. Business and commerce have thrived in compact urban environments due to close proximity of supporting resources. This is in the process of change with new communications technologies that help disperse businesses, but the benefit of close proximity is the primary cause for the large size of cities we now have.

2. The large, dense populations require more infrastructure, regulations, and services to meet the demands of the larger population. This means larger budgets and much higher taxes.

3. The increases in population and building densities cause property values to skyrocket, increasing housing and other building costs.

4. More services and more taxes require more social services and still higher taxes in an endless cycle of more services and higher taxes.

5. These additional social services in turn attract more people in need of these social services, thus the outsized homeless populations.

These cities attract demographic diversity. (This part is from a left leaning AI which I temper a bit back to reality.)

Cities are melting pots. They attract younger, more diverse populations—ethnically, culturally, and economically. These groups often support progressive policies on immigration, civil rights, and social services.
Educational Attainment: Urban areas typically have higher concentrations of college-educated residents, who statistically lean more liberal on social and environmental issues.
Economic Structure: Cities are hubs for industries like tech, media, education, and the arts—sectors that often foster progressive values and prioritize innovation, inclusion, and regulation over deregulation.

No! Diversity is NOT our strength. It occasionally has some narrow benefits, but it is not a strength. Melting pots? Not so much nowadays. The incompatibles and radicals increasingly want to spread their jaded joy to the rest of the population.

True, there are more left-wing college-indoctrinated specialists in cities. This education might further their chosen profession, but socially, morally and politically they have been trained to become morons.

Economically, cities tend much more toward socialism and regulation, over-whelming any perceived sense of innovation or individual freedoms.

This brings me to the question: Why do large cities tend to tolerate lawlessness, destruction, and riots?

In short: Diversity, progressive (leftist) values, and radical influences that the cities have attracted, endorse, and fund.

The radicals are running the asylum! Laws are for suckers. Not for minorities, illegals, or the super-rich. The politics of cities have been appropriated by coalitions of radicals comprised of illegals, minorities, welfare proponents, and antagonists (trouble-makers with external allegiances). These coalitions believe that they must not be subject to traditional laws. Those laws are for the white man – not for them. They are the domain of ICE and the Federal Government which these radical coalitions believe are illegitimate and evil.

And that, friends, is what we have to deal with in our largest cities. We’ll have to find ways to live with it or deal with it. Living with it allows it to fester and grow worse. Dealing with it will be painful. Pick your poison.

Trump the "Don"

But I gotta tell ya, his actions remind me of the Italian variety.

How so?

Well, for starters, the legal actions by the other “mob” previously in power, exerting “law enforcement pressures” on him.

His actions of figuratively “offing” thousands among “mob” rivals in government (as he did in business)who he feels will continue to betray his operation.

His honed skill at deal making which often involves bluster, threats and intimidation. His statements involving Panama, Canada and Greenland come to mind.

His laser focus on his “family” the United States, above any other nation which many consider to be in opposition to a “moral position”.

The most notorious example is his treatment of Ukraine. The analogy is the shop owner (Ukraine) who is in a financially (militarily) tough spot. He needs a loan (protection). The Don suggests sharing his (Ukraine's) profits in exchange for a very high interest loan (protection). The Don knows that this is ultimately “a deal he can’t (is in no position t0) refuse.

To throw in another analogy from nature: Ukraine is a wounded animal. There are sheep (European nations) all around him that are trying to help, but are afraid and out-muscled. There are two hyaenas (Russia, the antagonist) and the United States, both after Ukraine for what it can offer, albeit for different reasons. The Don, in this case, is the second hyaena, who is after the spoils of Ukraine, the wounded animal. The wounded animal has little choice.

The Don is disliked by many within his family (the United States) for what they see as the immorality of his tactics, his “style” his “tone”. The others, who support him, understand all his efforts, despite the perceived amorality and blustery style, are all being done for the good of the “family”, the United States. He promises to make everyone "rich" again.

This is the way nations survive. This is the way it is, the way it will be, and many will agree, the way it has been throughout history.

To those upset and opposed to our new President...

There is much crying and gnashing of teeth with the inauguration and long overdue actions of our newest President.

Apparently these opposers have other preferences:

* Misplaced compassion, longing for continued open borders.

* Little or no concern about the criminals entering the US, and the pouring in of deadly addictive substances, violent gangs, and human trafficking.

* Desire to ignore or embrace the mental illness of those with gender dysphoria when science and millennia of human experience tells us there are only two genders.

