Here is the next event we are very excited about hosting at Extended Play Gallery! Each Saturday over December and January we will have a small pop up shop showcasing lovely things made by some great artists.

The artists involved include Benjamin Sea, Brooke Bobridge, Cat Rabbit, Eveline Tarunadjaja, Heiko, Jam Fancy, Laura McKellar, Lilly Piri, Little Glowing Lights, Mel Stringer, Sarah McNeil, Wendy June, Yok... and many more. 

Our official opening will be:

Saturday 12th December 6 - 8pm

Hello! I've been a little missing in blog-land action lately. All I have been doing is making drawings for people, which is fun of course but I'm a little tired and I have a blister on my thumb. I thought I'd pop in and tell you of another great thing happening... the No Vacancy Christmas Market!

It runs from 4th - 6th December in QV Square in the CBD, Ev and I are going to be sharing a stall together and it should be lots of fun. Thank you if you came down to my exhibition opening last friday, it was lots of fun! Very happily and surprisingly most of the pieces found new homes which was nice. Actually, there was almost a little too much fun had which resulted in a slight mishap with the keys to the gallery and a late start in opening on Saturday. Apologies if you came down on Saturday and found us closed, mmm... do promise to be more professional in the future.

Tomorrow, Once Upon opens in Sydney at Ambush Gallery and I'm sure it's going to be a great exhibition. If you are a sunny Sydney-sider pop into Ambush Gallery (4A James Street Waterloo) between 6 - 9pm. I'm not allowed to show you my full four pieces just yet but here is a tiny preview. Do you want to know a secret? My exhibition opens in six days and I don't have one finished piece yet. I am supposed to have four pieces in Sydney by tomorrow for the Once Upon exhibition and they're not finished yet either. I also have two big illustration jobs due by the end of next week. I'm trying to concentrate, enough to bend time and space. I think it's going to be a long night.
