It has a nice and comfy interior which is not too noisy and just best suited for dining.Yum yum...Ok, here are the pictures for your viewing. I love their wantan - with lots of meat fillings and it's huge. The soup base doesn't contain too much of MSG and artificial flavourings as I believe it is boiled with chicken stock . They even have western menu and we ordered their pizzas..miniature ones anyway..but with lots of cheese toppings and super thin crusts at all sides..even thinner than the Dominos. haha..But it's really good and bet they came up with their own recipes and invention..:P The sambal..oh my...spicy and hot but still I love it so much..haha. It just goes perfectly well with about anything and added up spice and appetizers to the dishes..I dipped them in wantan, pizza's and even my own plate of fried noodle..haha. :D

Slurpy yummy deicious Dim Sum in Ipoh

<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5350346038528015826" style="DISPLAY: block; This place was said to be very popular in Ipoh and given anytime of the day, it's always fully packed with people ..especially early hours of the morning and you are talking about 6-7 am!!! haha...Ipoh folks are just used to sleeping by the time the clock hits 10pm..wow. Whenever I visit Ipoh, the very one thing which I definitely will not miss is the "Kopi Peng" ..haha..It's somehow or rather different even when you drink it here in Old Town Kopitiam or even those available in Packing. Anyway, say no more but happy viewing on these mouth watering delicacies. :P

Food food food!!

Recently been attending lots of wedding occasions in Ipoh amost every month forthe past three months..haha..anyway, my pictures are basically uploaded in Facebook nowadays..except for food ..I'm reserving the space right here!!! :D these restaurants in Ipoh have suprisingly nicee food and worth the price you pay actually..unlike in KL. I guess blogging is like a passing phrase now for me and it will be like using your time off if "only" you have any to spare...so this is what happened to me now exactly...:( Since today is the only time I seriously gotta do some spring cleaning to the files in my camera, I tought why not just write and post up some bits...hahaha..will try to keep it fast though..as I had so much housework to do and clothes ironing and I can tell u it is such a hyper busy weekend for me and thank god I'm also off on Labour's Day which usually I dont get any days off on Public Holidays... Ok, the food tasting is really great and imagine it's such memorable environment with first class treatment by their friendly and professional staffs and even the chef came out as an introduction and for us to give comments and suggest for any improvements on the food and presentation later on. Fantastic huh? :P Anyways, it is my sister who is getting married there ..hehe:P I'm just one who can never be more happy to lay my eyes and appetite on the sumptuous wholly great food in such a posh hotel. Here's the food, food oh food..just the pictures alone is so mouth watering already isnt it? Enjoy.

<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5331444041030511762" style="DISPLAY: block; This place we are going has some impressive and classy interior that will surely give an applaud to whoever that visited here. It's cool and posh ambience will definitely make you sit there for hours without a fuss and enjoying your food slowly and relaxingly. We spent a total 2 hours plus with the buffet style service and there are over 58 different cuisines from all over different China provinces which represents each dishes. The only setback was that they are seriously lacking in staffs and chefs...there's like just one chef serving for more than 5 tables at one section at one time and thankfully we are one smart bunch of people and we swiftly ordered almost 15 varieties of dishes for the very first time and totally regret it later on as we practically and unknowingly stuffed up ourselves with chunks of meat and it's seriously so unhealthy. :P But anyway their taste were great , really not something which you can get a chance to eat locally.....the chef must have been from Beijing himself else could have taken up and mastered the Beijing culinary skills there maybe! :P Well, enjoy having a feast of viewing these pictures Ive taken..and anyway right now, it's really worth it going there to check it out as they are having some sort of promotion at only RM 28.80 per head where it's unlimited orders for all the 58 dishes variety but with just one shark fin serving per person. Eat till you sweat and it's even more than the price worth you get back isnt it?

<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5331462053159060962" style="DISPLAY: block; My bf stumbled across this place through a friend which recommended us here for some special "date" or occasion which could marked our memories and encarved it in our heart for long...hehe..It has a victorian style interior divided into two different sections which display a different setting of cos..we choosed the corner area where it is nearby to a "see - through" window allowing us to view the scenery especially when it's sunset by 7pm evening...U are seriously gonna love it a lot. :D But one thing - an exception - you may not gonna like it so much from the exterior view since it's a bit old fashioned design - haha ..so don't let that impression dropped till you get in first, okay? Their menus changes every 3 months and price are subjected to 5% Govt tax and 10% service charge - haha..but it deserves it since you will be treated as one of their VIPs with excellent service of cos.

