MySpace Internet encounter leads to sexual battery charges for Davie man:

20-year-old Javier Campos of Davie, Florida is said to have met a 13-year-old Fort Lauderdale girl on MySpace. Police say that the girl allowed him to sneak into the house while a friend of hers was there and while her parents were asleep.

Campos allegedly said that he was afraid he would be in trouble because her parents were home and because of her age. But that was after he allegedly had sex with the 13-year-old girl. You should have thought of that before you decided to crawl through her window like a predator. If you can’t go in through the front door like a man then obviously you’re doing something wrong.

And again this is another example of why parents need to check your kids’ online activities and not allow computers in their rooms. Do you really want your daughters having sex with that guy?

While I’m on the subject doesn’t he look like one of those douchebags from The Jersey Shore? Think about that the next time your underage daughter goes online.

Man admits seeking girls for sex on net:

25-year-old John Raymond Zimmerman of Melbourne, Australia has pleaded guilty to using MySpace to lure 5 girls into having sex with him. At least some of the girls are said to have been underage but their ages can not be reported in Australia.

Look at what he has all pleaded guilty to…

John Raymond Zimmerman, 25, has pleaded guilty to 26 sex crimes including three counts of rape and nine counts of sexually penetrating a child under 16 and three counts of using a carriage service to procure a child for sex.

He also pleaded guilty to four counts of indecent assault, a single count of procuring a child for the making of child pornography, two counts of possessing child pornography, three counts of stalking and a single count of inviting a child under 18 to make child pornography.

The articles don’t say but how much time do you think he will get for the multitude of charges against him? I’m guessing under 5 years. That’s not an indictment against Australia but against the Western courts at large.

Man jailed for luring young girls:

I originally posted about 29-year-old Jesse James Aimee of Sechelt, British Columbia here. He was the man convicted of using Bebo and MSN to lure two girls, ages 12 and 14, to his home in order to have sex with them, or as it should be known as child rape.

Anyway I bemoaned in my last post the fact that after basically raping two children the most he was looking at was 6 years behind bars. He didn’t even get a third of that as he was only sentenced to 17 months.

The judge bought the excuse that Aimee claimed that he did not know the girls’ ages and granted the double time served that his attorney requested.

I wonder what that judge will say when Aimee is back out preying on the children of British Columbia once more.

Emo douchebag John Hock pleads guilty

Man guilty of posting footage of him sexually assaulting his unconscious girlfriend online:

You remember John Hock don’t you? He’s the emo douchebag who broadcast the sexual assault of his drunk and unconscious girlfriend on Stickam while at her house in Phoenix.

After all his internet flunkies came out and proclaimed his innocence after his arrest he’s pleaded guilty to the 2009 assault.

Hock pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted sexual assault and one count of voyeurism. I’m sure we’ll hear about how he was railroaded and the cops were out to get him.

He’ll be sentenced in October. No word on what the sentence may be but as usual I’m sure it won’t be enough. I’d be surprised if he even sees the inside of a cell.

Stickam on the other hand has reportedly cleaned up its act by removing the private room option since then. I still wouldn’t let your kids use it though.

NEW DETAILS: Deputies Say Homicide-Suicide Happened After Facebook Update:

Police in Onslow County, North Carolina say that 62-year-old Peter Terrance Moonan killed his ex-girlfriend, 63-year-old Karen Ann Rooney, after she changed her Facebook status to ‘Engaged’. Moonan then turned the gun on himself taking his own life, or as I call it taking the coward’s way out.

Rooney had just recently got engaged to a new boyfriend.

I usually have to tell this to kids but now it seems I have to tell it to senior citizens too. If you feel that you can’t live without someone and need to try and violently convince them to take you back A. you need help and B. that’s not going to get them back.

California Man Anthony Lozano Jealous Over Facebook Message, Imprisons and Tortures Girlfriend, Say Cops:

36-year-old Anthony Lozano of Hanford, California may have a wee bit of a jealously problem. He’s been arrested for allegedly torturing his girlfriend for four days all because she conversed with a male friend on Facebook.

