GOOD MORNING & welcome to another "Friday Tip of the Day"! I am so EXCITED to share w/you a way you can ALTER your "Bubblegum Treat Box" die! Yep, one of my talented DT members...Miss Cassandra had originally did this! You can see hers HERE! I couldn't get over how ADORABLE it looked, so I had to try one for myself! Let's just say that I LOVE this die EVEN MORE!!!;)

I landed up using some tullee, twine & buttons to dress her up! I even cut out a flower from my FAVORITE cartridge "Art Philosophy"!

Peachy Tuesday! ~ Episode 306

GOOD MORNING & welcome to another "Peachy Tuesday"! I am SOOO EXCITED because I am joining their challenge they have going on right now! I was nervous that I missed it! lol.... Well, you can see ALL the details for the challenge HERE!

For my card, I made a cute bookmark using Peachy Keen's January Stamp of the Month Kit~! If you have every wanted to be in a "COOL" club, this is the one to be in!;) Being that this is a Valentine set, I just wanted to show you how you can switch it up & use it throughout the year!

I created a pocket using my XL Label Die & the sentiment came from Just a Little Note to Say...

I added paper from My Mind's Eye & a little twine & I think it came out super cute!;)

Also, I did use the XOXO background stamp on my bookmark along w/a MS punch!

I don't know about all of you, but while I was making this card, the song that kept playing in my head over & over again was "Pocket full of Sunshine"! lol.......

Monday Madness.......Imagine That! ~ Episode 305

GOOD MORNING & welcome to another "Monday Madness....IMAGINE that"! For my cute cupcake shaped card, I used the Theresa Collins "Black & White" Imagine cart for this! I printed the pattern onto brown & red cardstock! You can see in my video below exactly how I did it!;) I just attached the cupcakes together w/a brad so the card can swivel open! I added a little sheer ribbon from wrappedallup.com. For the sentiment, I used my newest set "Teeny Tag Greetings" that comes w/those cutie patootie teeny tag dies! This stamp set includes 2 layering dies! Teeny Tag Greetings will be back in stock at the end of this week!

For the inside of my card, the sentiment came from "Polka Dot Surprise"!

GOOD MORNING my creative friends & welcome to our last day of sneaky peeks! I am OVER THE MOON EXCITED about today's peek! Well, you are actually seeing the entire thing! HAHAHA!;)

This post is filled w/TONS of creativity that will blow your mind....so I will make this short & sweet!

This is my newest die that I am adding to my MCT collection! It is called "Bubblegum Treat Box" & I am truly in love w/it! It is right up there w/my "Gift Card Holder Die" & my "Stitched Lollipop Holder" die! This newest die has such a "presentation" to her that I just LOVE everything about it! You will see TONS of inspiration from my DT below on different ways this little gem can be accessorized!;) ALSO, the BEST part about it is that you can use your 6x6 paper pads w/it & it will fit PERFECTLY! You can see how perfect it fits in my video below!

These are different angles so you can get the full feel of it! I used my FAVORITE paper by My Mind's Eye "Lost & Found * Market Street"! Did I mention that I just L-O-V-E My Mind's Eye? ;)

I added a butterfly from a die by Stampin up, added my FAVE tul-lee, buttons, twine AND my newest "Teeny Tag Greetings"!

That is the recipe for a PERFECT "Bubblegum Treat Box" filled w/4 chocolate hearts~!

For my card I used pattern paper from My Mind's Eye "Kraft Funday Everyday Fun" along w/purple cardstock from Papertrey Ink! The twine is from Trendy Twine & the beautiful bouquet of flowers comes from Peachy Keen's "Spring Bouquet"! I thought that cute sentiment from my new set "So Sorry" went PERFECT for this card!;)

Today my design team & myself are showcasing a set called "More Gift Card Sentiments" & "Script Type Background" stamp sets! I have had SEVERAL requests for more sentiments to use w/my "Gift Card Holder" die, so here ya go!;) These sentiments are not only for the Gift Card holder die, but for SEVERAL of your papercrafting projects! I am SUPER EXCITED about my other set I designed which is "Script Type Background"! It is a set of 2 3x3 stamps that will look beautiful on anything you create! I designed them on a smaller scale, but you can always stamp it perfectly several times & it goes together perfectly on your cards and layouts!;)

For my project today, I am showcasing one of the sentiments from "More Gift Card Sentements"! I just LOVE my "Gift Card Holder Die" because it is the EASIEST & the most CUTEST item you can throw together in NO time at all! I used my FAVORITE My Minds Eye the "Lime Twist" collection. The BEAUTIFUL flowers, you can see more similar like these HERE at one of my design team member's Miss Shar's Etsy shop!

