India has always focussed on peace and brotherhood with any country in the world , Its in the blood of Indians to love the whole humanity. But arent the neighbours taking advantage of our love and peace for their own selfishness. It is a well known fact that Pakistan has funded many terrorist operations in India and has several times tried to hurt our sentiments . Still India is silent
About all this and has never tried to break ties with pak. Ethnic cleansing of Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan is known to everyone atill no human rights agencies are concerned. India has never asked Pakistan about this matter. It was okay with Pakistan owing to the historical aspects. But now again misusing Indian silence.. in Sri Lanka the ethnic cleansing of tamils is taking place to
Inhuman level.
Still no one is talking about this. Will India remain silent only to show the world how peaceful we are by risking our lives and some Indian groups living in our neighbourhood.

Nokia Software Update: Problem Resolved with Internet Error.

I have suffered from the Nokia Software Update problem from the past 5 days and believe me , I have suffered a Lot because of this, I searched on the Internet a lot , Like in Nokia Support Discussions , Yahoo Groups, Google Searches, Wiki answers and so on , But never found a single solution for the Problem.
When I Updated my Nokia Software to an updated version, I was very excited about the results, and after the update I restored the Phone so as to secure all Files on the Phone memory and The Contacts, but right after I began Using my phone, It started asking the Lock code, I seriously don't remember the Lock code which I had created 2 years back, then I found a temporary solutions. In The Lock Code Box Type 112 and do an Emergency call , Disconnect the Call Immediately and the Lock Code Box Will be all gone.
Another Problem was with Internet Connection , whenever I tried to Connect with Internet , It said Connection Error , I did a Lot of Google search and other things , but all in vain, I also went to Nokia Care But they demanded a Huge Money for such a Simple Bug , Rs500 ($10) , I was sure I can Find a Solution, I had seen that people saying "Do a Hard Format Of the Mobile " but without Lock code , it was useless,
Now i have the Solution and I want to Share It with You, If anyone comes with the same Problem , HEre iS the Solution,
Step 1: Switch Off Your Phone.
Step 2: Press "3" "*" and the answer key , simultaneously.
Keep these 3 buttons Pressed for 3-4 seconds.
Step 3:Switch On your Phone with the 3 Buttons still pressed.
Step 4; When you see the Nokia Logo Popping Up In the Screen, let go of the Buttons.
Your Phone is now Debugged and You can surf Internet without any Problem.

Bal Thackrey Is no more ..RIP !!

Shiv Sena Supremo Bal Thackeray, who was critically ill for the past few days, passed away at his residence ‘Matoshree’ in suburban Bandra on Saturday. He was 86.

“He had suffered a cardiac arrest. We could not revive him despite our best efforts. He breathed his last at around 3:30 pm,” Dr Jalil Parkar, who treated the Sena chief, told reporters after emerging from Mr. Thackeray residence this evening.

Mr. Thackeray had been suffering from respiratory problems and pancreatic disease. He is survived by sons Jaidev and Uddhav, who is the Executive president of the party.

Senior party leaders and Bal Thackeray’s nephew Raj Thackeray along with family members and other political leaders rushed to ‘Matoshree.’

Meanwhile, security has been stepped up in the metropolis in the wake of Mr. Thackeray’s death. The police also made the mediapersons move to a distance from Matoshree.

A press shot of the HTC Deluxe has made its way to Twitter. This handset is believed to be the global version of the Verizon Droid DNA and from the image we can see that it loses the carrier’s branding, and is replaced with the HTC logo that is found on global versions of this handset.

There is no information on when will the HTC Deluxe become official. It is doubted however that it will be a long wait before it gets announced. HTC can surely use a device of such stature to boost its sales. The combination of 5" full HD display, quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro, and two gigs of RAM is currently the best hardware available for Android.

