A) Golden Stick Grand Prize: To claim a Grand Prize, potential winner must follow the directions on the winning game piece. All prize claims must be received by September 22, 2013. Timely and proper submission of prize claim is the potential winners’ sole responsibility. It is recommended that a potential winner retain a copy of the Game Piece and all prize claim materials. Prize claims will not be verified until after the end of the Promotion Period. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release.
