In this collage, the first photo was taken in one of the park here in our city. It has an old fort and it is close to a beach. The city government was able to maintain it's beauty inside and out of the fort. These lamps add the beauty of the place. The second, photo is also with in the park. People gathered around a food vendor, buy balut and sets there while eating balut. Balut is a boiled, fertilized egg, a popular food here in the in the Philippines. The 3rd photo, was taken last May 9 the day I arrived Philippines.

This man deserves relaxation time. After a day of hard labor he went to the park and just enjoy the fresh air we all need to relax right? He is seating in his Tricycle. Trycycle or Trisikad is one of our means of transportation here in the Philippines.

Yesterday, is the culmination of Flores de Mayo celebration here in the Philippines. Flores de Mayo is also May of flowers, kids in the neighborhood gathered to the chapel to be catechize. They are thought how to pray after that, they are ask to form a line sing a song to the Blessed Mother Mary at the same time offering flowers. I remember when I was also a kid it is an event in summer kids waited so much. But I tell you what we also pick all the flowers in the neighborhood. I so love those time and yesterday memories flood like crazy while I was photographing my two nieces carrying two of the AVE MARIA sign. This is the front part of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral located in Ozamiz City, Philippines.

My province here in the Philippines is Misamis Occidental, across our province is Lanao del Norte in order to cross that province we have to ride a ferry boat crossing Panguil Bay. Here is the picture I took several days ago.

Oh my I have a hard time figuring out the time difference here in the Philippines and the USA. I do not know if I have a jet lag still or not but for about two weeks I am going back to the USA. Too bad right now I feel like I catch stomach flu how am I going to enjoy my other two weeks here in the Philippines when I feel like crap, lol! Roaming around town with brother I took photos along Panguil Bay. I saw two women washing clothes and a lonely tiny boat.

Fun Fun Fun

The first thing my family did when I get there in the Philippines is to visit Timoga Swimming Pool. The kids and the adults had so much fun. The water in this swimming pools comes from Lanao Lake and it is clean, and cold. There are at least four huge resort in these area but we choose to stay in the resort where natural surrounding is still around and preserved.

Bukagan Hill

Bukagan Hill is situated in Ozamiz City, Mindanao Philippines. I remember when I was in high school we used to do tree planting here. All the schools private or public go there one day and plant trees. It was fun because after how many years I saw the trees that we planted grew up to be huge trees now. Before, there used to be a tower and on top of the tower are four sizes of bells. I do not know if these bells was brought by the Spaniards or Germans what I remember it was beautiful before. These time I took photos of Bukagan Hill from Panguil Bay.

Visiting My Parents

Yesterday was the Fiesta of my mothers hometown. Me and my brother her wife and my nieces and nephew went to visit my Uncle's house. Food were abundant but I tried not to eat so much. When afternoon came and the sun was not too hot we went to the cemetery. My parents and one nephew who died at birth were there and I was glad I visited there grave site.

As of this time I am enjoying my vacation here in my hometown in the Philippines.

I like to visit this place in the afternoon. The air is fresh, I see the Panguil Bay and across my hometown is another province called Lanao del Norte. Many like this place and I do believe this because I see few couples here and there, lol!

Arrived last Wednesday and the next day I see to it I will see my first sunrise. And here it is!

I arrived in my hometown yesterday after 20 hours of flight. It's been so tiresome I do not have a good sleep nor rest. The food in flight is not so appetizing but had to eat or else I get hungry and starve. The flight is very smooth no turbulence what so ever which is alleluia!!

These photos were taken at Holland, Michigan where tulips are blooming beautifully every spring. I think this body of water is there source to water the tulips and other trees and flowers around. Pretty cool to look at because the water goes in the middle where the tulips are planted and is close to the windmill too.

It is been awhile I have my small US flag with me they gave small flags to us before we take oath for my US citizenship. I was very thrilled I have my first US flag. I displayed the flag in our living room to show that I am proud to be an American.
What I notice here in the US many homes and commercial buildings display there US flags proudly. I told hubby I like to have flags displayed too. I do not have any idea where to buy flags at that time when I get here I have not done any internet search. Later that I know there is a site that sells different kind of flags for outdoor flags and indoor flags. Memorial Day is coming and my hubby’s family is going to the cemetery to remember there loved ones who fought for our freedom. Every Memorial Day that is the first thing that we do in our family to visit the cemetery and offer our gratitude to those who were fallen defending our country.

My cousin called me yesterday telling me about what happened to her the other day. She said if it rains it pours and I know immediately what it means. Sometimes it is for good or bad news turn out her story is bad news, lol! She told while she was driving last weekend a big stone flew hitting her windshield and what a damage it bring. Good for her she lives in San Diego, California All Star Glass is known for very good business dealing and All Star Glass deals with windshield replacement and repairs too. Last month hubby and I went to visit his two brothers in Texas. It was my second time to visit San Antonio, Texas and I like it there. Since we are, the visiting relatives all the relatives there invited us for dinner there houses. I tell you what there house there are huge as in super huge. I think our house is just a garage ha-ha. However, what I like most is there Max Furniture that just popped out from any corner of the house. I did not know about Max Furniture until my SIL told me that they bought it from Max Furniture. What a way to live but of course live a good life by having very good furniture. I remember I happen to watch this show and this decorator told the audience that it is necessary to have good furniture. Furniture that will last a long time and Max Furniture has all that quality. Wish someday I could have it too.

I love watching movies especially suspense thriller. However, many suspense thriller movies are so gruesome I can hardly look at it. Therefore, I have to pick which movie I have to watch or else I just end up feeling stress. I found Oxymoron Entertainment produces movies that are worth watching. I did not know that Oxymoron Entertainment produces movies that I watch as Columbus Circle stars Selma Blair. Some of there movies are After Porn Ends, Middle Men and many more. Oxymoron Entertainment is an independent motion picture and television production company. Whose content varies genres and has true to life stories appeal to the audiences. One of the first things that I notice when I travel all over the country is the sign along the road. Some are huge and fancy, some are simple and some are colorful and with lights. Before I know the name of Signtronix, I ask myself where these companies buy this huge signs or signage. I am impressed that they could make very good graphics some has even lights on them. Do you have a pet? Do you feel sad if your pet is also sick? I do! My nephew and nieces had a dog-called Abby, they have two bunnies, and they call them Tom and Jerry, lol! They so love their pet when one times it get sick. Abby will not eat as well as Tom and Jerry. My brother asked the family members what might be the reason. They concluded that they might eat something. Off they go to the Veterinarian, the dog and bunnies have given a medicine, and the veterinarian checks them. When I know what happened I told my brother to check PetCareRx to see if it would help him find some of the medicine. Later on that day he texted me telling me he did find the medicine through PetCareRx. What an amazing find he told me because he could not find the med locally.
