To count down from the day I am writing this review is only two months and a half left.

Once, I have seen the book “Astrophysics for People in a Hurry” is in the top best-selling list in Amazon website. I take a grant on its inside page view for several minutes. That’s I done.

However, I spend more time than that on reading many lines of book reviews from the people who have read the book and poured their comments about it.

To me, as English is not my mother tongue, therefore, I may be wait when this book is being translated into my native language, Thai, that is now I don’t know it yet when I can see some in a bookshelf.

Oh my god! I have watched the time as I am writing this article, it says 10:30 p.m. There are some noise from outside come to my room, sound of dogs of my neighbor barking so loud and that very annoying me so much!!!

Sigh!😒

I don’t know I have to bear such these sound sucks for how long!?!?

Forget it! Let’s come to in lines again.

What if you made a question to me like; “Hey! Michael, should I buy this book?” Is it worth to read it?

Frankly say, I cannot help it at all. The question would not be unveiled by me! So who would be made it clear? Okay, let’s freeze it for a while and see what I’m gotta tell you now.

Even now or future more, I think whatever if the people are glad to do because they are glad to do it so. They are happy to pay money for thing(s) that they love in a return.

Have you ever thought about the real story like this?

Are you ready to waste your time more with me for a silly story?

Ha ha, again, at nighttime, we will hear noises from various animals, like geckos, green frogs, cicadas... if you live the only outside the city. Right now, it’s the gecko’s turn. He made sound; “toke, toke, toke, toke”. He does 4 or 5 times of sounds and will keep do like that in every hour. What shit sound!

Someone is please to pay for something that fake of brand-named goods, for example, clothes, shoes, eye-glass,.. just because those are look like the real. On the other way, somebody will very disappoint once they learn that they had bought the copied one.

One more example case; many men who have a bald, they are willing to spend money unlimitedly to buy hairs tonic, treatments, liquid etc. in order that they just hope in hope or are just only in a pipe dream to prevent their hair falling. To do these, they already know that there is a few percent of possibility to re grow up theirs again.

Why do men with a bald want to see their hair on their head again?

The answer to the question is very super easy as a piece of cake, in Thai, we say; “Rueng Kluay kluay[เรื่องกล้วยกล้วย]” = “ Banana story” in English in term of translation for text to text, not for meaning, or in one more idiom; “Ngai Muen Plouk Kluay Khao Pak[ง่ายเหมือนปลอกกล้วยเข้าปาก]” = “ Super easy as peeling away banana peel and put into mouth(to eat)”

Why?

Because, they want to be good looking again as they are in a young age. Hence, they are pleased to shop these and those just for that, that’s in a hope(-lessness)

How about book?

Did you see book fake or it plays seek and find with you?

Book is Book, you will love it when you find two main things in them.

Firstly, the author is in your ideal. The ideal is the same as the idol. If you like his idea, so you don’t worry too much to buy his/her book(s).

The second thing is the book contents or what story in book the writer has composed inside.

Do these two things come to hit your eye and your mind?

If yes, you will never cry when your dollars walk away to the other wallet!!! The author and texts touched your passion, so, don’t worry for the rest, they will be bests for you all eventually.
The Places You'll Go!

Dr. Seuss can discern what children like—like: acrobats, balloons, cartoons, Easter Egg Hunts, elephants, frogs, games, hidden pictures, ice cream, jokes, kites, lockets, magic tricks, moon, museums, nature, penguins, The Ocean; and see through what their parents want—want to find the best quality of education material for their kids.

The mention above that is the source of a variety of animal, journey, nature and many more illustrated books Dr. Seuss had published over 60 books during his career.

Have you ever heard these words they say? :

“Actions speak louder than words”

“Hearing tells us a great deal about the world”

“Seeing is a gift that comes with practice.”

“Hearing tells us a great deal about the world – whether we are paying attention or not”

“Ears hear and eyes see”

“Seeing something once is better than hearing about it a hundred times. Doing something once is better than seeing it a hundred times.”

What would happen if one is seeing and hearing at a time?

Therefore, to me, I would add more quotes in my own:

“Hearing and seeing at a time vibrate us a great thought leading to start to do some things to reach to the goal”

wOw! Oops!

Those quotes I have illustrated, is only to take you to a good book, “Oh, The Places You'll Go!”written by Dr. Seuss.

Klic! for more details.

It is very easy to make a question to your kids, “What would you like to be when you grow up?”

Vise versa, it is not too hard for your children to respond you something like; “I want to be a doctor”; “- a Spider-Man”, “- a teacher”, “-a cop”, “-a firefighter”, “- a singer.” One in five children, 22%, may reply you question want to be rich, whereas 19% want to be famous, and to be police officer, 16%, respectively when they grow up according to VoucherCodesPro.co.uk having survey the children aged 5 to 10. The source is form The Telegraph

Although, please, remember that “KIDs are KIDs”, they just wish to be like this and that based on what they perceive and experience the influence around them to trend only speak out what they want to say. They are too young, yet not even mature enough and seem to take things pretty well (worse) in different age. Since sometimes, you may see why kids with learning say things at the wrong time.

One of my kids has questioned me at the bus terminal, “What happen with that guy’s eye?” and point his finger out at him while we were waiting for the bus to go upcountry. I cannot remember what I have replied to him, my son, it is almost 20 years ago already.

