Yemek Bloğu Yazarları buluşmamız yapıldı.Uzun süredir bloglarımız aracılığıyla tanışıp konuştuğumuz ama birbirimizi hiç görmediğimiz&amp;lt; arkadaşlarımızla bu buluşmalar &amp;nbsp;dolayısıyla tanışmış olduk. Geçen yıl tanıştığımız arkadaşların yanı sıra bu yıl yeni tanıştığımız arkadaşlarla da sanki çok öncelerden beri birbirimizi biliyormuşuz gibi samimi bir ortamda çok güzel bir gün geçirdik. Arkadaşımız Serap Pulat hanımın sayesinde de İzmir'in hiç görmediğim bir yeri olan Sasalı'yı da görmüş oldum. Çok güzel yeşillikler içinde bir yer. Burada ayrıca Doğal Yaşam Parkı,Hayvanat Bahçesi ve Kuş Cenneti de bulunuyor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Hepimiz yemek bloğu yazarı olunca da hazırlanıp gelen yiyeceklere söylenecek söz de bulunamıyor doğrusu.Diyet yapmakmış, dokunacakmış korkusu olmadan bir çoğunu yedik tabi ki (Midemizin kapasitesi doluncaya kadar:))))&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;İstanbul'a gittiğim zaman semt pazarlarını dolaşmaya çalışırım. Nazilli'de oturmamıza ve sebzenin, otun bolca olup tüketilmesine rağmen İstanbul'da çok daha farklı ot çeşitleriyle karşılaşıyorum.Bunlar da İstanbul'da yetiştiği için değil, İstanbul pazarlarına her taraftan ürünün gelmesinden kaynaklanıyor. Burada tanıttığım Alabaş turpu da böyle bir sebze. Satıcıda ilk gördüğümde bir anlam veremedim. Turp ama turp gibi değil.Ne olduğunu sorduğumda çok lezzetli, hatta diğer turplardan daha lezzetli ve çok faydalı olduğunu söyledi.Üstelik te pahalı bir sebze, taneyle satılıyor. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yapılışı: Öncelikle köfte malzemeleri yoğrulup köfte hamuru hazırlanıp dinlenmeye bırakılır. Diğer tarafta &amp;nbsp;bir tencerede zeytinyağda doğranmış pırasalar kavrulur. İçine salça ve kırmızı toz biber karıştırılır. Önceden yıkanıp doğranmış eklenerek karıştırılır ve biraz pişirilir. Hafif rengi dönecek kadar. Daha sonra &amp;nbsp;Streç, alüminyum folyo veya kasap kağıdının üzerine köfte hamuru yayılıp inceltilir.&lt;br /&gt;

Ben de değişik otları,sebzeleri, meyveleri denemeye meraklı birisi olarak pazarda gezip otlara bakmasam olmazdı.Nazilli'de olmayan ama Söke,Kuşadası,Didim ve İzmir'de bulunan otları bulmak amacıyla pazarda karış karış gezdim.Otların satıldığı bütün tezgahlara uğradım. Köylülerin yanına gittim.Çeşitli otları aldım ve nazilli'ye öyle döndüm. Bu arada hangi otu aldıysam mutlaka nasıl pişiriliyor diye de sordum.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Bugün size sadece otları göstereceğim, yemeğini, salatasını yaptıkça da tekrar yayınlayacağım.&lt;br /&gt;

İşte öyle bir köy burası. Tabiat olarak bir harika.Temiz hava,yiyeceklerin en tazasi burada. Bu köy kiraz,elma,kestane,ceviz köyü. Çam ve meşe ağaçlarından oluşan ormanları ise bir başka güzel.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Biz bu köyden ayrıldıktan sonra yerimize gelip 10 sene çalışan öğretmen arkadaşımla beraber Yarıyıl tatilini fırsat bilip köye gezmeye gittik.Komşularımızı elimizden geldiğince ziyaret etmeye çalıştık.Bir de baktık ki evlerin birinde &amp;nbsp;gözleme yapılıyor. Hemen gözlemenin başına oturduk,çay da pişirilmiş,hava da öyle soğuk ki,tam ocak başılık bir keyf oldu bizim için.Bu kadar güzel görüntüleri de fotoğraflamasak olmazdı tabi ki.Neyse biz yedik,içtik,size de görüntüleri gösterelim dedik.:))))))))&lt;br /&gt;

