Tarifte turta diyorlardı; vardır bir bildikleri dedim... Lezzeti şahane... Tereyağ yerine sıvıyağ kullandım ben; o yüzden dokusu çok yumuşak oldu. Ama servis yaparken dağılıyor tereyağ olmayınca, yine de tercih sizin:)&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;malzemeler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;115 gr. un&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 paket kabartma tozu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;bir tutam yuz&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;115 gr. tuzsuz tereyağı&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;170 gr. şeker&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;oda sıcaklığında iki yumurta&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6-7 şeftali&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fırını 180 dereceye ısıtın; kek kalıbını yağlayın.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un, kabartma tozu ve tuzu eleyip bir kenara ayırın.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tereyağ ve şekeri mikserle çırpın, krema haline geldikten sonra yumurtaları ekleyin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kuru malzemeleri de ekleyip tekrar çırpın.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;karışım oldukça katı olacak. Yağladığınız tepsiye aldıktan sonra üzerini kaşığın tersi ile düzeltin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;şeftalileri kolay soyulmaları için kaynar suyun içinde 20 saniye bekletin. soyduktan sonra çekirdeklerini çıkartıp ikiy ya da dörde bölün ve hamurun üzerine resimdeki gibi yerleştirin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;Benim hamurum pişerken o kadar kabardı ki şeftaliler kayboldu:) Mutlu günlerde, afiyetle...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/257926968319392576-1365219245483264833?l=mutlugunler.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

O nedenle sonuç yukarıdaki gibi bir sandviç pasta oldu...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Malzemeler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1 su bardağı (90 gr.) un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1 yemek kaşığı (15 gr.) kakao&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;50 gr. rende bitter çikolata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;3 yumurta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Yarım su bardağı (115 gr.) toz şeker&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;İçinin kreması için&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;6 yemek kaşığı (75 gr.) tuzsuz tereyağı ya da margarin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1,5 su bardağı (175 gr.) pudra şekeri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1 yemek kaşığı (15 gr.) kakao&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1 paket vanilya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;1 adet muz&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Fırını önceden 200 dereceye ısıtın.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;30x20 cm dikdörtgen bir kalıbı yağlayıp içine yağlı kağıt yerleştirin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Bir kapta unu, kakaoyu ve çikolata rendesini karıştırın.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Isıya dayanıklı başka bir kapta (mesela cam) yumurtaları ve şekeri çırpın. Kaseyi içi kaynar su dolu olan bir kaseye oturtun (kase suya değmeyecek biçimde). Karışım koyulaşana kadar ocağın üstünde çırpmaya devam edin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Unlu karışım, yumurtalı karışım ve iki yemek kaşığı kaynar suyu yalnızca homojenleşene kadar karıştırın; fazla çırpmayın.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Hazırladığınız kalıba alarak 15 dakika pişirin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Krema için muz dışındaki gerekli malzemeleri iyice pürüzsüzleşene kadar çırpın, -pudra şekerin pütürlü dokusu yok oluncaya kadar-; dolapta dinlenmeye bırakın.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Kek hazır olunca yağlı kağıttan ayırmadan kenarlarını kesip düzgünleştirin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Temiz ve nemli bir mutfak havlusuna sarıp soğumaya bırakın.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="  ;font-family:arial;font-size:small;"&gt;Soğuduktan sonra havluyu ve yağlı kağıdı çıkarıp bütün yüzeye kremayı yayın. Muz dilimlerini de koydukan sonra uzun kenarından başlayıp rulo yapın... Martha Day'den uyarlama.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 somun için,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;115 gr. sade un&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;75 gr. pudra şeker (tatlımsı yapıyor, istemezseniz biraz daha az)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tatlı kaşığı tuz&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 çorba kaşığı kavbartma tozu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;170 gr. mısır unu ya da &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polenta"&gt;polenta&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;350 ml. süt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 yumurta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr. eritilmiş tereyağı (ben biraz daha az kullandım)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yuvarlak bir fırın kabını -tart kalıbı uygun mesela- bir kenarda hazır edin, hamurun içeriğindeki yüksek yağ ranından dolayı kalıbı yağlamaya gerek yok, ama gene de risk almak istemezseniz çok az zeytinyağı ile yağlayın derim.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Un, şeker, tuz ve kabartma tozunu elekten geçirin.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mısırununu da ekleyip karıştırdıktan sonra ortasında bir çukur açın.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bu çukura, başka bir yerde çırptığınız sütü, yumurtayı ve tereyağını ekleyin. But she was so insistent to send the "genuine key lime juice" that i couldn't stop her:), Rosanne and al, the great couple that I have met at 2004 sent me two bottle of Nellie&amp;amp;Joe's Key West Lime Juice. Each pie needs just 1/2 cup it so I have deep freezed the rest of it. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The recipe asks for some "condensed milk"... since we do not have it here, I had to prepare some condensed milk first. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Condensed Milk Recipe:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;118 grams of water (boiling)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;68 grams of dry milk(non fat)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;100 gr. sugar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;3 tbs. melted butter (if you cannot find non-fat dry milk; do not use butter:)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;a few drops of vanilla&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pour the boiling water into the blender; add the dry milk, sugar, vanilla and butter&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Blend until smooth&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Above recipe is enough for one-14 oz. swetened condensed milk; that's the amount each key lime pie needs! After preparing the condensed milk I have applied the key lime pie recipe given on the package. And the result was so good that I have experienced that wonderful flashback to the summer of 2004:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Key Lime Pie:&lt;br /&gt;One 9'' graham cracker pie shell (I used 165 gr. Bir gece önceden yıkayıp, sabaha kadar zeytinyağında bekletip öyle yiyoruz kahvaltıda, hem domates özlemimizi gideriyoruz hem de tatsız tuzsuz kış domateslerinden yememiş oluyoruz...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;işte bu kuru domatesleri, bu defa bir ekmek tarifinde kullanayım dedim, hem leziz hem besleyici...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;kuru domatesli ekmek&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;450 gr. tam buğday unu&lt;br /&gt;300 ml. su&lt;br /&gt;1 tatlı kaşığı kuru maya&lt;br /&gt;2 küp şeker&lt;br /&gt;1 tatlı kaşığı tuz&lt;br /&gt;1 çorba kaşığı domates salçası (biber salçası ile de denemeli...)&lt;br /&gt;100 gr. yıkanmış, ince doğranmış kuru domates&lt;br /&gt;2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı&lt;br /&gt;biraz taze çekilmiş karabiber&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;suyun yarısını, mayayı ve şekeri karıştırıp ılık bir yerde 10 dakika bekletin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;unu, tuzu, karabiberi karıştırın.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mayalı karışımı, salçayı, zeytinyağını, domatesleri ve kalan suyu ekleyip yoğurun.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;hamur toparlanınca tezgahın üzerine alıp pürüzsüzleşinceye kadar yoğurmaya devam edin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ılık bir yerde ve üzeri kapalı olarak 1,5-2 saat mayalanmaya bırakın.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;muffin kalıplarını yağlayıp unledıktan sonra hamuru kalıplara paylaştırın.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ikinci mayalanma için 30 dakika daha dinlendirin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;önce 220 dereceye ısıtılmış fırında 10 dakika, daha sonra fırının sıcaklığını 200 dereceye düşürüp 25-30 dakika daha pişirin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mutlu kahaltılarda, afiyetle yiyin...&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/257926968319392576-1215964464705564737?l=mutlugunler.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