Today my design team & myself are showcasing 3 of my newest releases that will be available this Fri, Jan 20th @ 12:01am! This is part of my "Sports" collection! The 3 sets we are showcasing are "Grand Slam", "Soccer" & "Fastpitch Rocks"! I am SO EXCITED about these because now I can "properly" scrapbook my boys pictures! AND I am also EXCITED about "Fastpitch Rocks"! This is an AWESOME set for ALL of you Softball players out there today!;)
For my project today,I am showcasing "Grand Slam & I made an 8x8 layout using the Theresa Collins Sports II pattern paper! All the sentiments & the CUTE image is from my soon to be released set: "Grand Slam"! The "All Star" sentiment is from my set I have out already called "Sport Sentiments"!

Friday Tip of the Day ~ 1-2-3 cards & a Winner! ~ Episode 299

GOOD MORNING & welcome to our first "My Favorite Stamp of the Month"! This is something new I will be featuring on my blog every other Thursday! My design team & myself will be showcasing "past" stamp sets that I had come out with! Today, I decided to showcase my ALL TIME FAVORITE stamp set "You Had me at Chocolate"! This is the very FIRST set I designed & I STILL LOVE it!;) This particular set will be on sale today (for 24 hours)! So if you don't have this ADORABLE set, here's your chance to get your hot little hands on it! hehehe!;)

For my project, I decided to make a set of four 3x3 cards for my son's teacher for Valentine's day, since it is just around the corner! All of the sentiments are from "You Had Me At Chocolate" & the CUTE "Stitched Heart Die" is included w/my "100% Sweetness" stamp set! All paper is from My Mind's Eye "Lost & Found" Union Square 6x6 pad! If you look closely, you will see a beautiful sneak peek in the background!!! ;) (you can see it in my video)!

I thought that they would look SUPER cute in this adorable little pail I found at Hobby Lobby in the Christmas section! I also included (4) 3x3 envelopes that I had picked up from Stampin up a LOOOONG time ago! hehehe! I cut out another heart & stamped on that & attached it to my pail w/some twine! Last, I finished it off w/some burlap ribbon & a red button from Papertrey Ink~!

3-D Wednesday ~ Episode 297

Good morning my Creative friends & welcome to another 3-D Wednesday! Today, I had asked my designers to add some kind of "texture" to their projects! For my project today, I decided to use one of my FAVORITE dies in the WHOLE WORLD...my "Embossed Gift Card Holder Die" I just LOVE this die SOOO much because it can be used for LOTS of different occasions w/the coordinating "Gift Card Sentiments" stamp set! The sentiment I used here is a little sneaky peek from my January release which is coming up NEXT Friday on the 20th! There is also another sneak here & I had decided to use my "Teeny Tag" as a banner~! I just LOVE how it came out!;) That YUMMY "cherry Cupcake" twine is from Trendy Twine which I thought went PERFECT! The flowers are from one of my DT members "Miss Nancy" & I'm not sure where she picked them up from! I thought they would look really sweet on the tags!;)

GOOD MORNING & welcome to another Peachy Tuesday! I am SOOO EXCITED to share another cutie patootie Peachy card w/you all today! For my card, I used my FAVORITE set called "Faceless Fruits" along w/the Med size "Critter Faces"! This is such a CUTE set of faces that can go w/SOOO MUCH! For the sentiment, I used my "This & That" stamp set! The pattern paper I used is My Mind's Eye "Love Me" 6x6 pad! LOVE LOVE LOVE!;) Last I used a Martha Stewart punch for my border!

Just so you all know, most of my stamps WILL be back in stock by Friday, Jan 14th!

Monday Madness.....Imagine That! ~ Episode 296

Good morning & welcome to another "Monday Madness....Imagine That"! For today's imagine projects, I asked my design team to create something using my 3 FAVORITE colors together RED, TEAL & CHOCOLATE! Let's just say that my design team has outdone themselves yet once again!;)

For my card there are 2 sneaky peeks in there!;) I used the Imagine More Cards Cricut cartridge. I basically just used it for the pattern papers! You can see in my video below exactly how it was made!