* Preference for rewarding less competent individuals based on color, gender, or mental confusion rather than competence or skills.

* Preference for the US to remain dependent on other nations for manufacturing, energy, and national defense rather than making our nation self-reliant and strong.

There are forces already aligning against the common sense actions of President Trump carrying out the wishes of the US electorate. Litigation by leftists and upset special interests are already in the works.

The lack of common sense by the opposers is astounding and confounding. Once again I can only attribute these anomalies to unseen spiritual forces hell-bent on destroying the good that this nation attempts to preserve.

Times they are a changin’. At one point in 1979 Smith was accused of being a racist for having several old songs in her repertoire about “darkies and “pickaninnies” in spite of the fact that being born in 1907, those words were as commonly used then as “people of color” is used today. Trump Victory Best for Nation - but what to really expect...

Trump won, and that is great for our nation . Great because he and his team will be best at:

* Securing our border in spite of the lies and fake promises made by the dems.
* Deporting as many of the criminals among the millions of illegals invited into our nation by the Kamala/Obama/Soros administration as possible.
* Reviving our energy production which Biden castrated.
* Reinvigorating our domestic production which will raise wages and reduce inflation.
* Doing a much better job at negotiating trade and peace than the war lobby would like to do.

But there will be major impediments to this mission.

Do not expect the Kamalas, Obamas, Soros’s, Antifas, and other socialists and communists to play dead. Expect a variety of tactics over the coming months, some overt, most covert.

Overt disruption will be perpetrated by orchestrated street thugs and their gangs and tag-alongs reigning havoc via protests, civil unrest, and riots in many of our largest and bluest cities (where law enforcement has been neutered by leftist politics).

Covert disruption will be in the form of persistent lawfare, media disinformation and slander, and administrative stonewalling and sabotage by the swamp which remains deep and wide.

Plus, the general propensity of the government-dependent special interest groups - welfare recipients, unions, illegals and the growing cadre of government workers themselves - to always want government to give them more with less work. These groups will make easy subversive recruits, making the tasks ahead much more challenging.

Overview of the World’s Bastards

I often write to identify and synthesize the things that are bothering me about what is going on in the world. Since it is impossible for me to do much about these situations, at least writing about them helps me understand the world’s predicament.

I’ll start with Islam.

Islam: A 6th century political ideology self identified as a “religion” – the wild asses of the Old Testament. Islam dominates the Middle East with its doctrines of conquest, militarism, intolerance of any other belief, political, or cultural system, especially Judaism. It is best known for Jihad, violence, and deception. Atrocities that are committed in the Middle East are almost always attributed to generic entities such as “men” committed this, or “Iran” committed that, or Hamas, ISIS, Al Qaeda or Hezbollah did this or that. Such identification seldom mentions “Muslims” or people practicing their Islamic faith - despite the fact that Islam motivates each if these entities and is behind most of these atrocities.

United Nations (UN): The UN was created to assure peace and avoid war. It has become a corrupt institution - a money sucking, inefficient, ineffective bureaucracy controlled primarily by Islamic nations. In the Middle East it has proven itself to be in bed with those who continue to carry out atrocities against Israel and more moderate Islamic entities because they are not Islamic enough.

Leftists: I define “leftists” as those who favor larger government, more government control through more regulation, higher taxes, less personal responsibility, and less free speech. Socialism and Communism are forms of leftism. Humans have a propensity for wanting others to do for them what they can and should do for themselves. Leftists play into this tendency to gain power. Leftism is an evil that destroys the human will and productivity.

Mainstream media: I define the mainstream media as the large corporate communications entities, including ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, large urban newspapers and large social media outlets such as Facebook Google and MSN, and news outlets such as AP and Reuters. The mainstream media promotes leftism and controversy for profit. It is dominated by journalism students of the revolting ‘60’s hippie generation who never appreciated the history and successes of this nation.

Corporate America: Most large corporations, such at Amazon, other large retailers, and others genuflect to perverse and perverted cultural trends. They are amoral organizations that will pander to any evil that they believe will add to their bottom line. Fortunately several of these attempts have backfired – Bud Lite, Harley Davidson, and John Deere come to mind.

Democrats: Joe Biden (basically useless at this point, but still a tool), Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, the Clintons, and the great majority of the Democrat establishment pander to the “gimme more” segment of our population, which is large and growing. I consider them to be pure evil based upon their destructive open borders, their disregard of law and order, their refusal to promote or even allow the production of domestic energy, their disregard for the first and second amendments, their endless, excessive government spending, their politicized criminal justice system, and their inconsistent, untrustworthy foreign policies.

