today i doing radiology scan when the scanner go through its kind of can see light although
i already close my eyes can feel dizzy
but very good service at SUNWAY medical center.

today i check blood pressure and shock suddenly above 140mmHg (It was stage 1 hypertension)

so i found a good classification for you all to check if you all have the range blood pressure as below;

normal -> less than 120mmHG
Prehypertension -> 120 - 139
Stage 1 (beginner) -> 140-159
Stage 2 (dangerous category) -> 160 and above

So if you have doubt, please see doctor immediately
since many young people died at unexpected age (like actor tam and asri rabbani)