It includes classic Western dishes with a subtle touch of Asian flavours. For starters, a variety of soups and salads are always on the menu. Succulent seafood platters, spice encrusted rack of lamb, grilled rib-eye steak, panfried halibut and seafood pastas are standard favourites as main courses. The chefs also present local Malaysian Nyonya dishes: Top Hats (a signature starter and locally known as kueh pie tee), laksa and a variety of sambals and curries are regularly featured. For desserts, the restaurant offers home-made delights such as ice creams, bread and butter pudding, crumbles, a rich variety of cakes and local Malaysian desserts like cendol, ondeh-ondeh, pulut hitam. Customers often order the cakes to take home. I really can't remember what we have actually ordered, but all of them tasted superb!!! You should take your loved ones there and try them out yourself as it's worth it!

For more information of this place, check this link out:

http://www.top-hat-restaurants.com/menu.html

Eating out at Shabu Shabu Restaurant, Bandar Puteri Puchong

yum yum....I guess this place is already famous among all eateriens from all over everywhere..so I don't think I need to talk about much as its too publicized already..:P I couldnt think of how many times I've came here for some healthy steaming food or whenever I crave for some healthy steamboat ..the toughts about freshly boiled vegetables, spinach, and a variety of selections ranging from meat balls to cuttlefish and lots lots more!! I think why this restaurant has became so successful till today was due to that the price is great at only RM 25 per person and it' s buffet style which means it's unlimited - you eat as you pleased including the delicious pork rolls! On top of that, you get to eat under comfortable and air con environment! Put in comparison likewise places like Johnny Or Coca restaurant, both are a losers to Shabu Shabu in my opinion cause they lacking in terms of price and food freshness and taste!! :P Shabu shabu will only be my one and only place whenever I miss steamboat! What about you? Oh yes, recently not long ago, I have noticed that the other outlet which is not serving Buffet Style has closed down or rather relocate to the other area which Im not too sure..I just found out as of recent and apparently they have expanded the second outlet to 4 storeys high...that's what I heard though..any idea?

NOTE: This post was dated back to February - which was when this outlet (the one that is not buffet) ** was still around. :D

Shabu-Shabu Restaurant

No:19, Jalan Puteri 1/6, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong.

Tel: 03-80605221

Business hours:5 pm - 11.30 pm

Attending my colleague's Wedding in Singapore

<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301570667203690226" style="DISPLAY: block; Imagine I was so happen taking a bus from one of the various bus stops in Singapore and was amazed to notice that they even had a board stating the duration of the next bus availability at that particular bus stop! Wow..I was speechless at that point of time in fact.

You don't have to worry about having more damaged skin under the hot scorching sun as everything was built underground especially if you are relying on their MRT which basically readily covered every single neccesity route in and out of town area. Our LRT versus MRT are basically the same as both uses Computer to control but the biggest shortcomings for Mys is that it fails to accomodate some remote places such as Subang, Shah Alam, Puchong and even in some areas in KL! Anyway, I had such a wonderful time strolling along the Singapore Clarke Quay where you are about to witness magical scene of floating boats and restaurants along the river and all the colourful lights litted up beautifully whilst making the whole place come out alive in darkness. I went here on my last night before I departed back to KL and thank god that I did not miss this at all. Sentosa Island was just as sweet and refreshing as an eye opener. We took the cable car which took us hanging up in the middle of the Island above where I could mesmerize and capture every single scene for some time to last I believe... Everything was so good except for one weakness in Singapore for when it comes to a place known for heaven in food. There is less variety and taste wise was below average.. I went for a shopping spree on my first day upon arrival covering almost all the main city area such as raffles city, Orchard Road, Bugis Centre ...It was damn tiring and due to over walking, I suffered feet sores and during my way back, I could hardly walk straight anymore...hahaha..:D Please do have a good view on some of the pictures I;ve taken along the way..trying my best to get the best snap out of a normal camera of mine sadly..:(

<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301572728579366562" style="DISPLAY: block; That's actually part of the reason why , but also because most of my friends are not local, therefore they won't be around during CNY as most would be busy celebrating their festive mood back in their hometown. But as quiet and boring as it seems to some, I do really enjoyed my CNY holiday. What about yours? The restaurant that we went was in fact not our first visit but probably the second! I remembered our first time was specifically aimed at trying out their so called famous hairy crab which are also known as "super costly" just like eating a piece of gold bar..:P But we ended up not having any hairy crabs but just taking a good view at these crabs displayed proudly in front in different aquarium tanks. hahaha. Even our 4th CNY dinner "Lou Sang" doesnt even have any crab dish in since we choosed the package promotions. Believe me, the food taste and quality was really superb and fantastic and frankly really an eye opener . Price wise was not that far off from being term as "expensive" too. So, I am definitely sure this won;t be my last time here....

