When I am alone thinking about you, I want to hug you forever. Whenever my lips utter your name, I want to hug you forever. When my eyes begin to see you, and my ears hear your voice, I want to hug you forever. When my heart calls you And in my imagination, I am holding you, I want to hug you forever.

If I Were King

noreply@blogger.com (Anonymous) — Wed, 05 Mar 2014 15:25:00 +0000

I often wish I were a King, And then I could do anything. If only I were King of Spain, I'd take my hat off in the rain. If only I were King of France, I wouldn't brush my hair for aunts. I think, if I were King of Greece, I'd push things off the mantelpiece. by Alan Alexander Milne

Lone flower

A flower alone In an abounded building Blooming peacefully No other greenery in sight Winter comes The flower stands strong Fights the cold weather And manages to survive The next spring The flower continues to bloom But is still alone

Buds

noreply@blogger.com (Anonymous) — Mon, 03 Mar 2014 16:58:00 +0000

New leaf buds of happiness sprout each waking day

When the sun rises and I feel you laying next to me

And my little birds, known to me

as my children Nest around me saying,

they notice how happy I've become

So, here you are tonight. I just grew another leaf.

And everyday you're here for me, I grow another.

I want to take this moment to say a humble,

thank you To the Lord above, and to you...for my new leaves.

Handing My Heart To You

noreply@blogger.com (Anonymous) — Sun, 02 Mar 2014 18:07:00 +0000

Handing My Heart To You

I'm delicately handing my heart to you,
In your caressing hands to forever keep.
I'm giving you the chance of destroying me,
And I know I'm in your love too deep.

I'm giving my entire self to you,
All of my mind, body, and soul.
Handing over to you my everything,
In hopes, you'll be the one to keep me whole.

~R for Rubescent~

This is not easy to understand
For you that come from a distant land
Where all the colors are low in pitch -
Flaming Red, orange deep and rich,
Where light's flaming with Sky's blue -
Here is a beauty and the hue!!!

On the Paper Heart

noreply@blogger.com (Anonymous) — Thu, 24 Oct 2013 16:39:00 +0000

On the Paper Heart

I'm not someone with a paper heart,

sewn delicately on my sleeve,

exposed to fingers to tear.

How can people wear it so unveiled?

How can they be so gullible to
indifference of possible scored trust?

My heart of flesh echoes rhythms
of mortality within me, enabling me
to keratinize my soul, never crumbling from fire.

~M for Macro~

How large unto the tiny fly
Must little things appear!-
A rosebud like a feather bed,
Its prickle like a spear;

A dewdrop like a looking-glass,
A hair like golden wire;
The smallest grain of mustard-see
As fierce as coals of fire;

The Auto Rickshaw (The three wheeler)

Look around, the roads seem strangely quite and peaceful
No noise and Pollution? Nothing running amok like a mad bull?
A flash of lightning, and it jumps out from the frying pan,
Here comes the AutoRickshaw, so watch out Super-Man!

K for Kermes

(Kermes: Bright Red color)

Red is an Indian
A Valentine heart,
The trimmings on
A circus cart.
Red is a lipstick
Red is a shout
Red is a signal
That says, “Watch out!”

Black is the feeling
That nothing is right
Black is the sky
On the darkest night

Black is hot tar
On a newly made street
Black can smell quite putrid
When exposed to the heat