Lazy, uninformed voters: This one bothers me the most. How nearly half of the electorate still want to vote for the word salad queen who trades in emotion and lacks substance is beyond me. That desire is based on rampant ignorance of what is going on in the world and in our nation. They are willing to be lazy sheep lured into dependence on government. They are happy as clams as long as they are being fed bullshit.

Those who believe they have the power of God: “Follow the Science!” This has been the mantra of the COVID gods. “Government knows best” is close behind. “Trust our leaders” is next. The Centers for Disease Control, the FBI, CIA and Secret Service have lost the faith of a lot of people over the last decade or so. These are all federal government entities that people have trusted to do their thinking for them. These agencies long for influence and control. That is why they exist. To a large extent they wish to replace not only human freedoms, but also replace faith in the power of God.

So that’s it on my end. Bastards all. I probably have a few more bothersome things lurking in the recesses of my mind and I’m quite sure you can think of more.

A friend in The Villages reported to us this afternoon that there was a gigantic pro-Kamala golf cart parade comprised exclusively of women. She expressed concern that this female parade of support for a leftist female candidate indicates, in her view at least, that the democrat ticket has a better than even chance of prevailing. While I don’t share her same level of concern, the event does raise eyebrows.

Given that the demographics of The Villages is almost entirely over the age of 60 (which tends to be conservative) and over 80% Republican, observing such female stupidity could indeed portend an insanely sexist outcome to the Presidential election.

I knew a conservative black man in the runup to the first Obama election who said he will vote for liberal Obama just because he wanted to see a black in office. It is likely that the same pea-brained thinking may apply to the female vote for Cackles.

Identity politics is like watching a slow motion train wreck. We observe the racist or sexist momentum of the movement, but we know there is little we can do to prevent the inevitable disaster.

Two weeks ago I predicted that Biden would suspend his race by the end of the week. I missed it by a week.

The even better news are these realities:

Biden’s delays in getting out of the race wasted precious days for the Dems.
Dem campaign funds can only go toward Harris with Biden out. They have to re-acquire funding in only three short months before early elections.
Harris, aka Cackles, polls worse than Biden in many polls. And many Dem leaders do not want her on the ballot.
There is likely to be a contentious floor fight at the Dem convention in Chicago.
Chicago is sure to serve up massive demonstrations and potential riots and destruction by fringe leftist pro-Hamas Islamists – friends of many Dems.
The Mainstream Media were complicit in the Biden coverup and demonstrated that they have ZERO credibility.
And here is the biggy: The entire Whitehouse support staff, including the top level cabinet members, were aware of Biden’s decline more than a year ago, not to mention the last few months – and they continued to lie and deceive, defend and support the Biden presidency. How can Kamela or ANY Whitehouse Biden defender escape the fact that they covered up for a demented President who was supposed to be running the country.

Given that last point, I would LOVE to be on the Trump staff that helps uncover, expose, and highlight that Democrat subterfuge. It would be an easy job. Every potential Dem candidate is complicit and vulnerable. But they are likely to plead ignorance which then demonstrates how out if touch, and therefore unfit to be President, they are.

Final thoughts: Is Biden fit to even serve out his current term – or is he a clear and present danger to our nation if he remains President?

Failure to prevent assassination attempt: Planned or Incompetence?

There are too many screaming coincidences in the attempted Trump assassination to believe it was planned and carried out solely by a screwed up 20-year old.

First is the the vitriol demonstrated by the Democrats and know-nothings in this country. Remember the severed Trump head held up by the hair by brainless Trump-hating Kathy Griffin, representing most of Hollywood?

Throughout the past several years the aptly named mental illness of TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) has been applied to half the population that goes insane in their Trump hatred for reasons they can’t express, other than the snowflakes believe he is “insensitive” or “mean spirited.”

Then we had the never-ending failed series of concocted impeachment attempts and endless litigation that is more correctly known as “lawfare.” These are also falling apart.

Trump-hating Jonathan Karl of far left ABC News (typical of most mainstream media talking heads) had the audacity to accuse Republicans of politicizing the attempted assassination while he totally ignored all the irrational Democrat hate expressed before, and especially Biden urging his supporters "to put Trump in a bullseye." Jonathan Karl: Go to hell!

