Sometimes it became a struggle that they will do something drastic to see the instant result. Based on what I read the true secret to lose weight is to make small changes each and every day and you will not notice that you are slowly losing the extra pound that you don't need. I don’t believe that pills or those weird fitness gadgets will give instant success. Being healthy is the key, I read in The Healthy Bitch blog that she eats more fresh fruits & vegetables, whole grains, nuts and organic foods, which I think is more effective than taking dietary pills.

Exercise is also an important factor in losing weight, but how much you need differs from person to person. Walking, taking the stairs instead of the elevator and doing the household chores can burn calories are great help as well.

Cheap Deals on Swimwear

One rule of thumb to save, is to get things at the end-of-the-season. Clearances present huge savings to savvy shoppers with the foresight to plan with the foresight to plan ahead for next year. For example buying women's swimsuits during fall or winter. It is already November, for sure you will get lots of clearance for swimwear and other summer clothes. Retailers just want to their remaining swimwear stock leftover from this summer and remove it from their shelves.

Because of the economy fall down, how to save is important point nowadays, and there are many diverse buying alternatives available for buying swimwear. There is no major design change in Swimwear so for sure the one that you will buy today will still be trendy by next summer.

My Favourite Drinks

Aside from water which is my primary source of liquid, I also like all varieties of tea from black to green but I never tried the white tea yet. What I like in the tea is its natural properties that can help to boost our immune systems, some say that it can prevent plaque build-up and will protect us against skin cell damage.

I also like organic chocolate soy milk this serves as my replacement for cow’s milk because I suffer from lactose intolerance. Others also suggest drinking hemp or rice milk as an alternative but I have not tried these yet. I found some free business cards online and you just pay a shipping fee, but what I don’t like is that they put their logo and company name on the back of the cards.

Having your own personal business card comes in handy and is very useful if you are scouting for a job or even if you are just attending a professional gathering, vacations or special occasions. With this, you can easily distribute your personal business cards in not-so-formal situations.

I found lots of designs online that I am planning to personalize to make it unique and more desirable.

Earn Additional Income

I got a message this morning from a friend in Facebook.com. I just join the site and never tested yet if this is really true. He said that we can earn money for doing something we enjoy and will pay us every time we do stuff in the internet.

This is the message that I got from him.

"So what does PeopleString.com actually offer you? We all know that the biggest and most popular sites (Google, Yahoo, FB, etc..) earn lots of money because we usually visit their site.

PeopleString.com will give you the money that is due for helping them become bigger and more popular. You actually get 70% of peoplestring’s earnings.

This is how it works. If you join PeopleString.com, you get paid WHEN YOU, OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM does any of the following:

1) Search the Internet
2) Send or receive Email
3) Write a blog post
4) Socialize or promote any existing online business in Facebook, MySpace, Friendster, etc.
5) Receive and read mail, which you get anyway
6) Read the News
7) Search for directions
8) Refer or recruit your friends
9) Shop Online
10) Click on the ads in People String

If you already a member of the PeopleString.com, you will have your own homepage in their site (like facebook or other social networking site). Every time you do those things that are mentioned above, you will get paid. In short, you will make their site like google or facebook. You can use their site when you search the net, surf, or when you log-in and click a link from Facebook, that's the way they will pay you.

THE BEST WAY TO EARN IS WHEN YOU ARE ABLE TO REFER SOMEONE.

If you can invite 10 people who will become your downlines, and they also recruit 10 downlines each of their own, it is easy for you to make $3000/month. How do you get the money? They can mail you a U.S. check to your home address or through your paypal account.

It’s FREE to be a member. If you want to join, just click this PeopleString.com and register:

If this is true, at least $3,000 a month as what they are claiming..would be a good ad-on to our savings...:D

To Become A Police Officer

My brother passed the Napolcom entrance exam last May and he is now working in his final physical agility test. This will determine whether or not he possesses the required coordination, strength and speed of movement that is necessary for the service. I hope that he will be chosen as one of the 70 applicants to proceed to the police training. To become a police officer is his dream career and I’m happy that he is almost there. I sent him a 5.11 Tactical Trainer-Mid shoes last September and he likes it a lot because of its durability. He use it as his working shoes while preparing for his physical agility test.

The final evaluation of the qualified applicants is tough they will undertake the sequential conduct of the following examinations: (1) written competitive examination, (2) physical agility test, (3) neuro-psychiatric examination, (4) complete physical, medical and dental examination, (5) character and background investigation, and (6) final interview.

How to better Fight Cancer - John Hopkins Update

This article was posted by one of my friend in facebook. Thanks for sharing MsK, I find it so helpful and informative.

I hope you will also take time to read this good article.

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY

('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER,

JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3 When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size.. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells.. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14.. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15.Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

1. No plastic containers in micro.

2. No water bottles in freezer.

3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something20else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life.