Ho! Bravo and Kudos to you guys. They stayed up late in the wee hours of the morning, started off from scratch with the snowman. It was made up with shreds of newspapers crushed up to form 2 round shapes - One for the head and body, holding it in place with lots of cellophene tapes and masking to ensure that the shape does not fall off. That's just the internal frame of the snowman..as for the external part, they used up layers after layers of white cotton wool to stick on it with glue. The snowman little fingers were made of wooden chopsticks from our pantry! hahaha. As for the mini black hat , eyes and buttons were made from black coloured paper and whiteboard for backing. The christmas tree was definitely using the snow white theme with green leaves and droplets of snows from the white cotton wool. How brilliant isnt it? :D The colourful lights which was litted up in between the leaves left me mesmerizing the beauty of human made art! :D We even did have some gift exchange during christmas among colleagues - The suprises and thrills really indeed changed the entire working mood from boredom to excitement during that period. It's unforgettable. The picture taken with me, is my good working buddy and that's my gift for her..erm I didnt have one yet bcos the mysterious person who is supposed to buy me christmas gift had not prepared any yet..:-( Poor me.

Note: The actual date when this happened was not in January. Oh yeah, well the reason being of our visit here was to try out new place and secondly it's a course of celebration since my dad just got his bonus/increment at the right time around CNY!! :D hehehe... Dishes that we ordered were Patin Fish steamed with ginger (They called it Teochew style), Butter fried prawns, vegetables, Pork Ribs with Ginkyo Nuts, Roasted pork and Char Siew..Overall the food really indeed fall off our least expectation for this so called class restaurant in hotel somemore. The service is fine..but the food taste were really less than average as it's dull. Nothing to shout upon - it wont make you jump off your seat with the "wow", "yummy" slurp reaction which makes you crave for more after first helping. The worst was with the Patin steamed fish. I was very eager with the Fish dish and couldnt help but being the first to try it when it was served. The first scoop and taste in my mouth almost made me puke due to the muddy stench - smell of fresh water fish in muddy water. It's too much that it is almost unbearable frankly. We just couldnt start with for that dish and decided to inform the chief waitress about it if there is a possibility that they could change it or else cook a different style or something...... well, u know what? it turns out that the fish was indeed in not an exactly "tip top" condition where it is fresh. Hence whichever way it is cooked, will have the same result. hahaha. I was shocked and speechless. Don't know what to say about this place..well, let's just say never try , never know. I don't think we will re-visit here again due to the bad experience. It has several branches , one in One Utama, Sunway Pyramid, Wisma UOA, KL and perhaps many more outlets coming up soon as it's really doing good in it's business. There were so many customers seated at the table including the old. It has nice ambience, quiet and peaceful environment for you to enjoy while savouring their Localised food originated from Japan. They even hung up pictures against the wall during the Japanese colony and the antique drawings and paintings really enthrilled me with curiosity of the Japanese tradition and I was starting to imagine thingss....haha. If you wish to call for their steamboat style, you will be given a mini steamboat stove with gas for the preparation. Believe me..it's like a huge eating episode for this one visit..I couldnt almost cover all the servings laid on a long table right in the centre of the area for you to serve yourself and help yourself with the food. It's like few rows of table laid on with wide selection of varieties ranging from Lamb stew, Lamb Shank, cod fish soup, mutton soup, teppanyaki style ranges, Fried Tempura, Salmon fish, sushiesss, raw stuffs like their giant oysters , snails , prawns, lobsters, abalone /seabass and so many others which I think frankly It's absurd for me to be remembering every single dishes and what they are called as ..to me, I just eat what I've taken and dont bother knowing what names as it's just too manyy!! Here were just some of the picture shots I've taken during that time for your viewing..It's a nice place to dine out if you wanna try almost everything under the sun for Japanese food. It has amost anything at all..you name it, you have it. Sometimes they may even have some promotion and discount to be given away ..so do keep an eye for it as it's going to be more worth it that time. ;)