Nevertheless, I still recognize that man sounds like knowing what my son talking about him. I think he would understand and not take it serious with a little innocent child the way he has done.

Ah, it takes time! The time for him (my kid) to grow and learn what is a peril, security, good, and bad, I think silently in my mind.

Dr. Seuss, whose real name was Theodor Geisel, used his talents he had writing and illustrating approximately 44 popular children's books such as:

selling over 600 million copies and being translated into more than 20 languages all over the world by the time of his death.

Dr. Seuss born in March 2' 1904, in Springfield, Massachusetts, U.S. He, after finishing from Springfield’s Central High School, entered at Dartmouth College,-- a research private university and one of eight the Ivy League group, the private institutions of higher education in the Northeastern US, which are including Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Harvard University, Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University. Dartmouth College is located in Hanover, New Hampshire.

Geisel is not a doctor; he started using his pen name "Dr. Seuss" while he was studying at Dartmouth College.

Where did Geisel (Dr. Seuss) study drawing?

He did not attend any lesson of art at all. Geisel practiced his drawing during he came along with his father working for city parks. There, Dr. Seuss had drawn a variety of the animals in the zoo, which is one part of the same fence of the parks. Unbelievable! he was self-thought in drawing and illustrating, and that leading him to be the big brother of cartoon books for children eventually…

I (probably you too) stare at his very first lighting up his future successful career in surprise!

I could not believe that really happened!--Dr. Seuss, a last forever cartoonist, can catches child and parents’ fancy by his many popular illustrated books—the books which are from the zoo to the world!

Actually, I would say Dr. Seuss’ books born from the zoo, grow up in his collage; Dartmouth, and travel to around the world. He, Dr. Seuss, published somewhat 60 books and distributed to more than 25 nations even in my country-Thailand, I can see many Dr. Seuss’s books.

These books were written by Dr. Seuss, which are I like and would like to show you. They are as follow;

I am not sure you had seen the same thing in the image of some part of Dr. Seuss as me or not. What I have seen are:

Dr. Seuss used several of letter font styles in printing such as bold, black, red, and italic-- I love it. He is very clever shorten the sentences by splitting them into many lines, each line containing a proper word with sending readers a good sense of understandings. Yet, he is breaking English grammar, not writing the Wildcard of the first letters of the sentences? On the other hand, that is what he intended to do so!

Look at the cartoon there! It catches my eyes. I like drawing lines—simple and eye-friendly, yet the painting color scheme is lively and clean, contrasting with the primary colors- yellow, red, and green is definitely appearing. As I have said that, the cartoons drawing lines are not much complicated but they are being alive! Do you believe in me? Let us prove together, in the image, you please look fixedly at the eye of the fish. What does its eye tell you something? Yeah, he is being alive. But, in fact, he is dead and on the dish, which is now being served.

Some of outstanding Dr. Seuss’ cartoon characters are grinning, foxy, cunning, naive, and cheerful. Most of his works are classic yet increasingly imaginative, really perky, and boisterous rhymes. The cartoons characters are being alive!

There! The book “Oh! The Places You'll go!”

Why did this reputed book named “Oh! The Places You'll go!” ?

Walk the talk, in his working life, Dr. Seuss often reminisced with his associated teamwork about his old day while studying at Dartmouth College, the undergraduate roommates, when they came to institute, the words they always say to each other during their handshake was:

“Oh, the places you’ll go! The people you’ll meet!”

Actions speak louder than words, Dr. Seuss did not only speak that words with his the college friends in his former time studying but also in his walk of life, he used those same words “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” for his parting book. Resulting, so far, even Dr. Seuss passed away for nearly two decades, in 1990; his last book is remaining in the best-selling book list and likely EXISTING on the TOP in the long run. Ted won the Pulitzer Prize in 1984 and 3 more Academy Awards.

He had written a full of praise for the whole who befriended—Dartmouth men and a great place—Dartmouth college of furtherance his entire life sending him to on the top of a successful stage, particularly, as a cartoonist and writer. Ted used to be an editor-in-chief of the humor magazine Jack-O-Lantern that he joined during he spent his life in Dartmouth College. He graduated in 1925.

Yow!

To me, Ted is a good writer who guides more ideals than by practical considerations. Towards the end of his life, he thought even the tiny little spot back to the past—as you can see that, he had picked the verbal exchange they speak to one another in his previous college to name his final book, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!”

Pertaining to Dr. Seuss’s books—he had written and illustrated, honesty, I have no doubt in his works. Meantime, I trust he intended creating what are good to all the readers in all ages, not for the only kids in nursery school, the middle readers in high school, or adults in college grads but also everyone who are parents, teachers, brothers and sisters, uncles and antes, and relatives.

Why did I say that so?

I think books are no the science needing any experiment to prove what is wrong and right, except books in certain genres-textbooks, manuals, and academic. Books are only the object of texts printing on the papers. The texts are as same as the words,—the words in the form of characters for only reading,—while the words in verbal are for listening. Though, whether any book, if you read it and you got felt in the way of a good norm, you can say that that book is good. it In particular, Dr. Seuss’ books, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” as anyone may almost know, great sent-off for every inches in school in US, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Latin, China, and later on, throughout the world.