Discounted A/C Compressor

A friend of mine has this dodge minivan and she’s trying to lookfor a good deal dodge ac compressor. We checked all the papers many times and made sure that we didn’t forget anything. Guess what, we forgot to include the check in the package. My husband and I decided to send the check a day after we submitted the papers (thinking that they may put it together, the check and the package). But even though they were just one day apart still USCIS sent back our package with the notice that they cannot process the papers without the check (oh well, we sent back the package together with a new check on the same day that they sent back the package). We received the original check back two days later. Two weeks later I received the first notice from USCIS that my conditional status is extended for one year (while they will process my 10 years residency). Yesterday, I received the second notice from USCIS about my biometric appointment. Unfortunately my husband is not available by that time (since he will be my personal driver..hehehe). So we are now trying to reschedule it. Based on the information that I got from visajourney.com this usually takes 2-4 weeks after the day of appointment. Hopefully things will go well. We are planning to go to their office and have a walk-in visit.

Looking for a great deal Venetian Blinds

I am planning to use venetian blinds instead of curtains in the office room here at the house. Because they are easy to clean and maintain compare to those heavy curtains that we currently have. They not just improve the decoration but it also solves the purpose of providing us privacy and protects us from dust and sunlight. I’m still debating if which one is better (wooden, aluminum or bamboo). I like venetian blinds because it is much stronger, easy to clean and it last longer compared with other types of blinds. Currently, I'm searching online if where can I find these types of blinds in low cost. Looks like that Aluminum venetian blinds are more durable even though it is little expensive compared with the other two.

Filipino Style Beef Chunk Roast Adobo

It is almost a month now that I never posted here in my blog site. Sorry guys, I got so busy lately with lots of stuff. Today, I want to share with you the beef chunk roast adobo that I cooked in Crockpot yesterday. I used the following ingredients:

• 4 lbs beef chuck roast,
• 5-6 medium sized potatoes, diced
• ½ cup soy sauce
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar
• ¼ cup water
• 4 bay leaves
• 1 tablespoon peppercorn
• 2 small sized onions, sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tablespoons sugar

This is so easy to prepare and no need for you to marinate it to make it tasty. I soaked the frozen meat in cold water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour and put it in crock pot since I don’t have time to wait until the meat is fully defrosted. I mixed everything except the diced potatoes. I cooked it in high in crock pot for about 4 hours then I put the diced potatoes and cooked it for another 1 ½ hour. I cut the meat into chunks after 4 hours of cooking, then, throw it back to the Crockpot together with the diced potatoes. The meat came out so savory and tender. Yum! Yum! Yum! Don’t forget to serve it with rice. Happy eating!

Looking for Best Web Hosting Provider

If you are an organization or a business owner that wants to have your own website it is very essential to look for what type of webhosting that will suit your company needs. The scale of the hosting services differs, the most basic is the webpage and small file hosting where files can be uploaded via web interface. If you are a company that wants a complex site you might need an inclusive package that offer database support and application development platform, a webhost that will supply an interface for managing your web server, like installing scripts and services like email. You can also choose if you want to have a web server that you have the full control or the other way around that you don’t have the full control but you are permitted to manage your own data via FTP or other remote management tools. The later type of webhosting that I mentioned is sometimes advantageous since it guarantees quality of service by not allowing you to modify the server that could possibly create configuration problem. Typically as owner of the company if you prefer this webhosting option you usually lease the server from the provider.

In this site you can find customer reviews that might be helpful for you to decide which web hosting type you like.

Finale of the BI Training

Last September 15-September 18 was the final and our final project week for the Business Intelligence (BI) Training. The main purpose of our final project was to demonstrate our skills and provide real world deliverables. The only deliverables that they gave were the final reports. The design and implementation was left entirely for us. The first thing that we did was to determine what information was required for the deliverables. After we determined what information was needed, we designed a dimensional database in MS Visio out from the relational database that the company currently had. Using SSIS, an ETL package was created to extract the information from the two production databases, transform the data into a more usable format and load the data into the staging database that we created from MS Visio. We used SSAS to create the OLAP Cube, the calculated members and the KPIs that were used in the report. We used SSRS, PPS, and Excel to create the required reports. All of the reports were then deployed to the SharePoint site that we created. I took some of the screen shots of the report that I created and deployed in SharePoint.

What I learned in this Final Project was that it is very important that you clearly understand what deliverables really are since the initial design will determine the overall success of the project. It is also equally important that you understand the layout and the data within the production database, the requirements of the staging database from the deliverables analysis created, what is the best handled during the ETL process, and what is best handled within the cube.