Lunch at Dapur Nonya, Restaurant - Bandar Puteri Puchong

I guess these will only be some of the many postings which happened as of not as recent ...dating back to probably few months ago...So, I'm trying to recall back as far as I could still remember - hopefully my memory doesnt fail me. :P It's only this week period which I think I have some free time to spare writing again as i'm on a week off for CNY celebration! :) This restaurant was situated in Bandar Puteri, around the heart of Puteri town centre opposite the Giant supermarket. The food basically are just quite the usual common things other places served, nothing which mades me think it relates to Nonya cooking .. but if you are someone who enjoyed chillie, something to sting ur tastebud, you may wanna consider this restaurant. We ordered a couple of things like their Fried Oyster dipped in signature sambal, Tom Yam Fried Rice and Kuay Teow. Food taste overall not bad, tasty enough and the price was on slightly above average range.

<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5295813233439835202" style="DISPLAY: block; I love going out to attend these as you may get to observe how different couples hold their wedding bonquet and the rules and traditions involved and practised. This one which we attended last weekend was really unique and yet one of the most classic wedding I've seen. It's nothing like those usual red cloth laid on tables and red carpets which symbolises wealth and happiness in Chinese restaurants or hotels, but it's more like a very Westernish style which the wedding ceremony itself was held in a Bungalow or In-House thingy which in actual it's a western restaurant which serves western cuisine and it's famous in Ipoh. The name of the place is called "INDULGENCE". The theme used was also very westernish with elegant white droppings decorations with blue flowers. The bride and bridegroom are such marvellous couples and the bride looks really elegant and pretty. Both are doctors in their profession which obviously explains most of their wedding simplicity, elegant and style which has it's class of its own. It's a a buffet lunch which holds at least over 200 guests and one thing the rainy weather almost dampen the occasion as the extension area was wet due to the heavy rain and the area where we sat needs to be moved in slightly.haha. Following a speech and vows exchange witnessed by all , food were served and started with songs played by the band and videography displayed on the LCD projector to be viewed . It's really so much of a difference unlike the fuss and hassle of the traditional chinese wedding which has endless list of rules and procedures isn't it? I think I would like one of this for my wedding and perhaps simplicity has it's own perfection in one's eyes - depending on how you would view it as be. :)

Quick Note - Taking a break & Wishes to all Readers

Hey all...I guess I got to apologize for my absence being for almost one month now...and it's only because I'm really caught up so much with work and my personal arrangements and plans which left hardly any time for myself...hai..it's pathetic really. As usual we ordered so much food ranging from peking duck their signature dishes, Prawns with Maiyonasse style and Cream Honeydew as side dressing, Brocolli stir fry with garlics, Sweet and Sour fish slices since it's always my sister's son favourite..so this is a must as not to dissapoint him..haha.., Pork ribs, and Noodles as usual.

I've been spending most of my time snapping away especially my sister's son who is the centre of attaction as always - the star of every event that we had. Food wise was quite up to satisfactory..just that the pork ribs was way too fatty. practically you are just eating the chunks of saturated fat layers that makes up the entire pork rib itself..yucckss..not a fan of that ..so I didnt even touch one bit of it!! :D The rest was fine...few days back I got my sister's son a gift so as it's something which will edge in his memory on his very visit to Malaysia with us..since I wouldn't know by then when he would be coming down again after this...it could be when he is a teenage boy then! I was worried that he would not be able to recqonise this little aunt and evrything fades off quickly....:( Besides..this is some is something which I wanted to do all along..since he was so much addicted into the Gadget crazy stuffs like Nintendo games..I bought him the Edge card with a 2GB memory where he will have over more than 30 games downloaded to that chip which at first he only had like 3 miserable ones. haha. He loved it soo much..He was indeed one spoilt kid for his age and lucky one too! I don't think anyone his age could have such a luxury with games, toys and so many other stuffs to play with. The western age and technology terms are way much different than in Malaysia nevertheless...it's so obvious which you can notice it especially when it comes to their education. He is suppose to do a presentation back in UK school to share his knowledge and experience while in Malaysia. . .wow..I was speechless after knowing that..:O

well, anyway the total billa mount came up to about RM 260 roughly..which is expected since it's quite a large crowd. I don't think it's that pricey though so long as food is good. :) Burrp,,,again...Im so full right up my throat..haha..on our way out the entrance, we took another few shots for remembrance and so happen there was this little girl around his age or younger maybe walked near my sister's son where he was playing with his toys just bought from Mid Valley..the little girl approached him extending her hands, wanting to grab his toys ..it was so funny..I regretted not having to record a video during that time..he was so stunned up and gave a grin not knowing what exactly to react .... haha..it was so fun watching little kids and I wished I was back to those old younger days again..:P

