2009-12-31T12:49:00.000-08:00

We all talked about trying to get our homes and our scrapbook supplies organized. Some of you have shared some very good and inexpensive ways to organize. I thought we could work together to get organized in 2010. So, please share your ideas with us. Pictures too!!

Quick Quotes Boy Canvas

2009-12-08T08:42:00.000-08:00

This is a 12x12 canvas that I did this summer in Arlington at the GASC. I fixed it for my sister in law, Beth. I just love Quick Quotes.

Quick Quotes Think Big

2009-12-01T08:44:00.000-08:00

This is an accordian fold table topper from Quick Quotes. I think it's their Think Big one. I made it for my oldest brother. Just a reminder of all the great times we had as kids! This would make a great Christmas gift. Quick and easy!!

LIFE

2009-11-03T09:30:00.000-08:00

Just a canvas I did this last week. It reminds me of my hair dresser's shop. Think I'll give it to Melissa.

KaiserCraft Christmas Countdown Tree

2009-11-03T09:24:00.000-08:00

These trees are from Kaisercraft. Jenna did the brighter more detailed tree and it is absolutely precious. I kept mine a little basic. We really had fun making them!

TOOL TIME

2009-11-03T09:15:00.000-08:00

I have a couple of very inexpensive tools that I have really enjoyed and would like to share with you. Trying to get your papers exactly even with your chipboard can be a little bit of a challenge. Sometimes you have a little extra hanging over. No longer a problem.

Creekbank Creations Big Brother Sander

Price: $6.99 for 1/2"

Lil 'Sis $5.99 for 1/4"

Very simple to use. LOVE IT!!

Next, is another sanding tool. This one is great because it has four different shaped small files that will fit in all those little nooks and curves of shaped chipboard.

Basic Grey Price: $6.99

If you are interested in any of these, just let me know and I would be happy give you a demo.

Christmas Items

2009-10-29T08:29:00.000-07:00

Here are a couple of items for Christmas that you might be interested in from Kaisercraft. I will be ordering the Star Wreath. If anyone is interested in ordering the Star wreath or advent calendar, please let me know. I would love to do the advent calendar as a class. The papers that are used in the advent calendar, Carnival Christmas, can also be ordered or if you would rather use something that coordinates with your home, you could purchase something locally, or I can send you an email of things that I can order for you.

Family Quick Quote Canvas

2009-08-31T10:51:00.000-07:00

This is the last Quick Quote Canvas that I bought at convention. I really love how this turned out! I love the picture too! I told my family I wanted a REAL family picture. Just us the way are everyday. I just look at this on top of my television and I am happy!

New Quick Quotes Canvas

2009-08-03T19:50:00.000-07:00

This is another of the Quick Quote Canvases. I finally got the picture edited to put on it. Now that I have taken the course on how to use my photoshop elements software, I'm addicted to playing with my pictures! I'm not a good photographer so at least I can fix some of my mistakes.

Wedding Canvas

2009-07-22T19:31:00.000-07:00

I finally got one of my canvases finished that I bought at Arlington. I love it! These were being sold as a test market, so let me know if you like this or would be interested in this particular canvas. I hope to have the family one up real soon.

Photoshop Elements Class

2009-07-15T12:30:00.000-07:00

I am so excited about last nights class! For those of you who are freakin' computer geniuses, don't laugh at me! I have had a picture of Autumn from several years ago when we visited San Antonio Zoo. It was a great picture except for the chocolate ice cream down the front of her shirt.

Well, look at it now!

I also fixed some pictures from our beach trip where you couldn't see the kids because the sun was behind them and therefore they looked so dark it was hard to tell who it even was.

Greetings from Arlington

WELCOME

2009-05-23T09:02:00.001-07:00

It is very hard to keep everyone up to date on the latest classes, products, and to share helpful information with you. After much researching I have found that perhaps this would best suit all my needs. So, as I get this going, please give me your opinion on how helpful it is in keeping you up to date on things.
