My Life As A Baby

A Visit To Lilliput

2009-05-12T16:03:00.003-04:00

There is a charming town square in Cranberry Twp. called Lilliput and it is just the place for tiny people to go and enjoy a day out and about.
There is a TV station, a coffee shop, a market, a fire/police station, a doctor's office, a car service station, and a train station complete with train table.

There are not too many pictures from this day but here are a few.

Here I am in the Market, checking out the fruit display.

I'm getting ready to work the tow-truck.

The tow-truck needs some air in the tires so I am working on that.

Now, I'm ready to go!

Playing in the Sandbox

2009-05-12T15:39:00.004-04:00

Look at my Turtle Sandbox!
Doesn't it look like a lot of fun to play in?
I certainly think so and so do my dinosaurs.

Happy Easter!

2009-04-14T08:31:00.003-04:00

I hope everyone had as nice an Easter as I did.
I had so much fun on my Easter egg hunt. At first I didn't want to give up my eggs to put them in the basket but then I found it was much easier to collect more eggs if I did so.
I also liked Easter because I got some new toys, including sidewalk chalk.
And of course I love the candy, more...more!

Coloring Easter Eggs

2009-04-14T08:26:00.004-04:00

This weekend I was allowed to help color the Easter eggs. Well, I was allowed to watch, I wasn't able to do much helping. In fact, after a while I was given a bunch of plastic eggs to play with while the coloring was being done. I didn't mind though, I didn't have to worry about these breaking.

Ms. Fix-it is on the Job

2009-04-09T15:32:00.003-04:00

Today it is nice again so I was able to go outside and play, um, that is, work. Since it had been cold outside for a few days I was quite behind in my jobs. Luckily I have a trusty brontosaurus to assist me. He makes sure I get to the job on time.

I might need my saw so I better get it out.

Hmmm, which wrench is the right size for the job?

Ready to hammer away!

Come on Bronty, we're late for work!

A Walk in the Pines

2009-04-09T15:20:00.005-04:00

These pictures are not from this week. This week it was cold and there was snow outside. But these are from a week or two ago when it was nice outside and the hyacinths had just started to bloom. I was having fun sitting in the big chair on the deck and playing in the pine trees.

Nice Weather Days

2009-03-19T11:25:00.003-04:00

We've had some nice weather days this March and so I've been able to get outside and stretch my legs. There are even some flowers blooming. I like flowers, they smell nice. I have a big ball to play with outside. That's a lot of fun. I hope the weather stays nice so I can go outside every day.

Look at my Shoes!

2009-03-19T11:19:00.002-04:00

Here are some pictures of how I came back after my Mommy told me to go get my shoes.

And this is how I put on my hat.

Happy Valentine's Day!

2009-02-18T14:07:00.003-05:00

This is a little late but I would still like to be your Valentine, won't you be mine?

Here are some pictures from my Valentine's Day.

My Daddy bought me a Valentine's balloon that I really liked.
And the card from my Mommy and Daddy was one that I could color on the back!
That was a lot of fun, since you know how I love to color.

SNOW!!!!

2009-01-23T08:54:00.003-05:00

There is lots of snow on the ground and on days when it is not *too* cold, I'm allowed to go outside for a little bit to explore this white wonderland. My Daddy even made me a snowman! He also made me a little sled to pull me around in.

The snow is fun but I don't like to stay out too long. It's cold out there!

A New Hair Style

Here are some pictures of my latest hair style. This look is straight from Animal Crossing.

A Budding Artist

2009-01-10T13:28:00.004-05:00

One of my Christmas presents was a set of crayons. This has been a lot of fun and I like to draw everyday.

Here is my first masterpiece and some shots of me at work.

Christmas Fun!

2009-01-09T14:31:00.004-05:00

Wow! Christmas was a fun holiday. I had lots of visitors and I got lots of new toys. It's hard to pick a favorite toy because I like so many of them. And not only toys, I got lots of new books too.

In fact, it was so overwhelming and exciting, I was heard to exclaim "Oh look at that!" a couple of times.

Here are some pictures from Christmas and the days just following.

Hello, Santa

2008-12-25T19:57:00.003-05:00

Last week I visited with this man in red. He told me he would bring me lots of gifts and today I see that he was right. Now I wish I would have smiled more when I was visiting with him.