Here are all 4 cards packaged up & ready to give to someone!;) I just added 4 envelopes & put them into a clear cello bag & added some burlap ribbon! SUPER SIMPLE gift!

Guest Designer Weekend!

Happy Saturday everyone! Sorry I wasn't able to do my Friday "Tip of the Day" yesterday:( Soooo many things came up & all I have to say is that I am HAPPY that it is the weekdend! Well, I want to introduce a new segment on my blog called "Guest Designer Weekend"! Remember all of those TALENTED ladies who applied for my team back in October? Well, I had promised that who ever did not make the team, then I was going to have them all back as a "Guest Designer"! So let's get started!

This was the VERY FIRST person who applied to be on my team & I want to introduce to you the talented Miss Leonor!

Herie is a little Bio for her:

My mane is Leonor Duran-Mullis. I have been crafting for over 15 years. I have been married 10 years to a wonderful husband and we have a beautiful 6 year old daughter.

I prefer to do cards over scrapbooking. Cards are instant gratification and are spontaneous to create J they also make other people happy. I like making people happy and that is why l love doing what I do.

I work full time on a career job but I love my “side” job as a party planner. I do the party planning on the weekends only. My family is numerous and I seem to be the card maker/party planner designated all the time. I have begun to plan parties for friends and acquaintances and I love to meet new people. I make party favors, thank you notes, banner, diaper cakes, etc, etc, ect. I have spread the crafting bug to my daughter, sister and niece who now are doing their own things and are sharing their projects in my website.

We have been blessed by God and he has provided us with the opportunity to travel to many countries. This inspires me to make cards and craft projects based on our travels.

Throwback Thursday Challenge ~ Episode 295

Welcome to another Throwback Thursday Challenge!

This is 2 weeks before My Creative Time's January Stamp Release happening Fri, Jan 20th @ 12:01am! So, you know what that means.... right? That means if you participate in this challenge, you will have the "Golden opportunity" to qualify to win the ENTIRE release!

The deadline for this challenge will be on Wed, Jan 18th! So you only have two weeks to complete your projects in order to qualify!

Here are the details for this challenge:

*** This challenge is a SPORTS CHALLENGE! Use any sports cartridge you have & if you don't own any sports theme carts, just use anything you have & just make sure it has something to do w/sports!:)

***Make a card, layout or anything you want!!!
*** Link your project up to Mr. Linky, then leave a comment!

For my card I used "Boys Will Be Boys" which has LOTS of sports stuff on it! You'd be surprised about just how many cartridges that actually have sports stuff on them! I used the Echo Park 6x6 pad called "Be Mine" & I LOVE it! I designed this card in my Gypsy girl & I just LOVE how it turned out!

For the inside of my card, I used a sentiment from "Sports Sentiments" which you can find HERE!

Since this was the challenge before my release, I'd thought I would give you a "sneak" of a sneak to one of my sports sets I am releasing this month! Isn't this the PERFECT "Softball" sentiment? I just LOVE how my softball glove turned out! It was a little work to do the twine, but it was so worth it because it looks SUPER CUTE!:)

First 3-D Wednesday for 2012 ~ Episode 294

GOOD MORNING & welcome to our 1st 3-D Wednesday of 2012!!! OMG! I swear, I am the WORST one about following my OWN directions!!! I told my designers to make anything but a card or layout & I CAN'T BELIEVE I MADE A CARD!! HAHAHAHAH! I literally just realized it as I am typing this up!!! Well, it's too late to make anything else, so I will have to go w/this! At least my card actually LOOKS 3-D! hehehehe! I'm sorry design team!:(

Well, for my card I used pattern paper from Echo Park 6x6 pad called "Yours Truly"! LOTS OF YUMMY paper in this one too! My design team & I are showcasing 2 of my stamp sets today! We are featuring "Classmate Valentines" & "100% Sweetness"! I landed up using "100% Sweetness" for my project today & I just LOVE this set to pieces! This particular set comes w/a heart shape die which I used for my red heart on my card today. That ADORABLE little cherub is also from this set!

For one of the layers on this card I used my "XL Label Die" & all the embellishments came from Pro 31 Designs. This sentiment on the inside of my card is also from "100% Sweetness" stamp set!

