2012-11-25T10:25:00.001+00:00

I bought this clutch in China

Very keen on its zip detail and fine leather.

there's even a detachable shoulder strap

Bargain! :-P

Probably it's a copy of some brand (Highly likely Mulberry)

but I don't care

Oh well, doesn't matter..

I am happy I am back

though I didn't have internet access to share some amazing photos at the time

I still have saved them until now to reveal to you

This Galaxy is just for us, us COSians in TianJin

Glad that I came here to support the opening,

I've met so many different but sweet people

Though you are going back to where you are from one after another

But please remember this Galaxy, where our memories were created

TianJin 古文化街

2012-11-12T12:11:00.000+00:00

I am always fascinated by Chinese culture

Even though I am quite familiar to it..

I also get inspired by their old houses, colours and the food sometimes

So I am trying to make the most of it when I am in China this time

I had a stroll at the so-called "Tianjin Ancient Culture Street" today

To me it was too modern to be called "Ancient"

but yet it still preserved (or maybe recreated) some quite authentic ambience there

This "Eye of TianJin" is not far from the Ancient Culture street

Very small, nothing like London eye

but hey, on TripAdvisor, it is one of their must-sees ;-)

Some souvenirs for myself :-)

Going Below

2012-11-11T23:56:00.000+00:00

As the temperature is going below tomorrow

we went for a hot pot tonight after work

Good food, good buzz

It's always nice spending time with colleagues

:-)

Beijing

2012-11-09T23:30:00.000+00:00

I went to Beijing today

Apart from the fact that they did frisk search and x-rayed my bag at every single place I went,

in every underground station, at the touristic places, etc,

Beijing is a rather nice city to visit.

Tian An Men

Got the Forbidden City panorama-ed

I didn't do much in Beijing actually

I needed to meet a friend in the afternoon for dinner.

I think I will have to go again for the Summer Palace and 798 Art Zone

And maybe the Great Wall.. ;-P

I will also have to spend another day in TianJin next week

as I was so stunned by the night view by the river last night when I came back.

Gorgeous, no?

Am still recovering from the jet lag

So it's actually nice to have a day off after my first day at work

Had a stroll near where I work

Very good area,

Though it would be even better if there were more people around ;-)

Salute, Chairman Mao

I am now in China for business

excited, apart from being jet lagged!

Just Another Black Boots

2012-10-21T17:49:00.002+01:00

I've got a pair of chelsea boots from ZARA

and damn they are good!

Despite all the negative comments about their shoes,

I don't find my boots any bad from the day I got them

Well, so I keep searching in ZARA if I want some shoes shopping..

There you go,

as soon as I saw them on the website, I decided to have them immediately

Good price, too

Urbanears

2012-10-20T14:09:00.001+01:00

I just purchased these headphones from Urbanears yesterday

As my old headphones were pulled and broken while my iPhone dropped on the ground the day before..

SAD FACES!!

Love the colour and style variation in this brand

I've chosen the model of Plattan in colour of Forest

I like the ideas behind the design

And the different approaches to the audience

Their graphic works are amazing as well

you can see the efforts really shone through in the manual book and the video on the website

Urbanears Plattan from Urbanears on Vimeo.

Anyway, I am really happy with this purchase.

Hope this one lasts longer than the ones that I have ever bought

I saw this girl on my way to work the other day

Let' start from the top

Love the well groomed hair

Love the olive green blouse/shirt

Love the black leather jacket

Love the purple skirt

mmmm... not sure about the legging underneath

but they will get away with the fact that she is wearing a long skirt

So, I like the look so far

BUT!!

EXCUSE ME?!?!

What shoes are you wearing??

Have you really thought through what kind of shoes that really match your stylish above-ankle-look?

I hope you have another pair of shoes in your bag or at work

I believe you do!! PLEASE!?

Long Belted Coat

2012-09-26T23:36:00.001+01:00

I have been looking for a perfect belted coat for this winter

It's actually difficult for me to find a dream one as they have to meet below criteria

(I am just fussy..)

High street price

Made in wool

With lapels

So I have narrowed down to these 2

COS £175

Reiss £295

Which one do you think suits me better?

I prefer the Reiss's colour and design, but would it look like a bath robe when it is belted?

(I wouldn't belt it anyway)

and it's a bit pricey for me

I have loads of coats

and I know I wouldn't be wearing this one all the time if I had it

should I spend that much money for A coat?

COS one is cheaper and the quality is actually not bad.

Grey coat is also easy to style with...

But it doesn't really tick all the boxes to me

Hmmm... Don't know....

OR!!

DO I REALLY NEED ANOTHER COAT?