Yeah! With selling over 600 million copies and be rushing onto libraries and bookstores everywhere, yet being translated into more than 20 languages,--these are the best approvals for Dr. Seuss’s admirable masterpieces.

Before I am going to draw you into some part of the book, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” here below the two questions, I want you to see and find your best answers for yourself first.

“In old age, isn’t it rather late in life for you to go trekking the Mount Everest in Nepal?”

“In young age, isn’t it rather late in life for you to go trekking the Mount Everest in Nepal?”

Are you finished your answers?

You have no any answer!

You can’t find any best answer. Or

You have the one in your mind.

No matter what is your answer likely, I am not intending to jump into your business. They are just only the opening questions that I have made for you before taking you bump into a new chapter in your life—an illustrated life from one end to another of this book.

These parts are the greatest books “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” to read when you are entering a new chapter in your life. In addition, it’s including my briefs in each chapter as following;

Congratulations!
Today is your day.
You're off to Great Places!
You're off and away!

Now it’s time for you to go to the great places; school, college, company…and start your new role.

You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself
Any direction you choose.
You're on your own. And you know what you know.
And YOU are the guy who'll decide where to go.

Just only, you who have the 32 Parts of the body as same as they do, are able to determine your way to go.

You'll look up and down streets. Look 'em over with care.
About some you will say, "I don't choose to go there."
With your head full of brains and your shoes full of feet,
you're too smart to go down any not-so-good street.

You are smart enough to choose the best direction for your life of journey.

And you may not find any
you'll want to go down.
In that case, of course,
you'll head straight out of town.

In case you may not find things right for you, you will change your way of life.

It's opener there
in the wide open air.

Always there are chances everywhere. There is the will there is the way.

Out there things can happen
and frequently do
to people as brainy
and footsy as you.

Any place you go, you may encounter any un-expectation obstacles.

And then things start to happen,
don't worry. Don't stew.
Just go right along.
You'll start happening too.

Don’t panic when things happen, you can handle them all.

OH!
THE PLACES YOU'LL GO!

You'll be on your way up!
You'll be seeing great sights!
You'll join the high fliers
who soar to high heights.

That place you go will help you having an eye-bird view and see things more wild and high.

You won't lag behind, because you'll have the speed.
You'll pass the whole gang and you'll soon take the lead.
Wherever you fly, you'll be best of the best.
Wherever you go, you will top all the rest.

You can do your best in every situation.

Except when you don't.
Because, sometimes, you won't.

But not, if you are asleep in your idle bed.
I'm sorry to say so
but, sadly, it's true
that Bang-ups
and Hang-ups
can happen to you.

The good or the bad, it’s on your own.

You can get all hung up
in a prickle-ly perch.
And your gang will fly on.
You'll be left in a Lurch.
You will stay behind, of course.
You'll come down from the Lurch
with an unpleasant bump.
And the chances are, then,
that you'll be in a Slump.

Like a bird fall down from the lurch, imagine how it life going on!

And when you're in a Slump,
you're not in for much fun.
Un-slumping yourself
is not easily done.

When you are down, it’s hard to rise up again.

You will come to a place where the streets are not marked.
Some windows are lighted. But mostly they're darked.
A place you could sprain both your elbow and chin!
Do you dare to stay out? Do you dare to go in?
How much can you lose? How much can you win?

On your way of life, you will experience its tastes yourself.

And IF you go in, should you turn left or right...
or right-and-three-quarters? Or, maybe, not quite?
Or go around back and sneak in from behind?
Simple it's not, I'm afraid you will find,
for a mind-maker-upper to make up his mind.

Sometimes, it’s too difficult to make your mind

You can get so confused
that you'll start in to race
down long wiggled roads at a break-necking pace
and grind on for miles cross weirdish wild space,
headed, I fear, toward a most useless place.
The Waiting Place...

When you so confused, then you will wait.

...for people just waiting.
Waiting for a train to go
or a bus to come, or a plane to go
or the mail to come, or the rain to go
or the phone to ring, or the snow to snow
or the waiting around for a Yes or No
or waiting for their hair to grow.

Everyone is just waiting.

Waiting for the fish to bite
or waiting for the wind to fly a kite
or waiting around for Friday night
or waiting, perhaps, for their Uncle Jake
or a pot to boil, or a Better Break
or a string of pearls, or a pair of pants
or a wig with curls, or Another Chance.

However, while you are in waiting, you don’t know what would be happen to you.

NO!
That's not for you!
Somehow you'll escape
all that waiting and staying
You'll find the bright places
where Boom Bands are playing.
No! don’t keep waiting.
With banner flip-flapping,
once more you'll ride high!

Wait! For what?

Ready for anything under the sky.
Ready because you're that kind of a guy!
You are so cool to go towards!
Oh, the places you'll go! There is fun to be done!
There are points to be scored. There are games to be won.
And the magical things you can do with that ball
will make you the winning-est winner of all.
Fame! You'll be as famous as famous can be,
with the whole wide world watching you win on TV.
Go to your place where you can score up your life.

Except when they don't
Because, sometimes they won't.

It's not the only you do things alone—but with someone else.

I'm afraid that some times
you'll play lonely games too.
Games you can't win
'cause you'll play against you.

You need someone to comfort you, to be your best buddies.