Amidst that backdrop we have the dramatic lapses of the Biden-run Secret Service that enabled the assassination attempt.

Why was the security zone only extended to the fence line? Why didn’t it include the buildings within 130 yards with a direct line of sight to the podium? Even an unpracticed shooter with an AR can shoot within a few inches of a target at that range.

Several bystanders informed police and Secret Service minutes before the shooting that there was a man climbing on top of the building with a rifle. Those advanced warnings were ignored. Why?

Why did it take 45 seconds for the Secret Service sharpshooters to take down the shooter after shots were fired?

Other reports, which the Biden administration is denying, are that repeated requests for additional Secret Service protection have repeatedly been denied.

Like the Kennedy assassination: Let them shoot. Then kill the assassin to cover up for whoever instigated the event.

Was the Secret Service security lapse due to incompetence or was it a purposeful lapse planned from on high?

The Biden administration and main stream media are complicit on so many levels.

Final thoughts:

What would have been the outcome in this nation if the assassination was successful? What level of civil unrest would have resulted? What sort of Constitutional crisis would have been created?

Many who keep track of these events believe these attempts to eliminate Trump are not over.

One Small Step for Leftists - One Giant Leap Toward Civil War

This corruption of the legal system is a nationwide thing - occurring in every big city across the continent. Flash shop lifting mobs are let out before sunset. Multiple DUI drivers driving with revoked licenses are released. A woman who stole a police car and ran over a police officer was found "not guilty."

Universities and the attack on religion

The primary purpose of university presidents is to raise funds for the university. The university boards select the person that can best relate to the hot buttons of the potential donor base.

In the case of Ivy League institutions (not to be confused with “mental institutions”, although I understand the confusion), the most lucrative potential donor base is comprised of leftist, mostly atheist, woke, white rich people who feel guilt about slavery.

Who better to fit that role than a black, female leftist whose academic specialty is the advance of globalism and increasing diversity, except for Jews. Enter Claudine Gay of Hahvid.

Over the past several years there have been numerous instances of conservative speakers being banned from university campuses. The reasons given focused around other students feeling “threatened” or concerns about violence from leftists who objected to free speech, although the excuses were never quite that transparent. Free speech was taboo for conservatives on campus.

But when it comes to promoting the extermination of Jews (or probably any religious group except Islam) free speech is protected and condoned.

Going to the nub of the matter, universities have a strong bias against religion. They believe they take the high moral road by defining the group they believe are “oppressed” (blacks, Muslims, Palestinians) and tailoring their warped sense of morality and fairness to defend and promote those groups, no matter what crimes or atrocities they commit. US urban riots, George Floyd and October 7th come to mind.

The consequence of this warped mindset is that the rule of law and traditional morality go out the window. Rioting, acts of terror, and atrocities become justifiable because they are committed by the “oppressed.”

Most religions have a set of immutable moral standards. These absolutes get in the way of the leftist mindset. The leftist college president, university donors and professors, and most students don’t tolerate any constraint on addressing their version of the “oppressed.” Religious people are in their way because morality is in their way. So they create their own morality: Extremism in defense of liberation is no vice, to mangle the words that Goldwater was condemned for.

Even plagiarism by a university president has been declared A OK by the university that alleges such high standards. That is just another instance of a corrupt system not wanting to be shackled by old fashioned rules so they can promote their own agenda of “liberation.”

“Proportionality” in the Israel/Hamas war…

When a military/terrorist force whose Islamic ideology for decades has vowed the elimination of your nation and your race, and then slaughters 1,400 or your civilian women, children, and men, what does “proportionality” mean?

Here are several possible meanings of that term, with only one that fits the situation.

Definition #1:

Respond by killing only the number of people who were killed. This definition is the limitation that Palestinians and US leftists would like to impose on Israel. Anything beyond that is called “ethnic cleansing.” That is rather strange since that is exactly what the initial attacks against Israel intended to carry out.

Definition #2:

Respond by eliminating ONLY the Hamas leadership or planners who carried out the attack. This is similar in effect to the first definition. It stops way short of addressing the perpetual threat to Israel.

Definition #3:

Give Hamas a stern warning that if they dare attack Israel again, they will be sorry. This is the “proportionality” preferred by Hamas, the Palestinians, and the Islamic nations as a whole. It is also the proportionality practiced by the Biden administration when US interests are attacked by Iranian, Syrian, or Yemen missiles.