Malzemeler:200 gr tereyağı veya margarin (Ben bunun yerine 1 kahve fincanı erimiş tereyağ,1 kahve fincanı zeytinyağ kullandım)&lt;br /&gt;
1 kahve fincanı ayrıca zeytinyağ,&lt;br /&gt;
3 tatlı kaşığı çörekotu,&lt;br /&gt;
1 tatlı kaşığı şeker,&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tatlı kaşığı tuz,&lt;br /&gt;
1 tatlı kaşığı kavrulmuş susam,&lt;br /&gt;
2 yumurta ( 1 tanesinin sarısı üzerlerine sürmek için ayrılacak)&lt;br /&gt;
1 paket kabartma tozu,&lt;br /&gt;
16-20 kaşık arası un,&lt;br /&gt;
Yapılışı: Bütün malzeme yoğrulup parmak kalınlığında rulo yapılır. Bıçakla verev olarak kesilir,üzerlerine yumurta sarısı sürülür.Yağlanmış tepsiye konarak 175 derece fırında pişirilir.&lt;br /&gt;

Yapılışı: Kabak dilimlenip doğranır.Çok az su ilavesi ve tencerenin kapağı kapalı olarak yumuşayıncaya kadar haşlanıp soğuması beklenir. Soğuduktan sonra kalan suyu ile beraber blenderde ezilir.Ayrı bir kapta nişasta ile un suyla ezilir.Tencereye alınan kabağın içine şeker ve ezilmiş nişastalı su eklenir,karıştırılır. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="background-color: white; color: #2a2a2a; font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 17px;"&gt;Kerevizin başı soyulup patates gibi doğranır. Sapları da yaprakları alınıp doğranır. Pırasa &amp;nbsp;doğranır. Tencerede zeytinyağda pırasalar biraz kavrulur,içine kerevizler eklenip sararıncaya kadar kavrulur. Daha sonra etler eklenir,biraz karıştırılır. Salça,kırmızı toz biber ve sıcak su eklenerek pişirilir. Kızım daha önce de gitmiş ve tadını biliyor.Benim de tatmamı istedi. Ama o gün yokmuş, bizim bilmediğimiz türden bir sarı kabak tatlısı yedik.Çok ta lezzetli bir tatlıydı. Tabi hemen fotoğraflarını çektim.Mor tatlının adını sordum,''Pepeçura'' dediler. İnternetten araştırdım,tarifini aldım,tam yapacakken televizyonda da yerel bir lokantada bu tatlının yapılışını gösterdi. Tabi ben de durur muyum, hemen pazardan siyah üzüm aldım ve yaptım. Bana göre güzel oldu,hem de çok besleyici,kan yapıcı özelliğe sahip doğal bir tatlı çeşidi. Tarifini vermek benden, yapıp yemesi sizden.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Malzemeler: 1 kg. siyah üzüm, 1 tatlı kaşığı mısır unu, 1 tatlı kaşığı un, 1 tatlı kaşığı nişasta,3 tatlı kaşığı şeker.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yapılışı: Üzüm tanelenip tencereye konur,hiç su eklemeden pişirilir. Arada kaşıkla ezilir.Ateşten indirilip soğutulur. Bir süzgüye konarak ezilip suyu çıkarılır. Unlar ve şeker bir kapta su ekleyerek ezilir,tenceredeki üzüm suyuna karıştırılır.Muhallebi kıvamını alıncaya kadar karıştırarak pişirilir. Kaselere paylaştırılıp soğuk olarak servis yapılır.&lt;br /&gt;
