शहर के स्टेशन रोड स्थित कमलदह पोखर पार्क का सौंदर्यीकरण वन विभाग की ओर से किया जा रहा है। इस कार्य से लोग उत्साहित और खुश हैं। लेकिन, कार्य एजेंसी की मनमानी से लोगों में आक्रोश है। मंगलवार को अचानक पार्क परिसर का माहौल बदल गया। पीपल के वृक्ष के पास शौचालय निर्माण कराया जा रहा है। इसको लेकर वार्ड संख्या 13 के लोग भड़क गये। स्थानीय लोगों ने कहा कि यहां वार्ड नंबर 13 ही नहीं वरन वार्ड संख्या 14, 20 के अलावा अन्य इलाकों की महिलाएं एवं पुरूष पूजा करने के लिए आते हैं।

स्थानीय लोगों ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि ना केवल हिंदू धर्म में बल्कि ज्योतिष व वास्तु शास्त्र में पीपल के पेड़ का धार्मिक महत्व है। ऐसी मान्यता है कि पीपल के पेड़ पर भगवान विष्णु का वास होता है। यही वजह है कि सनातन व हिंदू धर्म से संबंध रखने वाले बड़े ही आस्था के साथ पीपल वृक्ष का पूजा करते हैं।

वार्ड पार्षद व मुहल्लेवासियों ने सदर एसडीओ को दिया आवेदन
कमलदह पोखर परिसर में पीपल के वृक्ष के पास हो रहे शौचालय निर्माण पर अविलंब रोक लगाने व पीछे के गेट को नहीं बंद कराने की मांग को लेकर वार्ड संख्या 13 की पार्षद आशा तिवारी व मुहल्लेवासियों ने सदर एसडीओ को लिखित व हस्ताक्षरयुक्त आवेदन दिया है। उन्होंने अपने आवेदन में कहा है कि पूजा स्थल के पास शौचालय का निर्माण कराना उचित नहीं है। वहीं पीछे का रास्ता बंद कर देने से मुहल्ले के बुजुर्ग महिला, पुरूष और बच्चों को पार्क में आने में काफी परेशानी होगी।

काफी संख्या में पार्क में लोग स्वास्थ्य लाभ लेने व पीपील वृक्ष का पूजा अर्चना करने के लिए आते हैं। आवेदन पर कैलाश प्रसाद विश्वकर्मा, रंजू रानी, शंकरजी वर्मा, किरन वर्मा, तृप्ति सोनी, राजकुमार साह, अशोक साह, जय प्रकाश, नथुनी सिंह, मीरा देवी, दशरथ प्रसाद समेत 51 लोगों ने हस्ताक्षर बनाया है। काम पर रोक लगा दी है, वैकल्पिक इंतजाम होगा

लोगों की आस्था से खिलवाड़ का न हो काम
वार्ड संख्या 13 की पार्षद आशा तिवारी ने कहा कि पीपल का पेड़ की पूजा करने के लिए महिलाएं और पुरूष आते हैं। लोगों की आस्था जुड़ी है। इससे ठीक सटे शौचालय का निर्माण करने का मतलब लोगों के आस्था पर सीधे चोट पहुंचाना है। पार्क परिसर में जगह की कमी नहीं है। शौचालय पार्क परिसर में अन्यत्र स्थल पर बनाए या फिर पुराने शौचालय में जो भी कमी है उसे दुरूस्त कर आधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस कर दिया जाय। इससे जहां निर्माण कार्य में लागत की कमी आएगी वहीं लोगों की आस्था पर भी चोट नहीं लगेगी।

“पूजा स्थल के पास शौचालय निर्माण नहीं होगा। उक्त मामले की जानकारी मिलने के बाद निर्माण एजेंसी को काम रोकने के लिए कहा गया है। उसे कहीं अन्यत्र शिफ्ट किया जाएगा। पूर्व से अकार्यरत शौचालयों को भी दुरुस्त करने की पहल की जाएगी।”

गया में मुफ्फस्सिल थाना क्षेत्र स्थित भदेजा में महिलाओ पर छींटाकशी को लेकर दो पक्षों के बीच मंगलवार की सुबह जमकर मारपीट हुई। इसके बाद लड़की पक्ष ने थाने में केस दर्ज कराया। शाम में एक पक्ष ने केस वापस लेने के लिए दहशत का माहौल पैदा करते हुए लड़की पक्ष के घर पर फायरिंग की । इसके जवाब में दूसरे पक्ष ने ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग की। इस गोलीबारी में एक पक्ष के आदमी के हाथ मे गोली लगी है। उसका इलाज चोरी छिपे कराया जा रहा है।