Nokia Lock Code after Software Update

I recently Updated the Mobile Software to 510.21.010 , Mine is Nokia E63. When I started the Update I made a backup with the Nokia Suite and then started the update, the Internet speed was pretty good and the Nokia software Updater downloaded the whole Update in less than 30 minutes, then came the hard thing, the software install which took about 10 minutes, But the real problem had just started , My Nokia Phone started asking me the Lock code, which I had forgotten, Still I knew a temporary solution , calling 112 and then disconnecting the call, it worked as usual. I restored the phone from the backup Using Nokia Pc Suite but only 59% data had been restored, I tried many times but all in vain. Now it has been 2 days and I can't use internet on my mobile, even it is not connecting to any Wi-fi connection. I am done with this , I have done a Lot of Google Search for any solution but of no use. If any of You have the solution please tell me.

I find restaurant bills often so confusing,
...

I just give up and pay the amount shown n the bottom line.

Perhaps we shouldn't.

Incidentally, I also resent the inclusion of Service Charges in
restaurant bills, because it assumes that I was satisfied with the
service. Just a matter of principle. Service Charge should be
something I leave behind at my personal discretion.
I recently demanded that the service charge be removed as the service was non-existent. After a short - very short! - discussion, it was removed. About Service Tax..... Be aware

This happened at the restaurant.

Let me explain.

We had been to several restaurants recently. I observed that "service
tax" was being misused in the way it was being charged to customers.

Let me give an example.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Food and Beverage = Rs. 1000.00

Service Charges @ 10% = Rs. 100.00

Service Tax @ 4.94% = Rs. 54.34 (on F&B + Service Charges)

VAT @14.5% = Rs. 145.00

Total = Rs. 1299.34

As per the definition - "Service Tax can be charged ONLY for the

services provided to the customer".

Now, see what is happening here in the above example.

Service Tax should be charged only on the Service Charge amount i.e
Rs.100 ONLY, and NOT on the entire amount (1000+100).

In this example, the customer should be charged only Rs 4.94, whereas
he has been charged Rs. 49.00 extra.

Where does this money go?
Only the restaurant owner and the chartered accountants who work for them know.

· So, I have started asking them the questions - and am
surprised to see the reaction from famous restaurants. Either they
say: "Sir we cannot change the format of the bill - so , we will
recalculate and tell you the revised amount. You may pay only that."

OR

· "Sir, you do not need to pay the Service Tax amount itself"!!

I now have 3 to 4 restaurant bills, but for which I have paid only the
service tax on the service charge and NOT on the total amount.

Every bill MUST carry the TIN number and Service Tax Number, if they
charge it. So . . . , I ask for the Service tax number if it is not
available in the receipt that they provide.

As we cannot go to any government official and ask them to get this
right - because of our system.

Please remember - we cannot change any political leader - but we can
change ourselves.

If we change ourselves - things will change.

Please do share this with every one of your friends and known people.

Ask for the right tax calculation
and
Pay only the tax which is supposed to be paid.

Verify every bill and receipt that you make payment on.

Today Two People have been arrested in district Kishtwar of jammu and kashmir for Liking a photo which was some quranic verses on facebook, This activity Sprouted Violent Agitation and protests in the monday Evening and Pebbles were thrown at Police Station and massive and violent protests in the Whole town, this gave the people some tension and the peace loving people were worried of any Communal riots in the wown thus breaking the Communal harmony in the Town and Ultimately in the State, some peace hating people have already made A publicity out of this Incident and Started spreading Hatred among people.
Just see the fresh Example On facebook In which One anti-national Page has posted the ollowing and got the following responses :

Communal tension has erupted in district Kishtwar. Some hindu RT teachers have wrote Quranic verse on pigs photos and have uploaded them on facebook. The whole kishtwar is protestesting againist the act demanding the immediate arrest of deceased......condemn the act in ur comments

The 3 people who have been arrested have not Uploaded any Anti-Islamic Photo on facebook,but have only liked and commented on a photo, does this mean such a brutal judgement ,their life is screwed ,moreover the Communal Forces have Gotten Stronger, For you Kind Information It is the same Town in which some 10-15 days before the Holy Cow ,sacred For Hindus was brutally slaughtered Near the holy Temple , and what people did was a normal non-violent procession and the Government persuaded the mass and then the next day ,it was like Nothing had happened, So many people don't still know about the Incident ,all beacuse of Patience and Preservence ,But When it comes to any anti-islamic thing there is a great spark in the whole world.
