Stewart died of a brain aneurysm in 2008. The suit says that Stewart had signed an agreement with Screen Gems-Columbia Music in 1967 to get 50% of the publisher's earnings overseas. Album downloads had hit about 408,000 as of 10 a.m. Eastern on Monday, according to BitTorrent. It became available Friday at 11 a.m. ET. Yorke’s release took advantage of the BitTorrent Bundle feature, and it is the first time users can pay to “unlock” content distributed via the peer-to-peer software.