घटना की सूचना पर पहुंचे मुफस्सिल पुलिस और डायल 112 द्वारा घटना के शामिल दोनों पक्षों को देर रात थाना के सुपुर्द कर दिया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया बताया कि मंगलवार सुबह महादलित समुदाय कि दो महिलाएं एक लड़की खेत पर जा रही थी। तभी गांव का ही एक युवक ने उन महिलाओं पर छींटाकशी करना शुरू कर दिया। महिलाओं ने जब इस बात का विरोध किया तो युवक मारपीट पर उतारु हो गए। युवक न लड़की के साथ अभद्रता भी कर दी।

इस बात की भनक जब महिलाओं ंके परिजन को हुई तो उन्होंने आरोपी के घर पर चढ़ कर हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। उस पर आरोपी युवक ने अपने घर से ही फायरिंग शुरू करनी शुरू कर दी।प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों की माने तो इस फायरिंग के चपेट में आने से एक युवती बाल बाल बच गई आरोपी युवक द्वारा फायरिंग किए जाने की सूचना मिलते ही विरोधी ग्रुप द्वारा भी फायरिंग की गई।

इसके बाद रात को दस बजे के बाद भी एक पक्ष की ओर से गोलीबारी की गई। अचानक हुए इस घटना से गांव में दहशत का माहौल है। इस संबंध में पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि पीड़ित लड़की के लिखित आवेदन पर एफआईआर दर्ज किया है। साथ ही में बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस बल और दो अधिकारियों को घटना स्थल पर तैनात किया गया है।

बेगूसराय में खेत में मिले लावारिस शव की पहचान हो गई है। लड़के के भाई ने सोशल मीडियो के जरिए उसकी पहचान की। कहा कि उसके दोस्त ने ही उसकी हत्या की है। दोनों शराब का अवैध रूप से कारोबार कर रहे थे। युवक का दोस्त की पत्नी से अवैध संबंध भी था। पैसे और लड़की के कारण हुए विवाद ने दोस्त ने हत्या कर शव ठिकाने लगा दिया।

बता दें मंगलवार की दोपहर मुफस्सिल थाना क्षेत्र के एघु पुस्तकालय के पास गेहूं खेत से युवक का शव बरामद हुआ था। युवक की पहचान नयागांव थाना क्षेत्र के लावा गांव सोनापुर निवासी नरेश साव के पुत्र राजीव कुमार ( 20 ) के रूप में पहचान हुई है। मृतक के दोस्त राजा को मुफस्सिल थाना की पुलिस हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ में जुटी है।

सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो देख परिजनों को चला पता

डेड बॉडी के खेत से बरामद होने के बाद परिजन सदर अस्पताल पहुंचकर शव की शिनाख्त किए हैं। मृतक युवक का एक खेत में शव पाया गया था । जिसका वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल होने के बाद दिल्ली में मौजूद मृतक के भाई ने अपने घर पर फोन कर बताया कि भाई की खेत में डेड बॉडी मिली है। इसके बाद परिजन बेगूसराय पहुंचे । आज सुबह शव की शिनाख्त की गई है। फिलहाल मुफस्सिल थाने पर परिजन पहुंचकर कागजी कार्रवाई कर आगे की प्रक्रिया में जुटे हुए हैं।

शराब के कारोबार और अवैध संबंध में हत्या की बात आ रही सामने

बताया जा रहा है कि मृतक राजीव कुमार अपने एक दोस्त राजा कुमार के साथ अवैध तरीके से शराब कारोबार से जुड़ा था । कुछ दिनों पहले राजीव और राजा में झगड़ा हो गया था। मृतक के भाई और ग्रामीणों के मुताबिक राजा की पत्नी के साथ राजीव का अफेयर चल रहा था । यह बात जब राजा को पता चली थी तो दोनों में झगड़ा हो गया था। इधर एक महीना पहले फिर दोनों में दोस्ती हुई थी। इसके बाद मृतक से राजा की पत्नी ने ₹80000 भी लिए थे । राजा सोमवार की शाम अपने घर से निकला था। जिसके बाद परिजनों को उसके डेड बॉडी मिलने की खबर मंगलवार की दोपहर बात पता चली थी । फिलहाल मुफस्सिल थाना की पुलिस राजा को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ करने में जुटी है। बताया जा रहा है कि राजा 2 दिनों से परिजनों के साथ ही था। ताकि किसी को शक ना हो।

युवक के शव का 3 सदस्यीय मेडिकल टीम के द्वारा पोस्टमार्टम कराया गया है। प्रथम दृष्टया प्रतीत होता है कि उसकी गला दबाकर की हत्या की गयी है। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है।
