&quot;One +&quot; è un housing-concept studiato dalla società svedese &quot;add-a-room&quot;. Essa ha concepito dei moduli base prefabbricati con possibilità di aggregazione. 
Il sistema è stato progettato da un architetto danese Lars Frank Nielsen e utilizza blocchi componibili da 15 metri quadrati.
Le unità sono costruite in stabilimento e montati in loco per snellire il processo edilizio e ridurre i costi.

Lo studio Christina Zerva Architects ha progettato questa casa passiva dal design moderno situata a Nikaia, in Grecia. 
La sua forma geometrica, la sua configurazione libera e aperta e le grandi vetrate fanno da cornice alla splendida vista del Monte Olimpo. 
La casa è composta da due cubi separati, collegati da una passerella chiusa in vetro.