First Dinner Gathering with sister and family @ Golden Dragon City Restaurant, Kota Kemuning

<img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5263559302205583314" style="DISPLAY: block; It has been a busy week every single day as they were pretty much occupied with activities, trips and dinner almost every day till a time where it's kinda hard having to sqeeze in our time for any solid conversation...furthermore it's gonna be harder with their 6 yr old son ...

Anyway, this restaurant has also been my very first visit since it's where my youngest sister work currently..it's a golf club resort in Kota Kemuning area meant for rich and well to do folks living nearby that area obviously...the place loooks really posh and the facilities like the gym is situated at a very scenic and good spot facing the swimming pool ...it's definitely a relaxing place to be in..but i doubt that anyone who could be utilising the golf arena if not for the middle aged men and women basically at least over 30's to 40's range..haha...There's this restaurant called Golden Dragon City and inside setting really look classic and romantic...food were actually not bad at all, but service I admitted was rather sluggish..as we waited for every single serving for at least 20 min to half an hour despite the fact that there weren't much customers during that time! After all, it's still a good dinner for long as we truly enjoyed the company of my sister and especially their smart and mischiveous little boy whom never failed to entertain us with his moves, play and talk! He seriously talk like an adult and I bet he would grow up to be a handsome and smart man in 5-6 years time down the road...He has a very strong englishman ascent when he speaks which I don't have this difficulty hearing the conversation when it's with my sister's husband..suprise huh...:S

Well, basically to cut the story short, we ordered 2 plates of noodles since the whites do not appreciate our staple food which is rice ..hahaha..and food like butter prawns, sweet and sour fish , Steamed fish , vegetables, roasted duck , fried fish slices dipped in Thai authentic sauce which is really spicy..and sorry for some of the pictures which will be missing since I was just too focus on eating since I was really hungry ..haha..and some of the shots were also taken when it has been half way touched..:D The total amount came up to RM 254 including taxes and chinese tea..well, it's actually worth it since we ordered a lot of dishes in fact and in a table of 10!! Burrp..it was a fullfilling meal nevertheless and we were quite satisfied anyhow. :)

Daorae Korean BBQ Restaurant - Birthday celebration with Dear

It has always been a very special day for me when it comes to my dearest birthday but at the same time it had been also a big headache planning on where, what and how to give him a suprise and make it as special as it could be.. As usual, thank god I had one burden less off my shoulder when it comes to gifts since every year , it will be transformers for him until to a point I felt it's nothing extraordinary...anyway, what else can I do? when it's just gonna bring smiles and laughter to him the moment he receives this. . . I had been sitting on a fence for quite long on deciding where to take him for dinner...western? Eastern? Chinese? or what? pheww...We wanted to go Cave restaurant at first, but then due to convenience in travelling, choice of food and environment wise, somehow that doesn't materialise. Western is just a no no for him since it will be too filling till the extent that he won;t enjoy the meal already. In the end, we picked and go for healthy food as usual which usually falls for Japanese else Korean!! haha.

We went to this branch at Sri Hartamas and it's also being my first time as well..It turns out not bad thankfully! But it's really weird initially as we need to remove our shoes below the staircase before going up the place...there are also metal look alike "chimneys" hanging up from the ceiling on every table seatings...which I don;t know what the hell it is at first..but then it has a purpose..the stove area which is meant for grilling and cooking will emmits out smoke which will then be absorbed up the chimneys to clear the air and reduce greasiness..Brilliant huh!? :D As for the food, it is more or less like the standard Korean style with either steamboat style or individual servings of noodle and rice...But I think their main attraction is the steamboat style. Service was really good as there will be enough staffs catered to look after and give a helping hand on the grilling part and practically serve us without having us to worry about cooking it ourselves as there could be a thousand and one ways of proper cooking. It might be disastrous if we are left to ourselves with that part..hahaha. The readily grilled pork was not just as simple as popping it in your mouth and eat but there were more to it..Dipped the grilled pork with their sesame oil sauce with fried shallots, a piece of garlic with their special Korean sauce and some thin shreds of look alike vegetables which tasted sour slightly...After having all these in place, you just need to wrap it tightly and firmly with lettuce and da ta!! It's ready for eating but you gotta popped in one go into your mouth to really enjoy!! :D It's really a whole new experience of actually having to taste original Korean food. Yummy....The total bill amount came up to RM 90 for two and I think it's still worth it though it's a bit pricey but on occasion like this, it's just no regrets at all. I will definitely visit here again and it's not going to be our last. :) The staffs there are Koreans without doubt and friendly as well. Environment is cosy and comfortable.

