Ezreal

2011-12-20T13:30:00.000-08:00

Ezreal is free this week, i've been waiting for this what seems forever!

Check out this guide: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/booshidos-ad-ezreal-43156 if you wish to rape as him.

Ahri, the Nine-Tailed Fox

2011-12-15T03:35:00.000-08:00

Champion spotlight has just been announcing the new champion, who will most likely be free to play for a week over the Christmas period. Very interesting mechanics!

Sona, possibly the best support

2011-12-13T04:56:00.000-08:00

She's free this week, played 3 games so far - won all 3 games.

She definitely turns the tides of all team fights.

A new jungle?

2011-11-25T12:15:00.000-08:00

Amongst other things, the jungle in LOL will be changed in the upcoming patch.

Each camp will provide a buff, the monsters will be easier early game, and the rewards will scale with level.

Your opinion?

My penta-kill as Tryndamere

2011-11-22T05:44:00.001-08:00

Here we go :)

A fucking armoured bear

2011-11-22T04:45:00.000-08:00

A mo'fucking armoured bear will be the new champion.

Undoubtedly a tank, who probably fires lightning from every orifice.

Your views on Tryndamere

2011-11-19T10:17:00.000-08:00

So I played a game as Tryndamere, first game in what seems centuries.
I pulled off the following score; for which I got a lot of grief.

Do you think that this champion is overpowered, a noob unskilled champion, or just an ordinary champion?

I admit I hate fighting against a fed Tryndamere, but I am interested in what other people think too

Wow, Shyvana

2011-11-15T05:39:00.000-08:00

She's free.

She is TOO fun to play.

This game was a 4v5 for the last 20 minutes or so too, so it was pretty impressive that we won (especially as enemy Trynadamere could take me down in about 2 seconds)

Playing as Teemo is a mushroom gamble

2011-11-14T04:15:00.000-08:00

Teemo has been free this week, and he's the only champion I have played as from the free rotation.

It's like a little casino of mushrooms when playing as Teemo, gambling where to put them.

Carefully placed mushrooms can pay off, and I have got randoms kills via mushrooms exploding on fleeing champions.

Here is a SS of a great game played yesterday.

Maxed out Teemo

2011-11-10T04:27:00.000-08:00

Today was the first time I played Teemo, and I can see why people enjoy playing as them.

I used to be really frustrated by Teemo while playing as Yi due to his blind, plus their mushrooms.

This was one of my first game as Teemo, which resulted in maxing him out.

Another new champion :)

2011-11-09T09:29:00.000-08:00

Riot has just released details over another new champion arriving to the LOL world in the coming week, known as Fizz, the Tidal Strider.

You can read up on this new champion via this link: http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/news/champion-sneak-peek-%E2%80%93-fizz-tidal-trickster

The graphic on the site kinda hints that the champion may have a pet Shark? But I cannot see how that would be implemented into the game, so it's probably just a tease. Still, the recent champions have been amazing to place, such as Shyvana, so I am really excited about the indication of another new champion!

Starting to get dull

2011-11-07T07:29:00.000-08:00

So I reached level 30.

I have yet to play a ranked game, but recently i've been playing badly as i've been bored.

I spent IP on runes for Xin, and the rest on Swain. I've got the desire to unlock Katarina.

I just feel bored.

What can I do to spice up my gameplay?

A boss Xin game

Just thought i'd share this with y'all

Champion sale

2011-11-03T04:58:00.000-07:00

Now and then we are blessed with a Champion sale - this time we have been given the chance to purchase Gragas, Cassiopeia and Skarner for 50% of their original price (very considerable, seeing as the saving is about 30 games worth of IP for Cassiopeia).
You can check out the post here http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/news/champion-sale-50-skarner-cassiopeia-and-gragas.

Personally, i'm trying out Graves as he's in the free rotation.

Shyvana, The Half Dragon

2011-11-02T09:02:00.000-07:00

Has been revealed!

You can check out her details here: http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/news/shyvana-half-dragon-revealed.

Just an update for a previous post.

Graves, the OP

2011-11-02T08:59:00.000-07:00

Does anyone else agree that Graves is currently a tad overpowered?
Immediately, from level 3 in dominion, he often seems to take away about 50% of my health (champion dependant) with just one ability.
I heard he's getting a nerf soon (perhaps todays patch), but he is now part of the free champion rotation - time to give him a whirl to see what the hype is all about.

Do you agree Graves is OP, or if not, who is?

Shyvana, The Half Dragon

2011-11-01T05:04:00.000-07:00

Watched the video and the champion looks really interesting. If you're interested in the champion, you can read more and see the video here - http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/news/champion-spotlight-shyvana-half-dragon

I imagine quite a lot of people will be purchasing this champion once they're released; really look forward to playing against them!

Swaaaaaain

2011-10-30T12:52:00.000-07:00

So as I said in my previous post, I unlocked Swain.

Played 3 games with him so far, and this was the best - I managed to get 2 QUADRA kills - that's huge considering my total score was 10 kills.

Swain

2011-10-29T08:33:00.001-07:00

Just unlocked Swain.

6,300 IP.

Played one game - seems really enjoyable.I dont think he has the potential to rack up huge kills like Akali, Yi etc, but we shall see over the next few days!

Also I should be hitting level 30 at last this weekend, huzzah!

I said I would deliver..

2011-10-23T09:58:00.000-07:00

Well I said in previous posts that i'll try and get a good game with Akali.

She is actually pretty hard to play, especially when your team is awful. Even though she's an assassin and designed for 1v1, when your team feeds the enemy it becomes god awful to attempt 1v1's.

She is also often targeted to be killed first, so expect a lot of down time.

But here it is, my best score so far with Akali, I believe it's some sort of accomplishment.

Even though it's not LOL...

2011-10-22T02:08:00.000-07:00

MISTS OF PANDARIA HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED!

So Blizzcon was last night, I tuned in right as they announced the trailer.
And.
Oh.
My.
Gosh.

Was so excited. Even though I haven't played since the release of Cata, it was still so exciting to watch.

Will be subscribing again for the expansion (Diablo 3 + WoW for a year for £100 or so? Good deal).

The Harrowing!

2011-10-21T01:17:00.000-07:00

The Harrowing is upon us!

This was released yesterday which brought around a few changes. Graves, the Outlaw has been released. I have already played multiple games with this champion fighting by my side, who performed really well.

The Harrowing itself has brought a few Halloween related changes to the League if Legends world. New Quintessences, skins and items, all of which can be viewed here (including the trailer): http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/harrowing

Should I branch away...

2011-10-19T02:26:00.001-07:00

If LOL gets boring for me to play, or youre bored of reading about it, then what games would you recommend?

At the current moment in time I am waiting it out for Diablo 3.

Any suggestions or feedback, drop into the comments :)

To all my Polish friends

2011-10-18T12:55:00.001-07:00

The Polish League of Legends has been released, so congratulations to you all!

Also, bit the bullet and purchased Akali, see if I can play well with her like I have done with Yi, Xin and Kat. Expect some good scores heading this way soon (hopefully..)