All Alone!
Whether you like it or not,
Alone will be something
you'll be quite a lot.

You need friends.

And when you're alone, there's a very good chance
you'll meet things that scare you right out of your pants.
There are some, down the road between hither and yon,
that can scare you so much you won't want to go on.

Loneliness will teach you a lot.

But on you will go
though the weather be foul.
On you will go
though your enemies prowl.
On you will go
though the Hakken-Kraks howl.
Onward up many
a frightening creek,
though your arms may get sore
and your sneakers may leak.

During your journey, sometimes you can’t escape something through.

On and on you will hike,
And I know you'll hike far
and face up to your problems
whatever they are.

You will learn and familiar with every problem come up to you.

You'll get mixed up, of course,
as you already know.
You'll get mixed up
with many strange birds as you go.
So be sure when you step.
Step with care and great tact
and remember that Life's
a Great Balancing Act.
Just never, forget to be dexterous and deft.
And never mix up your right foot with your left.

Please, mind your steps during your long destination!

And will you succeed?
Yes! You will, indeed!
(98 and 3/4 percent guaranteed.)
KID, YOU'LL MOVE MOUNTAINS!
So...
be your name Buxbaum or Bixby or Bray
or Mordecai Ali Van Allen O'Shea,
You're off the Great Places!
Today is your day!
Your mountain is waiting.
So...get on your way!

MOUNTAINS as it’s quoted right here are the goals, objectives, resolutions...that you want to get at there!

Even I am not an English native speaker, it is much worse after I have read many new created words I have never recognized before. I call out for a pill to take to relief my headache now. Well, yet I soaked up the words from Dr. Seuss’s book, which are moist and rich with the ambition for life go-alive. It makes me bright, shiny...to be ready for ideal goal--a popular blog master in the world top rank! aya!

“I have been thinking being an author in one day, but I'm wondering it's not my piece of cake, especially, an author for mythology novel as Rick Riordan is”

Now, Rick Riordan is releasing his new book, The Trials of Apollo Book One The Hidden Oracle, in May 3, 2016.

As you may know many mythology novels written by Rick Riordan. Publishers Weekly, an American weekly trade news magazine, called Rick Riordan a "Storyteller of the Gods". He, Rick Riordan, is a famous novelist. Almost his novels are based on the myths (traditional story) of Ancient Greek, Ancient Egyptian, and Norse.
However, the novels that he has written and sold to every bookshelves around the word, are most the middle grade series—series for readers who beginning to learn who they are, what they think, why they read, and how they perceive. The books they (Middle grade readers) read might lead them creative idea, a variety of imagination, and such as: Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Kane Chronicles, and the Heroes of Olympus, which are sold millions of copies. These are just only some books picking to show you as for example.

Rick Riordan is the author of three #1 New York Times best selling the series of middle grade readers as mentioned above too.

The brand new series, The Trials of Apollo Book One The Hidden Oracle’, is telling about life of God- Apollo in a human being land, New York City, America—the new world advance than his age four-thousand-year-old deity.

Ah! I think Apollo is chocking to become a regular teenage boy, since he has no any godly power as he used to be as before. Of course, from now on he must learn how to survive alone in somewhere else he had completely never know even a little bit throughout his immortal deity life—life in former times.

How could he live in his tough time?

Apollo is liked a “Deaf-Blind”, looking to the left and the right, he found no hand from any one to help him in the difficult time.

To worsen an unfavorable situation, now he has no both supernatural power and arms as usual, and then to add insult to injury, all his many antagonists: monsters, enemies-gods, and mortals who are ready to attack and beat the former Olympian into piece by piece permanently .

OMG! No one knows whether or not they (Apollo's enemies) will take this advantage in the ripe time to strike while Apollo is in weakness.

Boo! Apollo, how could you struggle in this situation!

Apollo needs help, and he can think of only one place to go . . . an enclave of modern demigods known as Camp Half-Blood.

Zeus, father of Apollo, throws him away down to human earth and forsake due to he is angry with Apollo. That is why he has sent Apollo far away from his own place. Moreover, making him, an immortal, becomes a regular human.

Apollo must find his best place, way, and find a way to regain Zeus's favor in order to back to where he had gone. If Zeus thaws and forgives him in someday, somehow.

If you just hit this best thing since sliced bread book.

What do you think about it? Can I beg for a penny for your thoughts?

Frankly, I had a small doubt about the edition “Midnight Edition” of the book “Release Your Anger” by James Alexander

"What made me that?"

In fact, nothing puts me in the sack. Nevertheless, I crossed my thought between the edition of the car and the book - Midnight Edition. They are the same!

Click Now! for more details

Chevrolet launched its new pickups with monochromatic theme- Midnight Edition recently.

Meantime, James Alexander had finished his book, Release Your Anger: Midnight Edition in the nearly mid of April’ 2016.

Well, here it’s a Book Review Blog. Therefore, hope everyone can guess what I’m going to talk about!

James has a talent in intricate details works. He writes many beautiful abstract design books. Most of his books have adorned-- make more beautiful or attractive with colorful Florals, lines with a floral design; mandalas, a symbol in a dream, representing the dreamer's search for completeness and self-unity, a geometric figure representing the universe in Hindu and Buddhist symbolism; and paisleys, a design using the buta or boteh, a droplet-shaped vegetable motif of Persian.