One Year Later...

Here I am with my Rudolph...last year and one year later.

My Thanksgiving

2008-12-02T11:11:00.006-05:00

Happy Thanksgiving!

Here are some pictures from my Thanksgiving trip to visit my Aunt Angie and Uncle Pete and then my Grammy and Grandpop. I also got to see lots of other aunts and uncles and cousins, and my two Great Grandmothers.

I want to be a rock star like Uncle Pete!

There were plenty of leaves at Valley Forge for me to walk in.

Here I am with my Great-Grammy

I was so excited to pet Peanut - she didn't run away or lick my face!

Cows, you had better not lick me!

Decorating for Christmas is fun!

Look at this nice horse!

Here's a picture with my Grammy and Grandpop on Thanksgiving.

Playing in the Leaves

2008-11-15T21:32:00.001-05:00

Playing in the leaves has been a lot of fun for me this year. In the video below I'll show you how much fun. First, you rake the leaves and then you play in them!

Helping Outside

2008-11-10T17:18:00.003-05:00

Last week's nice weather gave me a chance to help outside. Here are some pictures. There's more leaf pictures coming soon...

Happy Halloween!

2008-11-03T09:17:00.004-05:00

Well they tell me that Halloween is for dressing up and going to people's houses to either trick them or to get treats. The whole thing didn't make much sense to me and I was quite tired and preferred to be carried rather than walk. And now I can't even eat the treats I got. That's not very fair! Maybe next year will be better. But I did get to visit Grandma and Grandpap, Uncle Scott, and Abby! And I did have lots of pictures taken of me. Here are a few.

Help, Mom! There's a big spider on my head!

It's fun exploring a new yard.

Oh, no! Is that a ghost over there???

Picking Out My Pumpkins

2008-10-30T08:14:00.003-04:00

This past weekend I went to the farmer's market's Fall Festival to pick out my pumpkins. There were many that were too big for me that my Daddy had to load in our wagon but I was able to find one that was just the right size for me. After picking out our pumpkins I enjoyed the festival by eating some apple dumpling, french fries, and fried dough. It was all yummy. Then Mommy took me through the corn maze. I had a lot of fun.

Abby, will you be my friend?

2008-10-16T13:08:00.004-04:00

My grandparents have a dog named Abby who I was very happy to play with last weekend. Well, happy as long as she wasn't licking my face. It was nice, she didn't run away like my cat, Sylvester does. Here are some pictures from my visit.

A Short Walk

2008-10-13T08:44:00.004-04:00

Since I've been walking pretty well, my Mommy has taken just a little bit of video of me. I guess I scramble away too fast. But here is a short clip she was able to take last week while I was playing outside. She took more with the movie camera but hasn't been able to get that edited yet. Maybe I'll be good and take a long nap today so she has time to work on it. Then again, maybe not.

Touring Gettysburg's Battlefields

2008-10-04T23:52:00.005-04:00

After spending the day in Hershey, my parents took me to Gettysburg. Here they took me on a tour of the Battlefields. While I didn't necessarily enjoy the audio tour, I did enjoy getting out and examining the monuments up close.

I especially enjoyed climbing on the rocks at Devil's Den.

Touring the Battlefield is tiring, I had to take a nap.

Here I am walking downhill.

Isn't this bear adorable.

He was one of many I saw at the Boyd's Bear Barn.

Visiting Hershey!

2008-09-30T11:32:00.002-04:00

My parents took me to the sweet town of Hershey, PA. Of course, I have to take their word for it that it is sweet. I didn't get to eat any chocolate.

We visited the Hershey Gardens where there is a great Children's Garden. In the Children's Garden is a Butterfly House with lots of different butterflies. You weren't allowed to touch them, but I tried to anyway.

There were lots of fun things to play with in the gardens. Here I am dancing with this pig.

After my nap, I was able to play on the grass in the shade of some big trees.

After we left the gardens we went to Hershey's Chocolate World where I saw how chocolate is made. These singing cows were part of the tour.

Pretty Purple Poseys

2008-09-21T22:40:00.005-04:00

I was walking around on the deck and came across these pretty flowers. They were very interesting to me and I had to investigate them thoroughly.
