i am quite busy for the past months....

for now i am trying to arrange for an activities which will be an affair to remember... i am working on a kids activities to have a TREE PLANTING (with a kid and parent together) 2010 on a place where new trees should be needed.we all know that trees are being illegally cut and no replacement has been made.

have you tried planting trees for the environment? if not, then this is now the time...

A Husband Supermarket (to make your day)..

A store that sells husbands has just opened in New York City , where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates. You may visit the store ONLY ONCE !

There are six floors and the attributes of the men increase as the shopper ascends the flights. There is, however, a catch . . .. you may choose any man from a particular floor , or you may choose to go up a floor,but you cannot go back down except to exit the building! So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband .

On the first floor the sign on the door reads:

Floor 1 - These men have jobs and love the Lord.

The second floor sign reads:

Floor 2 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, and love kids.

The third floor sign reads:

Floor 3 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, and are extremely good looking.

"Wow," she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.

She goes to the fourth floor and sign reads:

Floor 4 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, are drop- dead good looking and help with the housework.

"Oh, mercy me!" she exclaims, "I can hardly stand it!"

Still, she goes to the fifth floor and sign reads:

Floor 5 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, are drop- dead gorgeous, help with the housework, and have a strong romantic streak.

She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor and the sign reads:

Floor 6 - You are visitor 4, 363,012 to this floor. There are no men on this floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please.

According to an article I have read, the internet offers a lot of work opportunities for the ordinary people like YOU and ME, in the comfort of our home. Web marketing, web development and web optimization are the rapidly growing areas of services. One particular aspect is ONLINE ADVERTISING. Online Advertising is the creation of advertising campaigns to get the attention of the potential customers to certain products and services that internet companies offer.

Paid-To-Click (PTC) marketing has earned the interest of many online advertisers today. A PTC site is a profit sharing online advertising business company that pays its members to visit an advertiser’s website. PTC sites allow advertisers to reach their target customers.

A PTC site guarantees traffic to advertisers’ website through the link it provides. A member is a registered user who clicks on the links provided by the PTC site. An advertiser, in return, purchases a required number of clicks from the PTC site.

Members will earn money by clicking and viewing those advertisements for a required period of time. In a day, a member may click a particular advertisements only once.

Members can only earn through referrals which can either be a direct referral of referral for rent. A direct referral is a registered user joining under your account. Direct referrals can be your friend, an officemate, or a relative, who do not share the same internet access with you. A referral for rent, on the other hand, is a registered user who has no referrer and is set by PTC site for rent.

Another way for members to generate income is to pay a specified amount to the PTC site to upgrade their membership. Upgrading a user’s membership means a registered user can get more ads to click, can earn a higher amount of pay per click and get a higher commission for referral clicks.

PTC sites pay their members for each website they personally view and each website their referrals view. Payment request can be made when members reach the minimum payout and are processed through a payment processor, such as Alertpay and Paypal. Minimum payout is the required minimum amount specified by PTC sites before a member can request for a cashout.

In joining PTC sites as an alternative income,

• You need a personal computer with internet access to perform your online activities.

• You must have a valid email address to use when you sign up to a PTC site and for payment processor. You can sign up and create an email address from any free web based email such as Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail. You can sign up for free on a payment processor, like Alert Pay or PayPal Account to receive/send payments.

• Visit PTC websites and register for a FREE account to become a member. You will need to provide your username and password. A username is the same as the account name or login name. A password is a secret word or string of your characters that is used for authentication to prove identity or gain access to a resource.

• Login to your account and look for a link like’’ SURF ADS’’ ‘’VIEW ADS’’; ‘’VIEW EARNINGS’’ or ‘’EARNINGS AREA’’ to start clicking. In viewing, you need to wait for the confirmation that it is completed, like a ’done’, check mark or ‘$’, to appear before closing the advertisement. Make it a daily habit to log-in to your account and click links until you have reached the minimum payout.

• Build your own down line by getting referral under you or by paying to rent referral from PTC sites. To have more earnings is to have more active referrals who habitually click their advertisements. Remember that once your down line starts building, your earnings will increase.

• When minimum payout is reached, you can request for cash out. While some PTC sites can process cash outs instantly, other sites will require a specific period of time to process cash outs. Cash outs can be credited to your payment processor account. You may withdraw your money through check or through bank transfer subject to the payment processor guidelines.

• Remember that you need to register and become a member to numerous PTC sites to maximize your collective earnings.

Stressed at work? GAME ON!

AT LEAST 50 percent of my daily news feed from my Facebook “friends” is about their games updates. Someone just bought a harvester in Farm Ville. Another one needs help in ordering a hit on Mafia Wars. Yet another one took a photo of her pet in Pet Society and made it her profile pic (uhrm, that would be me). Time stamps of these feeds indicate that these games are being played during office hours. Talk about stress-busting at work!

Playing online games during office hours were frowned upon in offices about six years ago. Today, the atmosphere has changed radically. Companies are beginning to embrace the idea of letting their employees play at work for, believe it or not, productivity and motivation purposes. Perhaps these companies realized they could not stop their employees from stealing company time by playing online even with sophisticated software installed in the system to monitor employees’ activities online.

Thanks to companies like Snowfly, Inc., online gaming during office hours are now legitimized because of the advantageous effects of its web-based incentive software programs. It developed a gaming program called Capstone which rewards employees for playing. In return, the company gets real-time results that help determine the productivity and morale level of its workforce. Too good to be true? It’s a win-win situation for both employees and the company, if you ask me.

Aside from incentives, online gaming in the workplace is now also being used as training aides. At Novartis in London, employees play interactive games online in order to familiarize themselves with company policies and code of ethics. This most certainly makes seminars and workshops a lot more exciting than merely looking at Powerpoint presentations, watching videos, or performing skits.

This should not, however, provide employees with a convenient excuse to become a slacker at work. Games, in any form, are addicting. It can defeat the purpose of de-stressing and/or learning through online games. All work and no play can make you dull, but more play and less work may make you lose your job.

Asia Pacific shoppers go online to hunt for bargains - survey

MANILA, Philippines - Bargain hunters in Asia Pacific are using the Internet to seek out best buys from online merchants and auction websites, according to the Visa e-Commerce Consumer Monitor1.

The survey found that the most important reason for respondents to shop online is to be able to compare prices and save money (42 percent), followed by searching for bargains or discounted items (24 percent) and saving time (23 percent). The ability to compare prices and save money was the top reason cited for shopping on the Internet for respondents from Korea (54 percent), Australia (52 percent) and Japan (41 percent).

Bob Joubert, Visa country manager for the Philippines, said: “Budget conscious consumers in Asia Pacific know that some of the best buys are on the Internet. As online merchants across the world offer attractive promotions during lean economic times, there is no better time for consumers to land cheaper buys from the Internet. From knick knacks to branded goods, online shopping is not only a smart way to save money, but is also a convenient way to browse a retailer’s full range of products whether at home or abroad.”

Across the region, more than three in five respondents said they have participated in online auctions - 79 percent said they participated in an online auction on a local website and 69 percent have participated in an online auction on an overseas website.

Heading the list, respondents from Hong Kong (91 percent) are the most likely to have participated in an online auction on a local website, followed by Australia (87 percent) and Korea (77 percent). Overseas online auction websites are most popular with respondents from Hong Kong (83 percent), Australia (72 percent) and India (71 percent).
