You should be aware also that some people have adverse reactions to medications like Monistat which are used to treat yeast infections. A lot of people have no reactions but it has been reported that some people might experience vaginal pain or a burning sensation. In fact continued use of these drugs if you experience such a reaction can make your vaginal pain worse. As an alternative you have the choice of using herbal remedies to treat your vaginal pain but you should do so only if you’re certain you want to, and if you’re not taking any other medications. homeopathy

If your vaginal pain is severe in either of these cases, you should consult with your doctor immediately to see what relief might be available to you. pain

The confusing part of all this is that studies researching headaches and menopause continue to be inconclusive. Some show frequency and pain improving once menopause has set in while others have said just the opposite. Some women seem to be lucky enough to never have another headache again once they become menopausal, while there are other women who have never been known to be headache sufferers who find themselves suddenly stricken with horrible migraines. Some researchers question whether these changes in headaches are menopausal in nature or just a reflection of aging. Studies show that even after age fifty-five migraines are still more prevalent in woman than in men. This makes some researchers certain that they are hormone related while causes others to question why even after menopause migraine pain is still so bad for women. Remediation

There are often changes just before menopause sets in. This period is called perimenopause. It is the beginning of the major hormonal changes that will make a woman’s life more difficult until it settles down. It is the stage when hot flashes, emotional turmoil and night sweats are daily events. This will continue until the hormonal changes are completed. During this stage headaches are usually worse. Beware if hormonal replacement therapy is suggested, especially if you are already a headache, or more specifically, a migraine sufferer. Hormonal replacement therapy, also known as HRT, is known to make migraines much worse. Do not let doctors push you into this if you have worries about headache pain. As well, some studies have shown that there are medical issues related to hormonal replacement therapy that need to be researched before you accept your health care provider’s recommendation to begin this medical intervention. remedy

There are two types of menopause one of which most woman will deal with. One is natural, when the body itself goes through changes over time as it adjusts to the hormonal fluctuations of growing older. When it is a natural menopause, studies show that women find a sixty seven percent improvement in headache suffering. Results also show twenty four percent will notice no change. But sadly nine percent will find their headaches get much worse. If it is the second form of menopause, a state that occurs after the ovaries have been surgically removed, there is only a thirty three percent improvement in headache suffering noted while research shows an increase in headache pain in sixty seven percent of patients. homeopathy

What your headache history has been may no longer have anything to do with what you headaches in the future will be like. For example, many women are known to suffer from terrible headache pain during their menstrual periods. When these stop, because of menopause, very often there is a change in headache activity. Although only rarely is it a complete stop in headache pain it is usually a marked improvement. pain

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a disorder of the wrists where the median nerves are located. The symptoms include tingling, pain, and sometimes weakness in some parts of the hand. There is no known drug treatment for this disorder. Usually, therapy will do, in which case, the patients are given anti-inflammatory drugs or injections of cortisone in the wrist to reduce the swelling. If all else place, a surgical procedure may follow. One herbal pain remedy that helps alleviates pain and inflammation associated with this disorder is the Sangre de Grado. This herbal pain remedy has been used for hundreds of yeas by local civilizations living along the Amazon River Basin. It has antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-hemorrhagic, and anti-inflammatory properties. This herbal pain remedy is concocted from the red sap of Dragon’s Blood, a species of tree that grows only in the Amazon area. holistic healing

This disorder of the bones and joints are common among the elderly and is characterized by chronic pain along the bone areas, especially the joints. An herbal pain remedy that can be used to ease the symptoms of this disorder is the Sariva Rasayana, an Ayuverdic formula used by Indians for centuries. This herbal pain remedy is made from Sarsaparilla Root or Indian Smilax root which is said to be a good blood purifier and diaphoretic for rheumatic inflammation. remedy

A new version of Vertebroplasty, Kyphoplasty actually realigns the kyphosis of fractured vertebra before injecting the bone filler. Kyphoplasty uses a balloon to make a void where the damaged part of vetebra is so the bone filler can be injected correctly and to its optimum ability. Take note. If you do suffer with back pain there may be an underlying problem that needs medical attention. It may be that you have damage to your bone or muscular structure you are unaware of, if you visit a doctor you may find a simple solution or you may need to have a surgical procedure to correct the issue and alleviate your pain. Surgical procedures do sound scary, and people can feel anxiety at the prospect of having surgery, but with medical training being at its best, you do not need to worry. If you are feeling very uncomfortable about an impending surgery, talk to your consultant who will be able to explain the full procedure to you. pain

