Family Game Night - Easy with SpinMaster Games!

Anyone else love a good game night? My family has always done game night. It's just always been a fun day of the week to plan on getting the family together to let loose, and just have some fun!

So recently, when Tryazon had a new party opportunity open for SpinMaster Games, I jumped on the chance to apply!

Luckily I was selected to host, and we were able to have a super fun game night party!!

We received a selection of 6 games to check out and play! Those games included:

All of these games are actually available for purchase on Walmart, and you can click on the game names above to be taken to the items on the Walmart site.

On the night of the party, we put all of the games out on the table, and we let the kids pick which games they wanted to check out first.

The first one they chose was Soggy Doggy.

Definitely a game that is more geared toward kids, but it was still fun for everyone who played! Essentially, you roll a dice to try and be the first one to get around the board. If you get shook on by the dog, you get sent to the start, so the game can take a turn at any moment! What I loved most, is that this is a game of luck - so anyone can win! My 5 year old son won the first game of the night, and it made it extra fun for him!

The next game we ended up playing was Less is More. This was a super fun game for the adults - but the kids didn't quite get it. You basically use as little letters as possible to give hints to have everyone guess the secret word. My family loves word/mind games, so for the adults who played - this was a big hit.

Our next huge hit game with everyone was Sink N' Sand.

First off, the game features Kinetic Sand - so if you have kids, hearing that, I'm sure you already know that kids love it. What I loved about this game in addition to just the game play itself, is that it was simple enough for the kids to help set it up, and have fun doing! My kids took turns putting in the rods, and hiding the ruby that is used for the game, in the sand. For this game, 4 players place their figure on the top of the sand, and then you take turns pulling out the rods. The last person to be standing, wins!

If you're lucky enough to find the ruby hidden in the sand, you get a free pass if your player falls to the bottom!

Our next game was Escape Room The Game, Escape Your House: Spy Team Board Game.

This game was fun. You basically complete complete 6 different missions to try and "Escape". If you're a fan of Escape Room, or challenges, you'll enjoy this a lot. It's definitely different then any other game I have played in the past. It was definitely too difficult for my kids to comprehend, but when they are the right age, I can totally seeing this as a family favorite!

Next up, was Hedbanz.

This game was definitely the biggest hit of the night! So fun! It is literally a game I could play for hours, because you never know what you might get. This game is for everyone!! Basically everyone puts a head band on and then you draw a mystery card and place it in your head band, so you have no idea what you are, and you have to try and guess by asking questions that other players can only answer with yes or no. You could be a piece of food, a car, and animal, and so much more!!

My 5 year old sun loved it, and my 80 year old grandma loved it! The funnest part is trying to guess what you are. If you don't guess it, once you figure out what you were, you'll be kicking yourself.

This game gave us tons of laughs, and I would highly recommend it! A new favorite for family game night!

And finally, we played Beat the Parents.

Another unique game, unlike any I've played before. The kids loved it of course, because what kid doesn't want to beat their parents during game night?!

This is a challenge and trivia game that puts parents up vs. their kids. The fun part is that when you play, both parties put up wagers that you can play for. For example, your kids could say if the parents win, the kids will take out the trash, while the parents could put up that they'll take their kids out for ice cream. Definitely a fun twist on a game, that I can promise you, the kids love! A must have for families with children.

Overall, we had an absolute blast partying with Tryazon and SpinMaster Games!

Partying with Bestway Bouncers and Ball Pits

Hey everyone!! So, recently I had the opportunity to host a Play Date/Party featuring Bestway Bouncers and Ball Pits through Tryazon. Between me and my 2 Sister in Laws, we have four kids under 4, so this sounded like a super fun party to have for them!

Since it just so happened the be Dr. Seuss' Birthday weekend, we threw a Dr. Seuss themed party, which was fun! We had coordinating outfits, and fun snacks to go with our day. At the start of the party we had Dr. Seuss Story Time, and then we got ready to really party!

To try out for this party, I received 2 great items. Both are linked below, and are able to be purchased at the links provided.

The Fisher-Price Bouncesational Bounce House with Built-in Pump.
The Fisher Price 3-Ring Play Pool.

The kids LOVED the Fisher-Price Bouncesational Bounce House. The second they saw it, they couldn't be contained. They we're so excited, and the only downfall to the party was waiting to have to blow this up!

Once we opened up the product box, it took a total of about 10 minutes to blow it up. We found a nice spot to put it, got an extension cord, and got it going! It was SO CONVENIENT that this had a built in pump. In total, it took about 5 minutes to actually inflate (deflating was about the same.) I also loved, that one inflated, you can also unplug the product from the extension cord, so it can be free standing where ever you like it.

As you can see, the kids were having a blast! They bounced for about 30-45 minutes straight, and then continued to bounce throughout the party.

As for the Fisher Price 3-Ring Play Pool -

The kids didn't really want to go in one at a time, so it wasn't too effective for play (lol) but individually I can totally see the kids loving it, as it comes with 25 balls to throw and kick around. I do think the play pool is more suited to younger children - Which is perfect, as we are expecting out 3rd baby, and I know he/she will love playing in there, once the right age.

Overall, I would say my kids and our party guests loved playing with the Bestway products we received. I really love that Bestway has been making products since 1994, has over 1,100 products available and can be found in over 110 countries! They offer products that my children love, as well as products that I feel safe and secure in choosing for my little ones to play with.

They had the perfect products for our little get together, and with great price-points. In addition I loved how quick the products were to set up - With little ones as small as ours, instant entertainment it a pretty important selling point, and for me, I would highly recommend Bestway products.

“Playing With Fire” Family Fun Kit Review + a Giveaway

Recently, I was given the opportunity to receive a “Playing With Fire” Family Fun Kit. Which gave me an idea for fun family weekend night! Yesterday, we got together with my mom and grandma, and we played GIANT JENGA, which I have been wanting to play for a while (and which is also featured in the movie, and is absolutely hilarious.) and then we snacked on our Popcornopolis snacks, and watched "Playing with Fire" which is a recently released movie, featuring John Cena, Keegan-Michael Key, John Leguizamo, Brianna Hildebrand, Dennis Haybert, Judy Greer.

My grandma usually doesn't watch many movies at all, and was a bit skeptical, but she laughed all throughout the movie, and was so happy she gave it a chance!

Here is some more information about the movie:

"When straight-laced fire superintendent Jake Carson (John Cena) and his elite team of expert firefighters (Keegan-Michael Key, John Leguizamo and Tyler Mane) come to the rescue of three siblings (Brianna Hildebrand, Christian Convery and Finley Rose Slater) in the path of an encroaching wildfire, they quickly realize that no amount of training could prepare them for their most challenging job yet – babysitters. Unable to locate the children’s parents, the firefighters have their lives, jobs and even their fire depot turned upside down and quickly learn that kids – much like fires –are wild and unpredictable."

And here is a fun clip you can see, which features the "Giant Jenga" game I had mentioned previously.

Looks like a pretty fun family movie right? My whole family loved it! Andrew is a little small, and didn't quite understand, but he loved helping me in my Jenga turns, when we were having some family fun before we started the movie (we might have played a little during the movie too :))