Yummy Chili in Cold Weather

Chili is one of the American foods that I like. This is perfect during cold weather. Yesterday, I decided to make my own version rather than going to Wendy’s to satisfy my craving. I refer to my best friend Google to have an idea what ingredients I needed and how to cook it in the right way. This is the first time that I cook chili and luckily it turned out good. (lol, I never expected).. I revised the recipe that I found online. Here's the ingredients that I used:

• 1 lb. ground turkey
• 2 onions, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
• 15 oz. can tomato sauce
• 2 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 celery stalk, cut into diced

For the preparation, I cooked ground turkey in heavy skillet until brown and drain. I mixed all ingredients except the ¼ cup of water and the 1 tbsp of the chili powder. I used crock-pot and cook it on low for 5 hours and stir it occasionally. I added the water and the remaining 1 tbsp chili powder 20 minutes before I turn off the crock-pot. By the way, if you want a hot chili you can add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. I never used this because I don’t like hot chili. It is yummier if you will simmer it longer. This really turned out good..yum! yum! yum! :D

Express Yourself With Custom Business Card

Businessmen or people who are seeking for jobs are better to have their own custom business cards. For me it is a clever idea of having your own business card in handy if you’re hunting for job this piece could keep you on a confidential hub. You can also hand out your custom card in not-so-formal situation, for example to those people that you meet during sport, vacation, and other event.

If you are a businessman, having a customized business card can be very helpful to heighten your business because this will permit you to have a better chance of being recognized by prospective your clients. There are still many people now a days that rely much on having business cards as their main source for contacts when they need certain products or services. With this, you can be guaranteed of clientele as long as you have your business cards well disseminated.

BI Training Update

We are now in the finale of our training, the Final project week. In our final project we will develop a system that can be useful for Setfocus. Initially they sent us the relational database that served as basis for the development of the OLAP Database. On the first day, we developed a dimensional model in MS Visio and generate a script for the schema that we can use as our staging database. We just finished the ETL part using SSIS and tomorrow our target is to finish cube creation using SSAS. We are only given five days to develop the entire system. Hopefully we will meet the deadline by Friday.

By the way, last week we had our SSRS/Performance Point (dashboard)/ MOSS Projects. Here are some of the screenshot of the project that I did. We created the report in PerformancePoint Server and in SSRS then deployed it in MS Office Sharepoint Server (MOSS).

Proper Way of Shaving your Legs

Have you ever experienced red spots or red bumps on your legs after shaving? I usually experience this one, maybe my skin is just so sensitive. Most dermatologists say that there are many possible reasons for red bumps after shaving. This might due to inflammation, irritation, or trauma to the hair follicles. One of the recommendations is to shave with a sharp razor and use a high-quality shaving gel or cream. I also use Feminine Products after shaving. This product soothes, lessens ingrown hairs, and reduces irritation.

I also read one article that we will not shave if we have goose bumps since they are easy to cut and don’t shave also when your skin is dry. You need to wet your skin first and let the water moisture soften your skin.

When shaving my legs, I try not to rush and I shave it with the grain of the hairs and not against it. I usually begin shaving from my ankles and then work upwards.

I also prefer using a single blade with lubricant strips on it than a double or triple blade razor. It is also good that before shaving you will exfoliate to ensure that the dead skin cells will not clog your razor.

Recent Miracle in Egypt

MsK, a friend from Hawaii sent me this and this was also broadcasted in CBS. A very touching story. It shows how Jesus really work.

A Muslim man in Egypt killed his wife because she was reading the Bible and then buried her with their infant baby and an 8-year old daughter. The girls were buried alive! He then reported to the police that an uncle killed the kids. 15 days later, another family member died. When they went to bury him, they found the 2 little girls under the sand - ALIVE! The country is outraged over the incident, and the man will be executed at the end of July.

The older girl was asked how she had survived and she says:- 'A man wearing shiny white clothes, with bleeding wounds in his hands, came every day to feed us. He woke up my mom so she could nurse my sister,' she said. She was interviewed on Egyptian national TV, by a veiled Muslim woman news anchor. She said on public TV, 'This was none other than Jesus, because nobody else does things like this!' Muslims believe Isa (Jesus) would do this, but the wounds m ean He really was crucified, and it's clear also that He is alive! But, it's also clear that the child could not make up a story like this, and there is no way these children could have survived without a true miracle. Muslim leaders are going to have a hard time to figure out what to do with this, and the popularity of the Passion movie doesn't help! With Egypt at the centre of the media and education in the Middle East, you can be sure this story will spread. Christ is still controlling and turning the world.

Wedding Day Preparation

A good friend of mine will be getting married by next month. We all know that planning your own wedding is a pretty exciting and stressful at the same time because it requires a significant amount of planning and completion. A wedding invitation is one of the many things to be considered in this special event and most brides are worried about making a mistake with the customized wedding invitation. Actually there are many sites that you can look at to get an idea if what design you want. One of these sites that helped me is the save the date postcards .