For four days Lozano is said to have bound her and beat her and choked her with ropes and towels because he thought that she was being unfaithful to her. Did I forget to to mention that two children were at the home while all this was going on? Nice guy.

I still don’t get the whole jealousy thing. I mean I have more female Facebook friends then my wife. She has more male Facebook friends than me. Neither of us really give a rat’s ass. Jealousy is unproductive. If you’re significant other is really cheating on you dump them and forget them. This way you won’t end up in jail.

Graffiti vandalism suspect arrested on 60 charges:

There’s one type of criminal that I like to see get busted almost as much as sex offenders. That would be vandals, especially the kind that like to think of themselves as artists.

For example take 32-year-old Brian Durkee of Newark, Delaware. He’s been arrested on 60 different graffiti charges dating as far back as January of 2009. Police had suspected Durkee but didn’t come up with any damning evidence until they looked at his MySpace where pictures of the alleged art were discovered.

Speaking of the art thing it’s not like he was painting any actual art as police say he was only spraying his tag.

I checked out his MySpace and he says he’s also a tattoo artist. I wasn’t that impressed with his tattoo work either. On his MySpace he says that “People Have Killed for my Tattoos–Fact!” I wonder if that means that people killed themselves over their generic and average tattoos.

Man faces jail time in child luring case:

Defence argues 31 months’ time served enough for Sechelt man who lured girls for sex:

29-year-old Jesse James Aimee of Sechelt, British Columbia was convicted of using Bebo and MSN to lure two girls, ages 12 and 14, to his home and having and sexually assaulting them, or as I’ve called it many times before child rape.

Aimee’s lawyer is trying to say that he was unaware of the girls’ ages. I’m sorry but if you can’t tell the difference between a 12-year-old girl and someone that’s legal you have no business trying to have sex in the first place. Plus I seriously doubt he cared how old they were since he was living with his mommy at the time.

His defense attorney is also calling for double time served which would come to 31 months. I don’t know where he got double time served bit this isn’t a video game with power ups. Even sadder is that the prosecution says a sentence of 6 years would be ‘reasonable’.

He raped two children yet 6 years is considered reasonable. I would admonish Canada for having such light sentences but the US is no better.

Prospect man faces online sex abuse charges:

Forensic examiners from The Southern Oregon High-Tech Crimes Task Force were inspecting a computer when they discovered explicit MySpace messages sent to a 13-year-old girl. They arrested 36-year-old David Vance Pierce for allegedly sending the messages but he was not the suspect nor was this the crime they were investigating.

The messages from Pierce allegedly offered the 13-year-old girl money for sex.

I’m guessing Pierce didn’t realize that nothing is private on the internet no matter how much you think it is.

Indiana man charged with stalking Pa. woman using Facebook page in name of woman he raped:

23-year-old Travis Allen Davis of New Castle, Indiana is one sick son of a bitch. He pleaded guilty to raping an ex-girlfriend of his in Ohio. He broke into her house armed and handcuffed her and raped her. Apparently that wasn’t enough to keep him behind bars or to keep a gun out of his hands.

Davis is now accused of creating a fake Facebook profile of his rape victim in order to stalk his most recent ex. Using the fake profile he threatened the woman, now living in Pennsylvania, saying that if she didn’t return to Davis he would send a video of them having sex. The woman was unaware that she was being filmed while having sex with Davis.

How the hell does this douchebag keep getting women? He looks like a douchey version of Screech.

Anyway Davis was found outside of the woman’s Pennsylvania home in his car. He was armed with a .45, three magazines filled with bullets and box cutters and had a stolen Pennsylvania plate taped over his Indiana plate.

I wonder if this latest charge will keep him behind bars. You would think that the Ohio courts would have held him until sentencing since he basically admitted he was a rapist.