Definition #4:

Base “proportionality” on intent as well as current and historical actions.

For example, if an individual announced his hatred of you and expressed his intent to kill you, and over several years actually attempted to do so on numerous occasions, and no legal entity was available to stop his repeated attempts, what would be an appropriate action on your part? Warn him? Cut off his right thumb? Or more?

This is the situation Israel finds itself in. Hamas, and the Islamic doctrine and Ummah [Islamic community] generally, have for decades declared their hatred of Israel and vow to wipe Israel and Jews off the face of the earth. And on numerous occasions since Israel’s founding in 1948 has attempted to do so through several wars that Israel won.

And over the last several years there have been thousands of rocket attacks coming off of Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon against Israel. The October 7th attack is when Israel's restraint was finally broken.

Given that backdrop, here is the required definition of “proportionality”:

The elimination of all who planned, financed, equipped, carried out, and supported or continue to support the attacks against Israel , along with their sustaining infrastructure.

THAT is the only rational definition of “proportionality” that Israel should apply and appears to be applying to the current situation. This proportionality is based on a combination of both intent and repeated and ongoing actions of the adversary.

The apologists for Islam, Hamas, Gazans and Palestinians are wailing, gnashing their teeth and ripping their shirts over such Israeli audacity. This includes most of the media, leftist politicians along with ignorant college students who are doing the same via protests and incendiary propaganda.

The October 31 Israel bombing of the location of known terror leaders north of Gaza City is a case in point. It just so happened to have also been a refugee center occupied by several thousand Gazans who ignored Israel’s warning to move south out of the northern Gaza war zone. Those who remain were appropriately assumed to be either Hamas fighters or willing human shields. Twenty some were killed and a hundred or more injured.

Again we hear wailing, gnashing of teeth and ripping of shirts with cries of “ethnic cleansing” and “war crimes.”

War is hell. Justified proportionality is a bitch. Israel is attempting to finish what Hamas started and intended for Israel.

President Biden proclaims that Israel has every right to go after Hamas, but Israel must protect and provide aid to the citizens of Gaza.

Why is this such insanely bad advice? Let’s explore who the “citizens of Gaza” really are, what they believe and what they want.

Their religion

The historic and current doctrine of Islam is to subdue or eliminate the Jews. This is a belief held by the vast majority of Islamic leaders in the world. The US government has not yet publicly accepted this fact.

It therefore makes sense that nearly all the citizens of Gaza endorse this belief to a significant degree – many rabidly. Appeasement toward Islam has been the policy of the US government since well before 9-11. Throwing billions of dollars at hostile Islamic nations in the hopes that they will hate us less has been the US practice for decades. The US continues to insist this practice should be applied to “the citizens of Gaza.”

Hamas came to power through intifada, aka “uprising.” Uprisings typically occur through “popular revolt”. From this fact, it is easy to conclude that “the citizens of Gaza” support Hamas, their governing authority.

Their goals

The goal of Hamas and “the citizens of Gaza” are the same as the goals of what the Western media calls “radical Islam”: To subdue or eliminate “infidels”, aka, those who do not follow strict tenants of Islam. “Radical Islam” is the main body of Islamic doctrine both historically and currently in the Middle East. In the West, the goals are more subdued or hidden, thus the media refers to the Muslim majority in the West as “moderate Muslims.”

Their morality

Islamic morality differs significantly from that of Jews and Christians – from that in the West, generally. Lying and deceit to protect oneself or defend beliefs, referred to as taqiyya, is predominant and accepted practice in Islamic culture, while it is frowned upon in Judeo-Christian/Western culture. The West tends to apply our expectations of morality to Muslims usually with unexpected and devastating results.

Case study: The ‘Hospital Incident’

The missile that hit the parking lot of the Al-Ahli hospital in north Gaza in the early morning of October 18th provides a stark example of Islamic morality.

Islamic Jihad, one of many militant/terror groups in Gaza, fired a barrage of rockets toward Israel. One rocket veered off course and landed in the hospital parking lot two miles from the launch site, spewing and igniting volatile rocket accelerant through the immediate area. The hospital building was not significantly damaged. There is overwhelming evidence that the rocket was fired from Gaza, did not destroy the hospital, and few were killed.

Hamas immediately spread the lie that an Israeli rocket destroyed the hospital killing 500 innocents. This incited mobs in a dozen Islamic nations to mass demonstrations and attacks on Israeli and Western embassies.