To be updated for the digital age, all his books include digital bonus printable downloads inside- Alternatively, it’s very easy for you in order to read them in your convenient way.

The expression “Can't judge a book by its cover” doesn’t work for this book, Release Your Anger 40 Swear Words to Color Your Anger Away-Midnight Edition, because you can trust and judge it only seeing its cover!

James uses the swear word “Bullshit” printing on his book cover, which is on the beautiful patterns, swirls, paisleys, mandalas, flowers, and leaves. Theme of book cover is in black color, whereas the letters are white. Therefore, they obviously contrast each other. Additionally, there are two pencils in blue and purple with sharp lay, align properly along with the name of the book author. Wow! Wonderfully designed. It’s simple and classic. Now I know why this book is named “Black Edition”- It comes from the word Bullshit!

What are there inside of the book?

This book is claimed the first swear word coloring book in the world which is printed on black paper.

So what?

I am not so sure because of it is a brand-new book that no one has never seen nor experienced such a kind of this fantastic book like this before. It’s designed for everyone who wants to concentrate his/her mind into stay focused. You will have to use pencil; pen, marker, and/or crayon coloring onto any alphabet out of 40 swear words.

The book is for adult to coloring on the swear words. James aims to help everybody who wants to kill his/her anger through the book as he has ability in intricate artwork. Ordinary human being has angry emotions by nature. Anger is the dominant human emotion, which play important roles. Because anger is an emotion in deeper mind, each person has it in different degrees depend on the intensity or levels of arousal for performance exists, and too little or too much arousal can adversely affect man’s task. One of emotion that leads to growing ANGER is RAGE.

However, an anger person will have enough the immense power to control the emotions by itself at any degree as per self-control of each one.

The doctor says there are many ways to manage anger emotions. For instance, as follows;

Attempt not grasp a grievance in mind

You cannot expect everyone to behave, as you want. Learn to forgive people is a real power for melting your anger.

Speak with 'I' statements

If you have to say something to make something right according to your thought--say any word starting from “I” not “YOU”

Use humor to free tautness

To avoid sarcasm, you lighten up to spread out the stress.

Practice relaxation skills

Do yoga, watch movie, play music instrument,

Recognize when to seek help

If one consider the anger is rising and out of control, do not hesitate seeking for help.

Look at this, coloring words is one tool skill to fuse anger. Can you guess which is fitted to the anger dealing?

How are you coloring this swear word?

James prints his book with the black on each page. You are only picking up one or more of your writing or drawing instrument, then draw or color onto any swear word you love to. No matter if, you like to select them randomly for your task. Whatever you want, whatever you think it suits you best, just do it, because this book’s purpose is to erase people’ anger emotion, in the meantime, to indulge them pleasant.

I personally recommend you to write, draw, and/or color within their lines as much as you can. Just for a reason you would concentrate or focus your contemplation onto your artwork—helping you relax and forget a bad temper if you have in your deep mind.

Nevertheless, it doesn’t matter if you went out the lines, the black color background on the papers—Midnight Edition, will blind them out of your sight. Now you know why this book, Release Your Anger, has named “Midnight”-- edition. Do you still sit on the fence?

Don’t wait to cross that bridge when you come to it. Someone might think in his head that it is not exactly the proper time for him to fight his bad mood today. Because, he thinks it’s not too high and over his control. Ball is in your court— make up your mind to learn and practice as soon as you can, hence you will have never cried over spilled milk.

What's Inside?

What will you react when somebody, “But you have such a petty face.”? While he/she skips the other words in their silence, <strike>“Although, you are a so Big Bitch!”</strike> Find what Audrey turns her crisis (Obesity) into an opportunity(Lose her weight) from a size 20 to and stay-off at a size 4! She proves them wrong saying that!

I don’t understand what she said,

“My signature dish was anything that came out of a box and could be made fast—convenience was more important to me than nutrition. No veggies, no wholesome food, all because I thought nutritious food was boring, expensive, and difficult to make. I had been brought up on Shake 'N Bake, boxed side dishes, drive-thru take out, and quick microwaved meals…”

is, in fact, from the passage in somewhere introduction’s.

As claimed by the author, I have found the other passage that is contradictory information to what was written in the book—

“I started by giving up my first love, the zero-calorie diet soda, and when I lost ten pounds that first week without any other modifications to my diet, I knew I was onto something. The next week I stopped consuming all artificial sweeteners and five pounds flew off, and the following week I dropped another eight pounds by removing preservatives from my diet. I kept it up, and after a short eleven months, I had lost 150 pounds. I had gone from a size 24 to a size 4, I felt and looked amazing, and best of all my grocery (and medical) bills had dropped substantially. I hadn’t just proved that eating all natural could help you lose weight—I’d proved it was inexpensive as well.”

Honesty, in her book for the first statement above, I assume that she means nutritious food like food with veggies or healthy food are boring and particularly, they are expensive.

However, the last line in the second passage, you will see what she said, and “I hadn’t just proved that eating all natural could help you lose weight — I’d proved it was inexpensive as well.”— She eventually realizes that natural food helps for sitting down weight and it’s cheap too!?!?