In my own experience, having a checklist on what I need to accomplish as early as six months before the wedding was very useful and relieved me from a stressful preparation. The friends were also very supportive and helpful to making the whole preparation so enjoyable and successful.

Chicken Casserole for Breakfast

This morning I thought of making chicken casserole to perk up my day before my training will start. I remember my mother, she likes to cook this early in the morning. I just modify her ingredients and added more of it. Here’s the ingredients that I used.. two large chicken breast, cooked and diced, one can cream of chicken soup, three fourth cup sour cream, one cup cooked rice, one cup celery, diced and parboiled, one teaspoon onion, grated, one tablespoon lemon juice, one-half teaspoon sale, one-half cup cashes nuts chopped (optional), thee-forth cup bread crumbs or corn flakes crumbs.

Actually, the preparation was pretty simple. I mixed the chicken, soup, sour cream, rice, celery, onion, lemon juice, and salt. I put the mixture in buttered casserole and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Then I placed the casserole in the preheated oven at 350F for one hour. Topped it with cashes and corn flakes. This serving is only good for four people, if you want more, you can double it.

Tired of Using Your Credit Card

Excessive and accruing significant amounts of credit card balance isn't always easy to resolve. Over time, this difficulty can become a habit and will surely affect your finances.

You might hear that there are some people that freeze their credit card in order to stop them from spending.

So, if you are a budget conscious, you might consider having a prepaid visa mastercard. This way you can have a spending limit and you can shop wisely. This card is same as credit card that with master or mastercard logo. The difference is that you need to load money onto it and use those funds to buy and get cash. What good thing in this one is that you are not borrowing money from bank. I find this one safer that having cash, efficient since no interest charge and convenient since you can pay everywhere as long as visa or master card are accepted. The easiest way for me and it might also be applicable to you, is to have a direct deposit part of my paycheck to my prepaid visa card.

MOSS, SSRS and PPS Reports

I can’t believe that I never updated this blog for almost four weeks. I am just so busy for the past weeks with my training, projects, and work. Last August 20, I posted about my SSAS Project, now, I am working with the Reporting Services and Sharepoint projects. Two weeks to go and I will finally finish with the 10 weeks BI Training. In the last week of the training we will have our Final project (this will include the staging part down to reporting ) , I am planning to take the 70-445 BI certifications the day after my last class. Praying and hoping that I will pass the exam in one take (crossing fingers).

By the way, here are some of the reports that I developed using PerformancePoint Server (Dashboard), MS SQL Reporting Services(SSRS) and MS Office Sharepoint Server(MOSS). These sample report were created from SSRS and I used MOSS as Repository and to manage the report schedule for user subscription.

For Easy Recipes and Healthy Eating Ideas

One of my passions during my free time is to experiment how to cook different foods that I never tried before. Google is one of my best friends in terms of looking for a good recipe. One of the sites that I like most is the FoodConnect.com. I usually refer to this site especially in their featured recipe for the day. Today, one recipe that interests me is the “Spicy Smashed Carrot Spread with Grapes”. I never tried this one before, so, I decided to make my own.

This is the photo that I pulled out from their site. It looks so yummy and inviting, I find this one so healthy, and surely your family will like it as much as my husband did.

My next target recipe is the “Zucchini Parmesan”, I found a good one in the FoodConnect.com site. I am planning to try their recipe this coming weekend. I will share with you the result. Keep posted!

SSAS Project Week (Business Intelligence Training)

This week is my fifth week of the BI training. Seems there are too much to learn at once. Our project for this week is the continuation of what we did in SSIS two weeks ago. Wherein we design an ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) to create the staging area for the project solution This week, we use SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) to implement the cube and do dimension processing from the cube. We created first the OLAP Structure and load the dimension from the staging area to the OLAP Database.

In the SSAS solution, we created one cube and five dimensions. We use MDX as the query language and feed this into the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) in SSAS. Mainly, MDX is the query language that is used in SSAS environment. In this project we test the KPI and the OLAP facts tables and dimension in Excel. Above are some of the screen shots that was taken from the SSAS that I develop.

Amplify your Car Gas Mileage by SuperCharging

You might think of supercharger if you want to improve the amount of oxygen that gets in to your car cylinder, this installation will build the engines ignition explosion larger. Turbocharger and Supercharger are the same but what I like about supercharging is that the power is directly from the engine, so the result is that there is no interruption or delay before the supercharger starts unlike turbocharger.

Aside from what I mention, a supercharger also has fewer of the probable heat-related problems of a turbocharger. Supercharger runs at a better efficiency level compared with the other one. If your car is like mine which is smaller in size with small engine then this mechanism can truly amplify the gas mileage of your car.
