1/2 kg şevket-i bostan&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 adet kuru soğan&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr&amp;nbsp;kuzu eti(kuşbaşı)&lt;br /&gt;
1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı&lt;br /&gt;
1 limonun suyu&lt;br /&gt;
1 tatlı kaşığı un&lt;br /&gt;
2 su bardağı sıcak su&lt;br /&gt;
tuz&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
YAPILIŞI&lt;br /&gt;
1-Şevket-i bostanları iyice yıkayıp&amp;nbsp;küçük parçalar halinde doğrayıp yıkayın.&lt;br /&gt;
2-Soğanı soyup yıkadıktan sonra yemeklik doğrayın.&amp;nbsp; limonun suyunu sıkın.bir kaseye unu alıp limon suyunu azar azar karıştırarak ekleyin.&lt;br /&gt;
3-Eti, soğanı ve zeytinyağını tencereye koyup kısık ateşte et suyunu salıp çekinceye kadar kavurun. Yarım su bardağı sıcak su ekleyip, tencerenin kapağını kapatarak 15-20 dakika pişirin.&lt;br /&gt;
4-Şevket-i bostanları ekleyin ara ara karıştırarak 2-3 dk. pişirin, ardından unlu-limonlu karışımı ve tuzu ekleyin&amp;nbsp;1.5 su bardağı sıcak suyu ekleyip kısık ateste 30 dakika pişirin.&lt;br /&gt;
