Have You Heard of Pink Zebra Sprinkles?

noreply@blogger.com (@pril) — Thu, 27 Feb 2014 02:12:00 +0000

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh! I hope this finds you close to Allah & in the best of health and Iman, Ameen.

Have you heard of Pink Zebra Sprinkles?

They are soft soy scented wax sprinkles that you use in warmers. I fell in love with them and they are so cute on their own unmelted. The Sprinkles smell great on their own or you can mix them in "recipes" to create your own scents. Pink Zebra Home also sells warmers, reed diffusers, hand soaps/lotions with no parabans/sulfates that are not tested on animals.

Well, I'm hosting an online party. If anyone is interested in seeing what Pink Zebra is click the link below. At checkout, enter party #6002. Online party ends 3/14. Thank you in advance!

Fasting the White Days of December, 2012

noreply@blogger.com (@pril) — Fri, 21 Dec 2012 00:14:00 +0000

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh! I hope this finds you close to Allah & in the best of health and Iman, Ameen.

Fasting is something which is just for
Allaah, and Allaah will give multiple rewards without measure for it.
The hadeeth says: “[Allaah says:] Fasting is Mine and it is I Who give
reward for it.” (Al-Bukhaari, Fath, no. 1904)

The virtues of Ayyam al-Beed. Here are some ahadeeth.

Jareer ibn ‘Abdullaah radhiyallaahu ‘anhu narrated that the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wasallam said: “Fasting three days of each month is fasting for a lifetime, and ayyam al-beed are the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth.” (Narrated by al-Nasaa’i (2420); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb, (1040)).

"Beed'' is the plural of "Abyad'' which means white. Three days of 13, 14 and 15 of lunar month are called "Al-Ayyam-ul- Beed''
for the reason that their nights are bright because of the moonlight.
The moon begins to diminish gradually after these days.

Abu Dharr radhiyallaahu ‘anhu said: The Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu ‘alayhi wasallam said to me: “If you fast any part of the month, then fast the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth.” (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, (761); al-Nasaa’i, (2424); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb, (1038)).

Insha'Allaah ta'ala, for the month of December, 2012 The White Days will fall on:

13th – Wednesday, December 26, 2012
14th – Thursday, December 27, 2012
15th – Friday, December 28, 2012

In'shaa`Allah let us try to make the effort to fast these three days and be consistent!

Narrated `Aisha bint Abu Bakr (radiAllahu anhumma): The Prophet (salAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam) was asked, "What deeds are loved most by Allah?"
He (salAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said, "The most regular constant deeds even though they may be few." He added, 'Don't take upon yourselves, except the deeds which are within your ability."

Need Help with Naming a New Product at Work!

noreply@blogger.com (@pril) — Fri, 16 Nov 2012 01:24:00 +0000

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh! I hope this finds you close to Allah & in the best of health and Iman, Ameen.

Hey Yall, I know this is not Islam related. The muslim owned & run company that I work for manufacturers and retails natural/organic/vegan/vegetarian bath, body & hair care products from SCRATCH (no premade bases). We are coming out with a new product that is basicly a whipped type of creamy soap for the shower & bath. We are having a problem coming up with a name and I wanted to see if any of yall had any ideas. The company owners would like Luxurious in the title. They suggested Luxurious Bathing Butter. I suggested Luxurious Whipped Bathing Butter. They like the idea but think it's a mouth full. We like the Bathing Butter idea but we are stumped. Smoothie & Souffle are out because we don't have food type scents, instead we will have luxurious type scents like what you might smell in a department store.

If we choose your suggestion for our new product's name, I will send you a full size jar of the product in your chosen scent (there will be 6 scents to match other products in the line).
