This is not your typical grocery store and you will see for yourself once you walk in. The look and feel of the store is absolutely amazing. Customer service is a big part of Mariano's and they will do whatever they can to make your visit a great one. It's this same customer service that has the community coming back again and again.

Fresh Fruit Trays

This past weekend Mariano's advertised there Fresh Fruit Trays. I had seen them before but never picked one up (they are 6lbs of fruit. too much for me to eat by myself) but given that it was Easter and I was going to be spending time with family I said, why not? Just going based off looks they are quite impressive. Very decorative and eye appealing. After all, you eat with your eyes! Typically you can find these during the weekend no problem, but, with it being Easter weekend I decided not to take a chance and placed a catering order for one. This way I was sure to get one.

Typically they come with watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple as the main fruit. They then are topped off with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, kiwi etc. SO basically you can have them make you a fruit tray however you want. Maybe you are not a huge honeydew fan and would like to exclude it and have them add some papaya. They can do it. The weather will soon be getting warmer which means people will be having BBQ'S, picnics, graduation parties etc. It would not be a bad idea to order one and have them make it to your liking. I was very satisfied with mine. It was made fresh the morning I was to pick it up and the fruit was absolutely delicious!

They are made with low fat vanilla yogurt. The best part of these parfaits is the fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries that are thrown in. Then they top it off with some delicious vanilla almond granola. I decided to grab one for breakfast despite having to pay close to $5 for one. On the upside you are getting a pound of yogurt with berries and granola. Which left me very satisfied but, the combination of yogurt, berries and granola left me wanting more! I highly recommend that on your next visit to stop by the produce section and pick one up. You will not be disappointed.
Fresh oranges squeezed daily and then poured into half gallons sold daily. At $3.33 a half gallon, its hard to beat. Not to mention a consistent great taste. That's what many of Mariano's customers come for. It is a very hot item at the store. Customers are so addicted to it that I have seen some go up to the juicer and ask for a "fresh" poured half gallon. It is just one of the new trends by consumers for organic and fresh products. An example that people are becoming more health conscious.