On the other hand, wait! I confused myself; she just only thought that those foods—food from natural was excessive price, and then later on, I found that she was wrong? Sighhhh! How poor my English! Forgive me please...

I have read some parts of her book from the sample “LOOK INSIDE!” providing online from the website.

Well, Audrey wasn’t satisfied her body and weight; she was the baggiest woman with a pretty face in the room — So she was heard, “But you have such a pretty face.” All that didn’t heal her feeling, but hurt her instead.

Audrey, when she found she was 275 lbs.(124.738 kg). You can image how the girl with a lovely face in a dress LARGEST size of standard apparel size chart for women, a size 20 instead of a size 4 or 2.

What a matter is, no one ever wants to hear such a heart killing word like that, Audrey is either.

In this book, Lose Weight By Eating-Cookbook, you will the best impact solution of Audrey telling you how she got her weight loss from her largest at the 275 lbs to 120 lbs. and from a size 20 to a size 4 as she is at now. Her shape standstill, no entering into the special section of women’s wear for Obesity, which is, claimed the excess body. Time to say good-bye any large cloths and stayed off them after she had been struggling for a decade.

Wow! How pretty she is! So amazing!

However, that’s amazing in reality that you can touch it not only in dream!

She, Audrey has set up four goals to follow them, if you fail to do any one of them; you are simply back to the starting point again.

Skip the processed food and drinks, and go all natural.

Start planning your meals and log everything you eat and drink.

Gets your body moving.

Drink a gallon of water a day.

The step of skip the processed food and drinks, and go all natural:

Audrey claims that processed and artificial foods commonly made of oil, sugar, salt…for ingredient, they tend to be lower in nutrients and higher in calories—calories are the main element making fat if they are left after your body finishing burning all day every day. This is the fat you accumulate a Little by little, day by day beneath your skin; then you will cry out, “It’s me!”, “Really?” when you are looking at yourself in the mirror. Yes, it’s you, me, or someone else if they have the same — eating habit. That is what happens…? (Excessive weight person).

However, don’t worry too much if you were the one who is in the dream of the nightmare! Audrey tells you how to get rid of excess belly fat and converse them to muscle instead. On some pages, you will see some recipes which you can cook and enjoy your eating without interfere of something came up with your weight after an hour later on--increasing!

Start planning your meals and log everything you eat and drink:

Firstly, before jumping up to the plan of your meals and log, I would like to show you one of the news of the plan, which will come as a surprise to one and all, the whole world claim to acknowledge the importance of resolution setting—setting for remind what you are willing to do in order to achieve it. The number of goals that you intend to compete should be only one or two, because too many goals mean too many destinations you determine to go and get there.

In fact, a human being is not designed into having beyond abilities to manage or focus on lots of things at the same time.

However, more surprising, even most people realize the advantages of goal setting leading to withdraw their ambition in order to reach a better life, but, in fact, the only 20 percent of men/women set goals for themselves, roughly 70 percent fail to keep their disciplines walking in the way achieving the goals they have set for themselves earlier. It is a hot potato of practical life, human beings!

As the reason why the people have failed for arriving the goals, Audrey has created the plan for you, not stopping a half way during your diet plan. She also included how to less your splurge money and time so that you are going to be felt like you are not alone and even broke your money for all meals-planning menus.

Audrey writes in deep details such at what time you eat that and this-you will have enough nutrient-rich foods for a healthy diet for you survive pleasantly—no Yo-yo dieting consequences (Weight cycling) effects — the repeated cycle of weight loss through dieting, act in accordance with the regaining of that weight.

Look at the following example of Audrey is coaching your diet plan:

“I always encourage people to plan for their craving, not to fight them! If you have a daily three P.M. carbohydrate craving, be sure to have enough carbs at lunch. A sandwich or leftover Skinny Chicken Alfredo is great to curb afternoon carbohydrate craving.”

Gets your body moving:

At the drop of a hat, once I am on a reading to this paragraph. I love what Audrey has said, “Weight loss is 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise, so you don’t need to be a marathon runner or a Zumba instructor to get the figure you’ve always wanted.”, although I don’t know that scientists prove this information.

“So why did I?”

Because, being a marathon runner you have to start running to get your body ready for longer runs. Not only building your body to strong enough to run, but also you have to adapt your physical body with a variety of air and weather perfect for training and for the next big race and long distance in Marathon Tournament.

Ha! It is joyful on a hard and tough journey; I would say good-bye to that.

Zumba is an aerobic fitness program. You are instructed by the fitness trainer to move your body by various styles of Latin American dance.

Ooh-la-la, it is a good impress if you are able to afford your time and money.

Audrey is giving you another choice, in her book, she claims setting a reasonable exercise goal each week. Starting your time exercise from only one hour in your first weekly plan, if you cannot follow your plan exercising for an hour in your kick-off plan, you are at your starting place—one hour.

Whenever you had reached your target exercise plan, then you are advised by increasing more time of exercise in the next week. Increase you time by one hour each week of month until you will get totally burned out at seven hours per week, every week onward.

Drink a gallon of water a day:

When was in school at my young age, one of my subjects is Health Education—in this textbook, it tells you to intake drinking water eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. Therefore, it obtains 64 ounces per day. I have never tried to find out any answer for this quote. Just know they say that good for health and excretory system. I think not only me-just believe it because the teacher- primary school teacher teaches us about that. Am I credulous?