John King Egg Tarts

The other day we went to One Utama for some shopping and came across this small stall selling lot's of pastries which seems to claim that all their pastries recipe are originated from Hong Kong...To testify the truth, we decided to check it out since the area was crowded with people stopping by to make their orders. . My bf loves egg tarts , so he is just like a guinea pig sent by me to do some experiment on these. haha..Well, the verdict was, the pastry crusts on the outer layer was fragrant, soft and appetising. However, the egg fillings was not as good as some other places which he had eaten before. So, that's the feedback. :P I'm personally not a favourite fan of egg tarts, and will only have some if only I'm so hungry and there's no any other choices left for me to choose. . Yummy yum yum..anyhow it's still a nice try and go have some for tea breaks or supper perhaps!! :D

Voltron Force...

Time is so close towards my dear's birthday and since the real date falls on weekday, sadly we knew that we can't celebrate it due to different working shift hours ..so I decided to give him suprises and treat all long before his actual birthday and I think it's kinda good news for him since he has been longing for this Voltron masterpiece since he was a kid but could only watch and eyes turn green with envy seeing other kids having all the 5 lion collection pisces where he could only owned 2 of the complete set after having to save up money on his own. I wanted to fullfill his wish, hence I happily offer to buy it for him. He was all in smile and jumping in joy - Seeing him really made me look into the eyes of a young boy grinning with contentment while fiddling, meddling and playing childishly with his cute 5 pisces of lions ready to transform into the Voltron soldier..haha.

I can't imagine how much toys I've bought for him, but in a way it is such a relief knowing what to buy instantly when it is approaching his birthday every year! hahaha. I think he has got so many collections by now basically transformer models and masterpiece that it's high time he buy a nice glass cabinet to proudly display his precious things! :P But it's really such a classic toy and has splendid colour combination which makes it more attractive compared to transformers...they even had the metal version which costs RM 600!! But his, is the plastic version which is just as good in fact since it's really no point cutting throat just to fork out that much money for toys cos it aint gonna be worth it anymore... :)

Eating German Sausages @ Euro Deli Shop, Damansara

It was just one of the many Sundays which my bf suggested something out of the norm...He wanted me to try the german sausages at one of the restaurant in KL itself..after having to browse through several websites , frankly I came up with several different outlets which claim to serve just as good German sausages...haha..There's no way of you verifying the genuinety and originality of sausages termly branded as being Germanish. After some consideration, he finally pointed out this shop which is what he meant after having to lay out several restaurants which he failed to distinguish! haha..funny huh..Since, its also my first visit here knowing that furthermore there was really quite some good review about this place, I was kinda excited with the idea. SO there we go..heading off to KL only to realise that the shop is closed during lunch hour and will only open starting 5pm to 11pm . so we were left hanging as we have at least about 5 hrs more to go and didnt know what we can do to laze our precious 5 hours just for this restaurant, we then decided to go to their other branch at Damansara Kim, SS20/11. The direction was really tricky as it is somewhat located in one of the many back lanes in the housing area and hidden. So you will just need to play around by driving few rounds and trying out the lanes leading there, but you will definitely find it eventually.

It's really less impressive in terms of their main branch in KL and smaller . So the place inside was kinda small but unexpectedly, it turns out to be a large crowd and incoming customers as soon as the other group left . So business seems really good even on Sunday late evening. The shop is quite a cosy and a peaceful spot to have a quiet uninterrupted dinner or lunch..Staffs are friendly and I don't think they look like local people...and they have a chef who is as huge as an ogre and he must be a german. haha. We tried German beer and also sausages of different types ..he had Pork Loin..hehe..it's so much so thick even in small chunks and rather salty..but the smell of roast pork just barbecued from the hot oven was just too overwhelming...it's really not bad. But I'm just too filled up to my throat as everything is "pork meat". .! Anyway I do enjoyed my meal and also the beer...It's smooth and soothing. :P Total bill amount came up to RM 82 inclusive of Service and Tax charges.

