Ron Diviglio may not be the most ‘hands on’ doctor around, but at least he makes house calls. Before ‘House,’ Dr. Diviglio was the last hope for the gravely ill.  I decided to make this after stumbling across this wikipedia article.

I know this cartoon offends some people, particularly those close to people with disabilities. Having worked with special needs children in the past, I know that it was lighter moments that helped us get through the day.  I just think nothing should be off limits to having a positive spin, and though mentally challenged people can’t help it, they do do things that are funny. The same goes for Mer-Mer the Mermaid. This isn’t meant to ridicule mentally disabled people, only to have fun with some of their silly character traits.
