Down To Mars releases 'My Everything' music video

Dubbed as Philippine's first INTERPOP Music Group, the 7-member group Down To Mars finally released the music video of their debut single "My Everything" at Party Pilipinas today on it's 'Kulay' episode.

Jeongwon, Daisuke, Kenji, Yheen, Kiro, Jang and Sky with Primetime Queen Marian Rivera, which was featured on the music video, performed the group's single at Party Pilipinas Kulay.

The video defined the group's name itself through it's opening part. The planet-like background, the space-suit-inspired costumes together with their masks depicts the fanciness of the group about the galaxy and alien world.

Down To Mars on their first music video embarks a new vision on Philippine music videos. We are occasionally got used to expect on "love-themed" videos and the like. But this time, this video has put me on to fascination. There could have been some similarities to what we are addicted to (kpop), for me on my personal opinion, the group just defined what is called "passion for music" as they are expressively with different Asian races.

The Ultimate Multimedia star Toni Gonzaga revealed that she is currently working on her next studio album. After her five successful studio albums, Toni is very much eager to finish her sixth studio album under Star Records.

She admitted in an interview of ABS-CBN News, that "there are definitely plans for my album, for my sixth studio album so sana abangan din ng ating nga kababayan iyon," she said after the Guillermo Mendoza 43rd Box Office Entertainment Awards night, last April 29.

Awarded as Female Concert Performer of the Year, Toni wishes to hold more concerts. "I pray na sana talagang magsunod-sunod pa siya at marami pa akong magawang concert na maibigay sa mga manunuod."

Toni is currently hosting The Buzz and PBB Teen Edition 4 and soon to work also in a movie project. She will be working with Angel Locsin, Bea Alonzo and Angelica Panganiban. She's even blessed to work with the hottest Kapamilya stars and looking forward to start filming.

Callalily makes a revival of the 90s prominent band Eraserheads of their hit song "Minsan" for the soundtrack of Star Cinema's upcoming movie, The Reunion.

Kean on the teaser makes a good version of 'Minsan' matching his hot and powerful voice. The original version is good, but I can say that this revival will definitely be a hit on radio stations when it will be officially release. Fans of Callalily will not only take advantage but so with the huge fans of Eraserheads as this will be a tribute to the latter.

After haven't been in public for the past year and a half, former Rivermaya's bassist Japs Sergio returns for a dream solo album.

Being one of the founders of Daydream Cycle, Japs tried to finish the long overdue album of his dreampop band Dream Cycle.

Working for his music resulted in a self-released/self-financed solo album "Monologue Whispers" and more.

Japsuki put his craft of music in public through 'Peso Movement' (his Soundcloud account). His works are evidently because of his passion to music not only to create a good sound for his ears but to extend to everyone who seeks.

Kamikazee Being "Romantico" on Their 4th Album

Pinoy rock band Kamikazee on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 released it's fourth album "Romantico."

The band goes personal in terms of their album as it focuses mainly to re-tell their love experiences. According to the band, they decided to write purely on love songs for their latest album to tackle love inspired by families and friends.

"What makes this album special is that all the songs here are expressions of our experiences and the stories of people around us," said drummer Allan "Bords" Burdeos. "It is an album very close to us as these songs represent parts of who we are."

These album is considered special for the band as they have agreed to decide first what would be the theme before the songs were written.

The album includes 11 tracks namely: "Halik," "T.N.T.," "Tamis," "Tagpuan," "Sana," "Sobrang Lunkot," "Kislap," "Wo-oh," "If You're Not Here," "Paano," and "Huling Sayaw."

GMA Artist Center's Down To Mars signed an official contract with Polyeast/EMI Records last April 11, 2012 at Polyeast/EMI Records office in Quezon City.

The seven-member boy group is very thankful as they will be officially a recording artists for their first album to be release this coming May. The album will include six tracks originally composed by Down To Mars. Basically of english and one Tagalog song.

Their carrier single "My Everything" will feature Kapuso actress Marian Rivera. Down To Mars assured also that a different Marian will be viewed.

"Sobrang nakakataba ng puso ang pagpayag niya na lumabas sa music video namin.It's a big privilege for us," the boys said. They also admit that they feel nervous to work with Marian because they were star-strucked to her.

The album will have a grand launching on May 27 at Party Pilipinas.

Xian Lim To Release First Album

Kapamilya heartthrob Xian Lim gears up to increase talent potentials as he opens his career on singing.

Xian Lim confirmed yesterday through a tweet saying, "Yesss... April 30, 2012...MY ALBUM WILL BE RELEASED!!! BE SURE TO GRAB A COPY!!! :-)))".

The 22-year old actor sang the jingle "Walking on Sunshine" of his latest commercial of McDonald's. The jingle is said to be airing also across radio stations now.

Being vocal of his admiration to Kim Chiu, Xian denied that he wrote the original song for the actress. "I would say yes but it's not para lang sa isang tao. Ang gusto ko dito para siya sa lahat. I want everyone to be able to relate to it. I guess ang makakita niyo dito sa album ko will be more of my emotional side slash the observant side of me", Lim said in an interview of Push.com.ph.

The album will be composed of five tracks mainly revivals. Four covers and one original. The album is under Star Records and is set to release later this month.

Actor Derek Ramsay and Hollywood superstar Zac Efron as 'golf buddies' gets viral thru an image attachment of Derek's tweet on Sunday "Playing Golf with Zac Efron."

Kapamilya-turned-Kapatid actor Derek went to Australia for a one week break, got to play with the High School Musical star Zac Efron in a golf course in Sydney.

Derek was reported last week of his transfer from ABS-CBN to TV5. Meanwhile, Zac will be the next endorser of the local apparel brand Penshoppe.
