There are a lot of things that I did not know about being pregnant. I have read all the symptoms and saw them being exaggerated in movies, but little did I know that they can really take a toll on one's body.

I am already on my second trimester which most experts say is the easiest phase of pregnancy. I must say that is absolutely true. I have enough energy now to travel and do a little bit of shopping for my little bundle of joy every now and then. To aid me in being in my comfortable state but without sacrificing style and fashion, I have been wearing my Aeroblu slippers most of the time.

So I finally got my hands on the most talked about foundation this year. Unfortunately for Tarte, not for good reasons. The lack of shades for women of color definitely spun a lot of heat for this foundation. Tarte issued an apology and added darker shades to the line afterwards. Hopefully, other brands will learn from this slip.

Truth be told, I don't need another foundation but I adore my Tarte Shape Tape concealer so much that nonetheless, I decided to give this foundation a swing. I live in a humid and tropical country, so I opted for the Matte formula. Choosing the shade online can quite end up in a hiccup so I just settled with Light Sand which is also the shade that I wear with the Tarte Shape Tape concealer.

I know that I've been slacking from blogging these past few years. But if there is one thing that you all should know, my love for beauty did not fade through the years. I may not be posting my beauty hauls as much as before, but believe me, my make up addict alter ego still lingers beneath my soul.

So here I am finally sharing with y'all my updated skin care routine. I follow the 10-step Korean skin care routine because I just find that my skin absolutely adores the products from the Land of the Morning Calm.

Just so you know, I have extremely sensitive skin that it annoys the hell out of me most of the time. Having pointed that fact out, I really struggled a lot (read: break outs, rashes, etc) before finally curating the perfect skin care routine that didn't just make my skin go all psycho, but also improved the appearance and texture of it as well.

Now that I am already a home maker, I find myself going to the supermarket more often compared when I was single. I plan, list and shop for all our groceries. Ever since I discovered the power of using freight forwarders, I have buried myself into online shopping - as in buried real deep. I no longer join pre orders and I stopped pestering my family and friends living abroad to buy stuff for me and oh boy, it was indeed very liberating. I have naturally wavy hair and every once a year, I have my hair rebonded. Believe me, I tried to embrace my natural waves but my curls are just quite tedious to style. Awesome Kitchen Finds At Miniso Japan

Now that I'm married (tied the knot last December), my priorities definitely changed gears. I find myself (happily) spending hours in the home section, looking for bits and bods for our new abode. I stopped buying make up brushes and instead, I'm slowly growing my kitchen utensils collection.
