Montag habe ich den 8 km langsamen DL gemacht (Daten folgen noch, die GPS Daten sind defekt, die muss ich erst fixen). Nach dem Lauf hatte ich ständig Probleme. Das fing an bei der Wade, die zwickte, über das Knie was nach kurzer Belastung dick und heiß war, bis hin zur Hüfte, die beim gehen weh tat.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Heute ist es wieder einigermassen gut. Wenn es klappt, dann mache ich heute und Sonntag noch je einen Lauf. Aber nicht die, die im Plan stehen. Eventuell einen lockeren DL und einen langsamen am Sonntag. Mal sehen was die Beine nachher auf dem weg nach Hause meinen.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Das nur kurz zur Info, nicht das Ihr denkt, ich hätte hingeschmissen ^^</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Zu allen Läufen (außer den langsamen DL) kommen jeweils 10 min zum Ein- und Auslaufen dazu.</p>

Das Tempo war super und der Puls ging erst richtig hoch, als der Körper Probleme bekommen hat.</p>

Die Temperatur und die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit forderten ihren Tribut und zwangen mich dazu, die letzten 3 km abwechselnd langsam zu laufen und zu gehen. 1 km vor Schluss konnte ich sogar nur noch gehen.