Peachy Tuesday ~ Episode 293

HAPPY NEW YEAR & Welcome 2012! Wow, I can see myself already still writing 2011 by accident since I am so used to it! LOL....... I hope everyone had a FABULOUS holiday & if you had time off, I hope you enjoyed it! I had a nice MUCH NEEDED break & I enjoyed it thoroughly! hehehe!

Okay, let's get to my project for today! Since I am no longer on the Peachy Keen design team, I decided to still dedicated my Tuesday's to Peachy Keen! How could I not? I've only been posting Peachy projects on Tuesday's for 3 years & I just can't see myself breaking from that!:) So I am SO EXCITED to get this started! For today's card, I decided to use one of my FAVORITE dies from Peachy Keen called "BUGS"! Isn't it ADORBS??? I just LOVE this set. I also use my favorite My Mind's Eye 6x6 paper pad called "LOVE ME"! I decided to add some lace & twine at the bottom of my card. I also used my Stampin Up 3 heart punch & punched out the 3 hearts you see on the right because it definitely needed a little something extra!;)

Then, did you notice that ADORABLE tag w/sentiment? I just couldn't help myself, I just HAD to give you a "sneak" of a sneak from my upcoming January release! This release is SO MUCH FUN, that I am "DYING" to share it w/ALL of you! I just hope you LOVE it as much as I DO!

My FAVORITE Christmas Card!

GOOD MORNING & welcome to My Creative Time! WOW, I feel like it's been FOREVER since I last blogged!;) Well, being that it is close to Christmas, there is LOTS to be done at home w/my family!;) That's why I haven't been HERE on my blog:) I have been keeping busy while the boys are at school, but LUCKILY, they will FINALLY be off on Friday!;) WHERE HAS THIS YEAR GONE?

I KNOW when the year has gone by EXTRA FAST is when my boys start reminding me that it is time for "Baseball" sign-ups! Then IMMEDIATELY I think of Spring! lol....... I feel like we just had our last baseball game & I can't believe it's time to sign up already! Which is a GOOD thing!;)

I'm not sure about all of you, but I can actually say that I am READY for Christmas EARLY this year! I can't wait to make cookies on Friday! The boys already told me what kind of cookies they wanted to make so I need to do a little grocery shopping to make sure I have EVERYTHING!;)

Okay, onto my card. I wanted to share w/ALL of you my FAVORITE Christmas card I have EVER made! I know I've made SEVERAL, but for some reason, this one just "speaks to me"! hehehhe!!;)

For my "candy shaped" card I used the die called "Tear Bear" from Peachy Keen! And, that CUTE sentiment is from "Mixed Holiday Sentiments"!

Speaking of "Mixed Holiday Sentiments".... I've had SEVERAL questions regarding my sale! I have decided to let my sale run through Friday, Dec 30th! My sets that are "Sold OUT", ONLY CERTAIN ONES will be back in stock before then! ***FYI*** keep on the look out because I just may have another MARK DOWN sale at "some point" next week!!! wink wink!;)

DT members Published in Nov Issue Cricut Magazine!

GOOD MORNING my creative friends! Today is an EXTRA SPECIAL post! I have been dying to share this, but apparently for some magazines you have to wait approx one month after something has been published to show a picture! I am SO SUPER PROUD of TWO of my design team members! I want you to give a HUGE CONGRATS to Miss Katie & Miss Liz! They BOTH were published in the November issue of the "Cricut Magazine"!

The first card above, is the VERY FIRST publication of one of my stamps!!! YAAAAAH! Miss Katie created this beautiful card using my stamp set "All Star Baby" (which is on sale right now!)

Isn't it just WAY TOO PRECIOUS? I was OVER JOYED to see this & seriously, it was overwhelming to me because I never thought in a million years that I would actually see one of MY stamps in such a popular magazine! You can see more pictures HERE over at Miss Katie's blog! AND if you happen to have the November issue of the "Cricut Magazine", you can see this super duper cute card on page 113.

Now my next Design Team member "Miss Liz" created this BEAUTIFUL Home Decor project & this too was published in the exact same magazine! HOW AWESOME IS THAT? I will always refer to Miss Liz as being my "Queen of Home Decor" because that is EXACTLY what she is! This super talented lady ALWAYS has the BEST 'home decor' ideas & I just LOVE THEM ALL! You can see more pics of this AMAZING project HERE on Miss Liz's blog! AND if you happen to have the November issue of the "Cricut Magazine", you can see this beautiful project on page 90 & 91.