Green tea contains hundreds of powerful antioxidant chemicals called polyphenols and has been cited for helping prevent problems ranging from cancer to heart disease. But studies also suggest green tea may help prevent or ease symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Surgery to alleviate back pain: Sometimes back conditions involve spinal injury and due to the severity, need surgery to correct the issue. Back surgery is moving forward at an astounding rate with new surgeries being carried out quite frequently and with amazing results. Without surgery a persons injuries can become progressively worse and make life difficult for the sufferer. holistic healing

Vitamin D is a tough one to come by in foods, but shrimp fills that bill, since they have about 30 percent of the daily recommended amount in about three ounces ? much more than a cup of milk. Shrimp also contains omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin C, along with other nutrients essential for general health, including iron and vitamin B12. Hard or soft, fresh or ripened, cheese in all its variety is an excellent source of calcium for bones, and protein for muscles and other joint-supporting tissues. Cheese can be easily sliced to put on a cracker or a sandwich, grated into your favorite recipe, or eaten alongside an apple or pear for a fresh, quick snack. Remediation

Commonly referred to as one of nature’s ‘perfect foods,’ bananas are perhaps best known for packing potassium, but they’re also good sources of arthritis-fighting vitamin B6, folate, and vitamin C. They’re easy for your body to digest, and since they’re a great source of soluble fiber, they are an important player in your weight loss efforts, because you fell full after eating one without consuming a large number of calories. If you are in need of vitamin C but aren’t a big fan of citrus fruits, reach for a green pepper. A single green pepper contains 176 percent of your daily needs for vitamin C — and colorful red and yellow varieties have more than double that amount. That makes them richer in C than citrus fruits, but sweet peppers are also excellent sources of vitamin B6 and folate. remedy

With some thought and planning, it’s easy to make these nutrient-dense foods part of your daily diet. With choices from virtually every food group, you’ll soon be well on your way to arming yourself to battle the pain of arthritis and begin to manage it from the inside out. Salmon is among the richest sources of healthy fats, making it an ideal source of omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, salmon contains calcium, vitamin D, and folate. Besides helping with arthritis, eating salmon may protect the cardiovascular system by preventing blood clots, repairing artery damage, raising levels of good cholesterol, and lowering blood pressure. homeopathy

For years, herbal medicine was the early man’s first line of defense against many ills and accidents that were bound to plague him. By observing animals, man learned how to use leaves, earth, mud, and water to make soothing applications and treatments. Today, we still use herbs to cure the tiniest discomforts although the methods we now use have undergone a refinement from when they first appeared in man’s to-do list. These current times, the use of herbal remedies is growing rapidly, especially in the United States. Not only are they cheaper, they are also natural, ergo, safe to use. The food and drug supplement industry generates more than $1.5 billion dollars annually in sales of such products. And the thing about it is that it’s not only people who use herbal remedies but animals as well. Treatments

FrequenSea tastes a lot like a delicious fruit juice. A daily dosage is approximately a half an ounce a day, although some people when under stress prefer to take two or three ounces per day. There are mixed opinions in the medical community about the use of marine phytoplankton in helping those suffering from eczema. Many more alternative health therapies are quicker to embrace this type of option to decrease eczema flare-ups than are more conventional healthcare providers. Marine phytoplankton can be taken orally and /or some people like to use it as a lotion and apply it topically to their problem areas. One of the biggest advantages of marine phytoplankton is that it encourages the workings of a healthy immune system. Health

Although it cannot be easily obtained from the seas, it is therefore grown at many land sites in a “patent-pending, state-of-the-art controlled environment.” The most well-known and successful form of marine phytoplankton is a product known as FrequenSea. FrequenSea is a tonic that is a blend of a number of beneficial ingredients for the human body. Besides marine phytoplankton it includes ionic sea minerals, sea vegetables, herbs, aloe vera, frankincense and asataxanthin sea algae that comes in a blueberry and cranberry combination with just a twist of lime. Diseases & Cures

Marine phytoplankton or “Mother Earth’s Milk” provide the food supply for the biggest animals and fish in the entire world. They also happen to be the species that live the longest. These species include many types of whales- baleen whales, blue whales, bowhead whales, humpback whales, gray whales and right whales. All these animals feast on marine phytoplankton on a regular basis. These whales’ live long durations (in the area of eighty to one hundred fifty years) and they exhibit both tremendous endurance and strength. To use an example, a whale shark which eats plankton as a consistent part of its diet can grow as long as fourteen meters. It can also reach a weight of up to fifteen tones and it remains sexually active for the entire duration of its life. As well the whale shark can live upwards of one hundred fifty years and more. Its ability to make oxygen is well known. However marine phytoplankton is prohibited from being harvested directly from the ocean because international treaties protect it because it is the only regular source of food for a great many kinds of whales. Without it whales would become extinct. Acne Cures
