With a variety of bb cream in the market, it can be confusing when it comes to choose the one that match with your skin.

Unless you are bless with a complexion that is free from blemishes and freckles, it takes a lot of work to make our skin looks flawless.

In our tropical climate in Malaysia, a powder that comes with a mineral formula shows more promise in Malaysia warmer weather. It is not only stay longer and some offer a range of benefits for the skin too.

Dust it with powder after bb cream will increase the lasting power on the skin.

Water bubbles of Missha M Watery vs Bright and thick Missha M Perfect Cover 23

Coverage: medium, good at covering "red color imperfection" such as broken capillaries and acne but not good in covering "black color imperfection" such as mole.

Overall comment

It will look a bit grey, but after 5 minutes, Missha M Perfect cover 23 BB cream blends perfectly on the skin but beware because it has a thicker texture that tends to create the "cakey" look on the face if apply too many layers. The coverage and oil control are much better than Missha M watery, but Missha M watery has a lighter texture that makes it easier to apply. The coverage is not superb but enough to lighten acne scars, freckles and broken capillaries.

As for brightening, Missha M Watery create a natural look while Missha M Perfect Cover 23 gives a brighter and matte finish.

Tips: Moisturize the face well before putting on this bb cream will improve the lasting power because dehydrated skin tends to produce oil.

Missha M Watery vs Shills Cherry Blossom. When we spread the Missha M Watery BB Cream, there were water bubbles created. This water bubbles makes it easier to spread evenly over the skin.

Missha M Water gives a natural look match with the normal yellowish skin tone while SHILLS Cherry Blossom BB Cream gives a brighter pinkish finish.

Texture: very lightweight and watery
Coverage: low
Oil Control: weak
SPF: 27
Lasting/Staying Power: last about 4-5 hours indoor
Finish: Dewy, no shimmer

Color: Suitable for normal Asian with yellow skintone.

Overall comment
This BB cream is the darkest BB cream among the all the MIssha BB Cream but it is suitable for most Asians because we tend to have yellow skintone. For those who are looking for a natural look without much brightening, this is the right bb cream for you. It absorbs into the skin so well and match most of the Asian yellowish skin color and you will feel like you aren't wearing anything on your face, yet you still have a very natural, yet improved look.

One of the highlight of this bb cream is the antioxidant ingredients, it really helped to improve skin, we did see the result after 2 weeks usage. Skin becomes less sensitive and acne scars become lighter.

There is one function, we feel it should be improved in future, is the poor coverage, this BB cream failed to cover most of the imperfections such as acne scars and freckles. It only managed to lighten and even out the color. You can still use loose powder as the last step to improve the coverage and staying power.

We absolutely loved this mask, the smell is so nice that makes us feel like eating it. After washing off this mask, skin looks radiant and brighten, the whitening agent will not make you look pale, it gives us a healthy looking skin.

For those who does not like brightening mud mask and prefer an easier wash off mask, this Grapefruit mask is the right product for you. Besides from brightening uneven skin color, it moisturizes the skin.

Mud mask tends to stick in the pores, thorough cleansing is required.

You will love this mask after trying it.

Texture: Looks creamy but actual fact it is not oily or wet.

Smell: Light flowery smell

Usage/Directions: Can be used as day moisturizer, night cream or mask.

Though the texture looks rich and creamy, it doesn't leave skin feeling greasy. In fact, it soothes skin and hydrate skin make it looks plumber and brighter. This is also great for oily and combination skin.

If we apply it at night, we can see the subtle glow and plumped up skin the next morning.

Very good price, only RM 39 for a big container of 80 ml. This is a cheap product for those looking hydration and brightening care.

Skin feels smoother with slightly brighter, the effect of the mask can last until the next day. The next day after using this black mask, blemishes skin becomes less sensitive and redness was reduced. Very worth and affordable price.
This is an absolutely good mask that calms overactive oil glands, draws excess oil and impurities away, heals blemishes and irritations and refines pores. Beware that this mask is not suitable for daily use, if you use this mask too often may be too dry for dry skin condition.

TIPS: Rinse the face with water after 5 minutes, double clean the face with wet facial cotton to ensure all the mud mask has been removed from the skin.

The review is just a reference for everyone and it is solely based on our experience & opinion after using the product.

Can be used as mask by pouring the sufficient toner onto the facial cotton and place it on the problematic area, it has a menthol cooling effect. You will feel very refreshing after using it. Skin looks less oily after few minutes. Very good oil control. We absolutely adore the cooling effect and make this as our summer treat for our skin.

When used the toner as normal toner, apply it on the face by using facial cotton, it only gave a very mild cooling effect. It does not gave a very significant improvement by using this method.

SHILLS blue herbal toner is meant for oily skin so it’s rather ideal for the Summer since skin tends to get little oily when it’s warmer. Therefore, it is also suitable for Malaysian because Malaysia's weather is humid & hot.

TIPS: If used as mask, ensure that the facial cotton is thoroughly wet with the toner in order to enjoy the benefits of this toner.