Audrey tells to readers through her book that many of her clients drinking water approximately 1 gallon a day (128 ounces). It is twice as far as I know from my school since I was very young.

What is the benefit of drinking water?

Why drink more water?

When you are starving, drink water instead of taking snacks to fill you up. Surely, it is not a bad idea. Because most snacks like chocolate, potato chips, peanuts, more often than not contain substantial amounts of sweeteners; a substance added to food or drink to make it taste sweeter, preservatives; a chemical substance used for preventing food or wood from decaying, appealing ingredients, and specially-designed flavors for more attractive and interesting luring your mouth-watering such as chocolate, peanuts…

Soon you will get hungry again— what you should do to end up your craving like somewhat coming up every 15 – 20 minuets!

Snacks commonly enrich three major nutrients: carbohydrate, protein, and fat—they are called as macro-nutrients. These nutrients are double—edged sword. They work both ways- good for you to intake as much as your body only needs each day; bad if you have them amount over then what your body consuming, they will become fat and stay everywhere under your skin, particularly, around your waist, hip, thighs, nape, and much more.

In fact, drinking water helps you in many ways, such as shoot up stamina & relieves exhaustion, boost weight loss, remove toxins substances, glows skin complexion, maintains body system, enhances immune system, prevents cramps & sprains...

Nevertheless, the doctor says; there may be benefits if drinking more. It helps maintain what the body needed, in the meantime, prevents and flushes out what are harmful the body. On the other hand, they add; even water is essential for living things, But still no prove it is a magic formula for a diet plan.

Best thing since sliced bread, Audrey has many ideas to help all of you on this matter climbing up to the top of the mountain(s) — Lose Your Weight — By Your Eating.

Now it is your turn searching for more information, recipes, plan, and whatever you want about Audrey’s say by your own self, especially how Audrey lost her weight for the first time in her life, and kept stay-off it by her own self through her cookbook, “Lose Weight by Eating”.

Click now for more detail

The book opens up with the several question sentences leading readers to think that what their own answers should be are:

Who do you trust?

Everyone?

No one?

Some people?

And

Sometimes?

I have never been to America; thus I am so blind what the young men often do when they want to show and share their tales! However, this book helps me understand lives in the US and what they do such as these lines;

Young men often congregate on the street corners of towns and cities in every state to share tales of who they are and hope to be.

“They trust that their robust youth and bravado as well as the volume of their testosterone-laden speech will reassure their mamas not to worry about them and will also give notice to those who are up to no good that they are a presence to be reckoned with….; trusting the worst or their thoughts about them, they become self-appointed judge and jury, rendering justice blind.”

Am…according to the states mentioned above, should we re-think and research more what the exact they, a group of young men, do; then it might find light at the end of the tunnel. On the other hand, in these days, there are lots of social networks for keeping in touch or meet each other. In this way, life will be far away from any incident happen, - That’s my personal addition.

Once I have reached my reading to some other more pages. It said;

“Lord’s commandments to love thy neighbor as thy self.”

Oh yeah, what a wonderful world would look like! - if everyone just follows his precepts.

No weapons! No armed forces! No killing!

Nevertheless, what is the reality today? Whenever I watch TV or reading the newspaper, it shows me some of tragedy news most always. It hurts me.

I hope this book, Trust: Mastering the 4 Essential Trusts: Trust in God, Trust in Yourself, Trust in Others, Trust in Life, will chase anyone who finds it navigate his/her mind in the right direction; peace and happiness.

In addition, I believe in you, the four essential TRUSTS;

1.Trust in Self

Trust yourself because you are worthy of your own time, energy, attention, and love. You—as a demonstration of and representative of the presence of the Creator in the world—deserve and are worthy of your own trust . . . Trust yourself because it is the way you demonstrate that you are willing to embrace, engage, and enjoy life . . . Trust yourself because when the rubber meets the road, when all else fails, when everyone else has fallen by the wayside, you will know that you have always been and will always be there for you.

2.Trust in God

Trust in God because it is your sole purpose for being on the planet. Trust in God because you are a human being, prone to losing connection to and awareness of your good sense . . . Trust in God because it is the surest way that you will rise above your humanness into the truth of your authentic identity that is divine, purposeful, joyful, loving, and lovable . . . Trust in God because when you cannot do it—whatever it is—for yourself, God can do it through you and for you.

3.Trust in Others

Trust in others because it is the only way to fine-tune your instincts, deepen your ability to trust yourself, and learn the depth of your capacity to love and forgive . . . Trust in others because you need people to facilitate and support your mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Even when your interactions and relationships are difficult, challenging, and uncomfortable, trust that you are growing. Trust in others because those whom you do trust—with or without good reason—will support you in recognizing the areas of your mind and heart that may still need loving care and attention.

4.Trust in Life

Trust the process of life because it is an incredible journey of wonder, adventure, and evolution that you can experience only in direct proportion to your willingness to trust it. Trust the process because life is on your side. Life wants to encourage you, inspire you, and motivate you, moment by moment, and that can happen only when you trust that life knows exactly what you need, and exactly when you need it . . . When you trust the process, you will deepen your awareness and understanding of who you are and the meaning of every person and experience you encounter.

