There are countless online business models available.

After researching many options, I decided to focus on building a travel blog.

The sudden change in weather appears to have played a significant role in this illness.

Only recently temperatures were exceeding thirty degrees Celsius.

Now they have fallen to around twelve degrees Celsius.

Strong winds have made it feel even colder.

The body often struggles when temperatures fluctuate so dramatically.

Many people seem to become ill during these periods of transition.

The sudden shift catches us off guard.

One week we are wearing light clothing and enjoying summer sunshine.

The next week we are searching for jackets and wondering where the warmth has gone.

Living and working night shifts adds another layer of complexity.

Night workers often receive less exposure to natural sunlight.

Sunlight plays an important role in physical and mental wellbeing.

After spending long hours working overnight and sleeping during parts of the day, it can sometimes feel as though I miss large portions of daylight altogether.

The forecast suggests that warmer weather will return next week.

Hopefully the improvement in weather will coincide with a recovery for everyone in the household.

I know I need more sunshine.

I need more time outdoors.

I need more opportunities to reconnect with nature after spending so many hours inside office buildings and control rooms.

Fortunately, I already have a place where I can do exactly that.

Finding Peace In The Garden

One of the greatest blessings in my life is my garden.

It is not a grand estate.

It is not a professionally designed landscape.

But it is my own little piece of tranquillity.

As summer approaches, the garden has started to come back to life.

The mature apple tree is looking healthy.

The pear tree continues to grow.

The plum trees are producing fresh growth.

I have also planted an orange tree, an olive tree, two fig trees, and a lemon tree in large containers.

There is a strawberry plant growing happily in another pot.

A sago palm that has been with us for many years remains one of the centrepieces of the garden.

Over the coming weeks I will be transplanting chilli plants, plum tomatoes, and other vegetables into larger containers.

Gardening reminds me that growth takes time.

You cannot plant a seed in the morning and expect fruit by evening.

Nature has its own schedule.

The same principle applies to blogging.

The same principle applies to financial freedom.

The same principle applies to personal development.

You plant.

You nurture.

You wait.

You remain patient.

Then eventually growth appears.

Many people today live in high rise apartments surrounded by glass, steel, and concrete.

There is nothing wrong with that lifestyle if it suits them.
