Another great Folk band. Gotta love those banjo solos.

Why $#!+ So Crazy?

Reggie Watts is a comedian, a singer, and can beatbox hella good. I do have to warn that the song is pretty explicit so probably not a good idea to watch it at work. Here it is.

Orianthi

This is Orianthi Panagaris. She is a pop singer/guitarist now, but before that she played a lot of Santana esque songs, and actually played with santana himself. She was the guitarist for Michael Jackson's new tour before he passed away. This is a video of her playing with Santana at the PRS 20th Anniversary Party.

If you liked her playing I would recommend you also check out here acoustic cover of Michael Jackson's "Give In To Me"

Carlos Santana. Europa. One of the most beautiful sounding songs that has ever been played on the guitar.

It isn't a random occurrence for my boss to instant message me so unusual songs during work, (inspiration for blog by the way) but this video is the weirdest/coolest/most awesome video yet. The song is Electric Feel by MGMT, which on its own is a great song, but the video is the song choreographed for the Rock-afire Explosion. The Rock-afire Explosion are robotic animals similar to the band at Chuck E. Cheese. Not only is this odd but it is perfectly in time. This is a must see.

Hello 90's

To bad musical talent isn't a deciding factor in whether or not you get noticed these days. If it were we would have a lot more bands that sound great like Blues Traveler. Can never get away from this song cause the Hook keeps on bringing me back.

Armik + Baking = Me Happy

This one is in honor of my girlfriend for making the best cookies I have ever had in my entire life! it is Alone With You by Armik. It is a great Spanish guitar track. Very soothing. Also she just started up her own blog, so everyone please head there and let her know how awesome it is. Thanks.

Hard Start

Today is gonna be a long day. Heat index is at 110 right now, and it is only 9:30AM. So if you need something a little harder to wake you up to day this song is definitely right for you. Hell and High Water by Black Stone Cherry. I'm a big fan of good old southern rock, and this is one of the few bands to come out recently that actually have soul!

Wishing for Winter Winds Right Now

Where I live is currently under an Extreme Heat Warning until Friday! With that being said I sure could use a nice breeze or even some Winter Winds by Mumford and Sons. Try to stay cool everyone, and let me know what you think about the song in the comments.

Welcome

This is a blog where I hope (with the help of everyone) to build a large catalog of eclectic music, and hopefully I can share some of my favorite bands and songs with all of you. Basically this is a place where you can share and discover new music that will hopefully inspire your creativity like it has mine. Here is an interesting song. It is called Oriental Uno by Beats Antique. Let me know what you think, and please share some music that you love.