Euro Deli Shop S/B

No: 41, SS20/11 , Damansara Kim PJ

Contact Number : 03-77267495

Eating out @ Shikiya Restaurant at Plaza Low Yat, KL

Pheww....it was another one of my visit to KL again and usually it was not because of having to scout for toys, IT gadgets and finding for new places to dine, I don't think I have anything to do with KL since travelling alone nearly take one hour depending on traffic condition. This place has been so far the first I've been ..it has the usual range of Japanese set and individual plates but since I was really hungry and didn't wanna walk too far off after a long and tiring day..There are quite a number of restaurants at ground floor of Plaza Low Yatt and quite good ones as well. Seriously, KL was rather a big area with too many small and short cut lanes and lot's of eateries where you could enjoy good and cheap food ..just that you don't know how and where sometimes...hehe...:) I can't really recalled the price of these food that I've ordered but I can safely say it's fairly reasonable and tasty. The fried onions dipped with flour was really yummy as it's fragrant and tempting. The Salmon fish that goes with the rice was really appetising as well since the gravy which goes with the grilled salmon fish was a bit sour sweet with a tinch of lemon. He had the usual noodle with seaweed soup nothing which is uncommon. It's a worth place for eating if you are finding for a different typical Japanese restaurant for a change.

Lovelyy Gifts all the way from Hong Kong....

Recently my sister just came back from Hong Kong and she bought lots of cute and wonderful gifts for us ...It is strange to know why gifts over out from Malaysia always seem so different and pleasing to the eyes..I was so thrilled and excited and particularly so captivated with all these cute stuffs .. Sigh..I wanna go Hong Kong and I must ensure that this is a surely dream come true by year 2009 no matter what it takes even if it means digging out all my hard earn money and splash it on a one time trip. I'm planning to cover not only in Disneyland and Hong Kong but also Shenzen.. hehe..:P Meantime, let's have a look at all these wonderful gifts and even those candies and tit bits packing looks so cutee. I even get to taste their Hong Kong famous "Lo Por Peng" and its yummy delicious. haha..:D Basically I was so enthrilled with the accesorries stand which is carved and shaped into a womenly figure with hooks at the top for you to hang up your ear rings...according to my sister it is bought from the famous "Lui Yan Kai"..it's a place or a name of the street where these were bought from. Whereas the candies and biscuits together with the cups, fridge magnets and pillows were basically bought from Disneyland itself.

Cries of 6 adorable kittens ....

Past several weeks ago, my bf's house had been quietly and unknowingly invaded by almost a dozens of kittens and almost left unnoticed if not for the weak but hungry cries of the kittens all hidden up in one small corner at his front porch with their mother nursing them with milk...They are all sooo cute and adorable and it's animal natural instinct for their mom to protect their children when sensing danger or potential threat for any human or moving object coming close..:) The mother cat was hissing fiercely showing it's sharp pointed teeth when she saw us...and that strange growling noise. ..But after a while it got acquainted with my bf ...and out of his warm and caring heart which taken me by surprise , he even cooked sausages and cut it into smaller pisces for the mother cat to eat almost several times in a week. Perhaps due to that, things seems different after that...I knew he really adored the kittens very much and quite frequently I would notice that he will take a peek inside the cutboard box or stroke them while playing. hehe..:P It's a pity that later on after that, the mother cat pinched all of her kittens away to the backdoor neighbourhood and ever since then, there were no signs of the kittens any longer...but initially after the first night of dissapearance, he could still hear them crying in the middle of the night or when it started raining ...poor thingy...I just prayed and hoped all 6 of them will still be in safe hands and condition no matter where and what..:( Sometimes, you will never understand why the mom choosed to leave even knowing obviously, she need not worry about her children's safety, there's always food and shelter from rain and shine....sigh..Anyway, here's just a short video clip I've managed to capture during one of my visits to his place ...It's just an intended memory which I just wanted to put it up here for him or whomever that has the passion towards animals especially cat lovers..Hope you will enjoy it. It's not a perfect video with good quality ..but it's watchable..:P
