<p>A brain stroke is when a blood clot blocks one of the arteries<br />
leading to the brain or it can be when an artery ruptures and<br />
allows blood into our brains, thus causing extensive damage<br />
to our bodies. Brain stroke can cause paralysis, loss of hearing<br />
and loss of speech for a time and inability to walk normally<br />
just to name some of the damages done to our health matters.</p>
<p>We must learn to eat properly and healthy foods such as<br />
adding lots more raw foods in every meal, exercise on a daily<br />
or at least several times weekly such as brisk walking, drink<br />
water instead of all those sugar loaded and caffeine loaded<br />
drinks, especially those energy drinks that are causing<br />
damage to our bodies at an alarming rate. Eat way more lean<br />
proteins and adding the beans and legumes for that great<br />
fiber to improve our digestive and immune systems.</p>

<p>Hypertension is an issue when your blood pressure readings are<br />
constantly over 130/89 and upwards of that, headed to high blood<br />
pressure. That, my friends, is the sign of danger when it comes to<br />
your heart health matters. It is a sign that you need to change your<br />
eating habits and lifestyles immediately.</p>
<p>Why did I do to have this happen to me? We all need to be<br />
reminded that foods heals and that stuff that is processed is just<br />
something to eat to satisfy cravings such as those donuts, cakes,<br />
brownies, sodas, energy drinks and what a list we have!</p>
<p>Hypertension is usually that long list of things we are doing and<br />
have adopted all of our lives of just eating to eat, and drinking to<br />
drink whatever we felt good about. Was it healthy green<br />