Even in the US, Muslim Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar aka AOC, instigated mob demonstrations throughout Washington DC resulting in over 500 arrests. Even a full 24 hours after indisputable facts debunked their rabid erroneous accusations, they persisted.

For people such as these, it is moral and proper for white to be called black in defense of their beliefs.

As an aside, I was wondering why this hospital was initially reported as “Baptist Hospital.” Here is the reason:

The hospital has been in operation since 1882. It was founded by the Church of England’s Church Mission Society and was later run as a medical mission by the Southern Baptist Conference between 1954 and 1982. It returned to the Anglican Church in the 1980s.

There are several common themes lodged against Israel by Palestinian promoters around the world:

1. Israel is not protecting “Gaza citizens.” Many “innocent Gazans” are getting killed by Israeli bombing.

2. Israel is not supplying resources to Gaza citizens. They’re without food, water and medical treatment.

3. Israel won’t allow Gaza “citizens” out of Gaza.

4. The mother of all complaints: Palestinians, not Jews, have the right to land “occupied” by Israel.

So, let’s flesh out the illogic of these complaints.

1. Israel is not protecting “Gaza citizens.”

Conclusion: At a minimum, a majority of Palestinian citizens (inclusive of Gazans) support Hamas.

Further, 99% of Gazans are Muslim. Islamic doctrine, both historic and current, promote a Palestinian state and the elimination of Jews, generally, and Israel specifically. Since Gazans are Muslim, it is easy to conclude that nearly 100% of Gazan “citizens” supported the actions of the Hamas terror raid.

2. Israel is not supplying resources to Gaza citizens.

Why should Israel supply resources to the “citizens” of Gaza? Hugh Fitzgerald, a writer on Jihad Watch, gives a rational answer.

3. Israel won’t allow Gaza “citizens” out of Gaza.

This claim is bogus on several levels.

First, the definition of “citizen” includes Hamas soldiers and sympathizers, the legitimate target of Israel.

Second, and more significantly, virtually NONE of the Islamic nations in the neighborhood will accept Gazan refugees. Why not? Two reasons:

1) They want to be able to blame Israel for any harm that befalls them for propaganda purposes, and

2) They want the Gazan population to remain in Gaza to bolster the efforts of Islam to establish a Palestinian state to further their goal of eliminating Israel.

By this logic, Florida should go back to Spain, the US southwest ought to return to Mexico, and Alaska should be returned to Russia.

And this fully ignores ancient history where Jews have occupied the lands of present day Israel for millennia.

So pick a date, any date, and one can argue that anyone standing on any given parcel for more than five minutes has perpetual rights to it.

First, quit calling the occupants of Gaza “Arabs” or “Palestinians.” They are Muslims. True to the core practitioners of Islam, the ideology of Muhammad, the murdering pervert.

Next, understand the core of Islam: To subdue non-believers while striving to eradicate Jews first, then Christians next.

Islam is comprised of both radicals and moderates. Radicals are the most devout among Islam. They are the ones with guns, knives, and bombs, plus those who plan the schemes for their use against infidels. Moderates are the balance of Muslims who support the radicals through finance, legal, logistic and social means. Sure, some are “go along to get along” types, but most believe in their cause.

Gaza is comprised of both radical and moderate Muslims. It is one compact organic killing machine governed by Hamas.

Hamas is a proxy (tool) of Iran. Hamas is funded and coordinated by Iranian leadership.

Now, Hamas either decided to go on this killing spree alone, or it is part of a larger plan. I personally don’t believe they decided to massacre on the scale they did as a solo, one off event.

So, the other, more likely, option is the Hamas massacre is part of Iran’s larger operation. It won’t end with Hamas. Hezbollah in Lebanon and Syria, and Islamic Jihad in the West Bank are all primed by Iran to join the fray.

We often hear from the left, America haters, and Israel haters the complaint of “Israeli apartheid.”

I’ll say it up front: Those “folk” either have "mush" for brains (I preferred to use the "s" word) or have an agenda that is both deceived and seditious.

The great majority of the 50+ Islamic nations around the world, and the dozen or so in the immediate neighborhood of Israel are 98+ % Muslim, Those nations, and their heavily enforced Islamic doctrine, do not tolerate other beliefs. They simply don’t put up with other religions. The punishment for exposing their un-Islamic preferences is typically well beyond western sensibilities. That is the essence of hyper-bigoted, intolerant and religious xenophobia's – pick a word.
