I am not just dieting to lose weight i am dieting to completely lose thsi weight and keep it off in other words a lifesytle change. SO far I am on day 4 of this diet. It is going to be more expensive then what i have been eating. but I am excited. I already feel like I have more energy. What I am trying to do is eat less and completely do away with simple carbs such as refinned breads, cereals pastas and the like.
