SpaceWiz Mini-Review

This is my app store review and I figured I’d share it here as well. SpaceWiz is currently one of my top 5 iOS music apps, but I would currently only give it 4 out of 5 stars.

"I simply love this app and it has a significant impact on the way I compose music.

So why 4 stars? It does tend to crash a bit on the iPad 2, but I’ve had no issues with crashing on the iPad 4. However, I’ve had to scrap many recordings due to audio pops and dropouts, so it needs a bit of love to make it perfect.

I’d also love to see this app get Audiobus support so I can fully integrate it into my workflow. I currently have to record with a stop watch to be sure I don’t get cut off at the imposed 5 minute limit."

As I mentioned in my post on endangered apps, there is some hope that Audiobus integration may happen, despite the fact that Wizdom apps have historically been “release and forget".