It likes to hit the nail on the head when I have read to these Iyanla's good remarks;

“-will bring faith with one another, therefore, we won’t be lured into buying thing that we are told will help us or make us happy-they are not; as one line stated inside this book.”

No more!

I extremely don't expect to see that kind of people behave themselves as she has claimed above.

Let's back to the introduction page of the book, it starts with the quote as follows;

Indeed, “learning to trust is one of life's most difficult lessons,” says #1 New York Times best-selling author Iyanla Vanzant. “That’s because trust is not a verb; it’s a noun. Trust is a state of mind and being. If you are serious about learning to trust, you need TNT—Tenacity, Nerve, and Time. But what if the real problem is not that we can’t trust other people; it’s that we can’t trust ourselves?”

Huh, honestly, at my first glance once I have hit the aberration “TNT” , in my sense, it told me about a sort of “EXPLOSIVE”, but actually, they are Tenacity, Nerve and Time.

Oh! You-Iyanla, you didn’t lure me with that, did you? No no no! Give me a break for a moment.—now I know it very well, I am lured by myself! I'm going to take a medicine for now...lol

Iyanla writes this book by base on her real life linking to her tenets and some scriptures in Proverbs from the Bible as she was in a church with grandmother when she was very young.

There are some words from that book I really want to write them here, because I do love them.

You don’t start mountain climbing by scaling Mount Everest without equipment. So start where you are. Start with anthill in your own backyard. Build your trust muscles by considering the following questions;

That’s very nice speeches to encourage people starting to do something that they have never temp to do so. Iyanla is very excellent in breaking the wall of by allure with great motivate states.

Something came up to me, even I know and watch the Titanic film, but I don’t know to create any empowered remark as Iyanla does- Remember, the ark was built by amateurs; Titanic built by professionals; Bang away on my mind, the smile etch on my face.

There are many spiritual life coaches in the book, Trust: Mastering the 4 Essential Trusts: Trust in God, Trust in Yourself, Trust in Others, Trust in Life, which engage in human being practical life.

Before I gonna say good-bye, I would like to pass ONE more Iyanla’s contents in her book: No matter how bad the storm is, when you are with God, there’s always a rainbow waiting.

Absolutely agree with her?

I will keep my answer to this question in my mind.

“Ain’t nobody gonna put up with your mess in this world”, the last sentence of her book I pick for you all. That’s Iyanla’s grandmother talk to her occasionally; Iyanla quote in her book…

As far as anyone might know about the news of Price’s death, April 21, 2016 at his age 57 at Chanhassen, Minnesota, U.S. - To remind you, here is the book, "I Would Die 4 U: Why Prince Became an Icon" by Touré Neblett, we will talk about it.

Prince, full name Prince Rogers Nelson or also known as Jamie Starr, Alexander Nevermind, Joey Coco; was born on June 7, 1958, Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S. He is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist record, producer, actor and film director. His first album “For You” has released in 1978, after that Prince has succeeded in several singles "Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad?" and "I Wanna Be Your Lover".

Klic! for more details.

Therefore, March 19, 2013, Touré has written a book, I Would Die 4 U: Why Prince Became an Icon, telling the story of Prince, which is deep in details.

Touré plays on words: When the icon takes their place on the stage they don’t say, “Look at me!” They say, “When you look at me, you’ll also be looking at you”, on his the first line on his book’s introduction pages. - He, Touré, realizes Prince is an Icon- a musical icon.

I am jumping into conclusion personally, after I have finished my reading Prince’s life and career, he is not an only superstar, but also an icon.

Why is that so?

Because he does not say the state as same as the other stars do, he says, “When you look at me, you’ll also be looking at you” instead of “Look at me!”, “Then you will see some shine in me”. Lol. Sorry, I’m just kidding.

In addition, Touré uses the word “zeitgeist”, the word for anyone who has the talent to reflect it-“zeitgeist” through his or her art. For generation X, Price did that.

[German: Zeit, time + Geist, spirit.]

Touré Neblett, born on March 20, 1971 in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S. He studied at Milton Academy, following with Emory University but dropped out after his junior year, and again in year 1996, he attended Columbia University's MFA writing program for one year.

He is a music journalist, television personality, cultural critic and writer.

Talking about his work on writing, Touré has written a few books, The Portable Promised Land (2003), Soul City (2004), Who's Afraid of Post-Blackness? What It Means To Be Black Now (2011) and I Would Die 4 U: Why Prince Became an Icon (2013).

Celebrated journalist, TV personality, and award-winning author Touré investigates one of the most enigmatic and fascinating figures in contemporary American culture:

PRINCE

Drawing on new research and enlivened by Touré’s unique pop-cultural fluency, I Would Die 4 U relies on surprising and in-depth interviews with Prince’s band members, former girlfriends, musicologists, and even Bible scholars to deconstruct the artist’s life and work.

Prince’s baby boomer status allowed him to play a wise older brother to the latchkey kids of generation X. Defying traditional categories of race, gender, and sexuality, he nonetheless presents a very traditional conception of religion and God in his music.

Prince, he had also been an MTV megastar and a religious evangelist, using images of sex and profanity to invite us into a musical conversation about the healing power of God. By demystifying the man and his music, I Would Die 4 U shows us how Prince defined a generation.
